Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    Best service of any steak house I have ever been to, Drew was amazing. Drew was 5/5 on food recommendations. Everything was amazing.

    This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I brought in two special wines for a special birthday and Jeff and the entire team did an amazing job. I have dined here about twenty five times over the years and every experience has been perfect. The food, wine, and world class service is truly second to none. If planning a trip to Las Vegas and you like eating, it is a must visit. I would give seven stars if I could. Thanks and shout out to Jeff and his team as well as the chef that night and of course Mario who took care of us on the wine with temp control. Loved every moment of this night with that team!

    We had an Amazing Experience here again at Delmonico Steakhouse - the service was impeccable, and the food and drinks were Divine. Also, the Sweet Birthday Treat was delicious! Thank You. We will definitely be back next time we're in Vegas!

    The food and service were both exceptional. Would highly recommend the filet mignon as well as the sea bass. Would definitely dine there again.

    From the bar staff to our servers, the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive but not there all the time. We took many of her suggestions and they were spot on! This was a great place to celebrate our 51st anniversary and Father’s Day.

    We we're seated in our favorite area of the restaurant; which is appreciated. Our meal was delicious as usual and our service was very attentive overall. We weren't welcomed as return guests on this visit; which isn't the norm. We visit a few times a year and are usually recognized as such. I hope that Delmonico continues all of its traditional touches that make returning so special!

    First time there. The service was great. I had the filet, and my wife had the ribeye. My wife's ribeye was tough and had no flavor. It was like chewing a thick piece of brisket. Fy filet was tender, but again, no flavor. For the price, we expected more for the steaks.
