Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Service is impeccable, very attentive and first class. The Sommelier Marcus is outstanding, no pressure - there to answer any questions or make recommendations on the right wine with what your meal is. Food is Fantastic as always. Highly recommend - We go there 2-3 times every year!

    Our first visit to Vegas and our first restaurant choice. Everything was perfection and the service unmatched. This is one I wouldnt miss.

    The service was nothing less than outstanding. It was our 45th wedding anniversary and Brian and the staff pampered us and recommended excellent wine pairings. The steak's flavor was what I had been looking for and was even better than Barry's...which is hard to beat. Everything was top shelf and we could not have had a better evening.

    Favorite steak house in Vegas. Bone in Ribeye is FANTASTIC. Truffle chips, Caesar Salad and Banana Cream pie. All a must!
