With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Food was very good except for the ribeye steak. Steak was not tender and pricey $78. BANANA foster was excellent. So was the sea bass. Service was outstanding.
