Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections.     The food was perfect. We had yhe ribeye, bison ribeye, potato croquettes, lobster Mac and cheese, wilted spinach salad, croissants, and banana sorbet. It was a bit loud, but there were 2 large parties nearby. The staff was very busy and attentive the entire time. We had one main server but a couple others helped as well. They treated us really well. Would definitely return.

    First time in Las Vegas and my husband wanted to try Delmonico. We had a great meal and fabulous service. My husband order the bison sms o ordered the 6 oz filet Oscar style. Just fabulous.

    5 stars. The food, service, atmosphere was IMPECCIBLE. I cannot recall the gentlemens names that served us but we were continously checked on, always had full drinks and sure made us feel special. My cousin had the truffle angel hair and said it was incredible, delicious - I had the 9oz filet with potato croquettes and asparagus, best steak ive ever had! Cut like butter, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Asparagus was perfect, the potatoes as well - i cannot say enough good things. We frequent vegas often, and will definitely be back.

    Turned out to be a hidden gem, was not listed as a signature restaurant in the Venetian in-room dining books, but was a highlight of our trip. Be careful, the cask-strength drinks are very strong. Lots on the menu for the whole family to enjoy, and the family-style sides allowed us all to try different things.

    Jeff and the team at Delmonico Steakhouse provided excellent service during our recent visit. Drinks selection was great and the steaks, specials and desserts did not disappoint. Relaxed atmosphere with fine food made for another great visit to this iconic establishment!

    This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I brought in two special wines for a special birthday and Jeff and the entire team did an amazing job. I have dined here about twenty five times over the years and every experience has been perfect. The food, wine, and world class service is truly second to none. If planning a trip to Las Vegas and you like eating, it is a must visit. I would give seven stars if I could. Thanks and shout out to Jeff and his team as well as the chef that night and of course Mario who took care of us on the wine with temp control. Loved every moment of this night with that team!
