Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Absolutely Amazing! We really enjoyed it. The food was absolutely delicious. My Goodness. The Services excellent! Those guys and everyone of you were exceptional nice and very kind. Everyone looked very nice, neat and very well dressed. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and Super Immaculate. Thank you all so much for making our Birthday Dinner Celebration unforgettable.     I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations—the food was outstanding, the service was attentive and friendly, and the wine selection was excellent. It's rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this one absolutely does. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

    We went for the preset $50 menu for lunch and it was incredible. Several great options to chose from. The portions were similar to the dinner menu. Had the onion soup, wedge salad, and Emril’s famous banana cake. Excellent! Our waitress, Ashley was very professional, nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

    It’s been years since I’ve dined here. We went during the opening back in the late 90s. Was a fan then and still a fan now. Had the bbq shrimp, boneless ribeye, New York strip, creamed spinach, and potatoes au gratin. Wanted a classic steak house and they delivered. Service was top notch, definitely experienced pros that know how to earn a tip. Atmosphere was very comfortable and spacious because they gave me a booth by the window. For me that was the best part, even though it was just the 2 of us at a booth for 4.

    Wow! Another outstanding dinner at Delmonico LV. Jeff and his team were on point! The filet was cooked to perfection, and the entire meal was exquisite. The single-barrel Stagg was amazing. The tableside Bananas Foster was incredible.

    Great steak and great service. Atmosphere is very good and lively. Highly recommend especially if you are staying at Palazzo or Venetian. Very convenient.

    As usual the service was phenomenal and the food was was over the top. The Buffalo steak was cooked to perfection along with the fish and the  filet mignon. A must go to when in Las Vegas !!
