Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     We had a great meal with a ribeye, buffalo steak, gumbo and pork belly. Everything was outstanding and the proximity to the theater made for a more relaxing dinner.

    The food was amazing, and the service was perfect! Just one suggestion: when we entered the restaurant, the three reception staff didn’t acknowledge us until we said hello. That was a little disappointing at the beginning of such a fine dining experience. They could definitely benefit from better customer service training.

    This is our favorite steak house in Vegas. We try to come here every time we're in town which is probably 2-3 times a year. The steaks are so juicy and tender. And the sides are really good too. I keep reminding my husband that we only need 1 side to share...nothing more, especially if we're trying to get in a dessert too. 😆 It's all really good food, it's just so hard to try it all. The staff is always very personalable and nice.
