Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    Delicious food, great service, clean restaurant. The Cesar salad was amazing. Steaks were cooked to perfection and well seasoned

    Great service & very accommodating with kids. My two waiters from Oregon were awesome. Food was great. Great experience for 5pm dinner

    Delmonico was the best meal and experience of our entire visit to Vegas. What a treat! When making our reservation we let them know it was our anniversary. When we checked in the host wished us a happy anniversary, and also had a card for us. Shortly after we were seated we were offered drinks and bread. The bread was DIVINE, light and airy. We do not drink alcohol but my husband had coffee and I had Dr. Pepper both of which were fantastic. We did the braised pork and cheese ravioli appetizer, there were 5 sizable pieces which was plenty for the two of us and it was delicious and light. For our main courses we went all out with lobster tail, ribeye, and mac and cheese. The steak and lobster were outstanding, cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese was ok, but it was a different style noodle and different cheese we are not used to. After we finished our meal our server gave us two plates with banana sorbet complimentary and it had "happy anniversary" written in chocolate with a candle in the ice cream. Such a sweet gesture! We ended up buying two more desserts, the banana cream pie and strawberry cheesecake. Again, both absolutely delicious. We could not finish them because the banana cream pie could feed three in my opinion! It was overall the most expensive dinner we've ever had, but worth every penny for the quality of food, quantity, friendliness of staff and white glove experience!

    The food was perfect. We had yhe ribeye, bison ribeye, potato croquettes, lobster Mac and cheese, wilted spinach salad, croissants, and banana sorbet. It was a bit loud, but there were 2 large parties nearby. The staff was very busy and attentive the entire time. We had one main server but a couple others helped as well. They treated us really well. Would definitely return.

    First time in Las Vegas and my husband wanted to try Delmonico. We had a great meal and fabulous service. My husband order the bison sms o ordered the 6 oz filet Oscar style. Just fabulous.

    5 stars. The food, service, atmosphere was IMPECCIBLE. I cannot recall the gentlemens names that served us but we were continously checked on, always had full drinks and sure made us feel special. My cousin had the truffle angel hair and said it was incredible, delicious - I had the 9oz filet with potato croquettes and asparagus, best steak ive ever had! Cut like butter, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Asparagus was perfect, the potatoes as well - i cannot say enough good things. We frequent vegas often, and will definitely be back.
