Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     I was recommended this restaurant by a friend. It did not disappoint. I came with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were so kind and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

    Party of 4, two filets cooked perfect as ordered, Chateubriand for two perfect. Sides are big enough to share but potatoes were dry and needed salt, side of lobster Mac and cheese was very, very dry. Starters of Lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail and oysters were all excellent.

    Service is impeccable, very attentive and first class. The Sommelier Marcus is outstanding, no pressure - there to answer any questions or make recommendations on the right wine with what your meal is. Food is Fantastic as always. Highly recommend - We go there 2-3 times every year!

    I went with my wife for my birthday. Everything was delicious we had the ribeye steak and the pork chop. The steak was cooked perfectly and the pork chop was mind blowing. It tasted like ham and bacon all in one. It’s a must try in my opinion. We will definitely be going back.

    Our first visit to Vegas and our first restaurant choice. Everything was perfection and the service unmatched. This is one I wouldnt miss.
