Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    We we're seated in our favorite area of the restaurant; which is appreciated. Our meal was delicious as usual and our service was very attentive overall. We weren't welcomed as return guests on this visit; which isn't the norm. We visit a few times a year and are usually recognized as such. I hope that Delmonico continues all of its traditional touches that make returning so special!

    First time there. The service was great. I had the filet, and my wife had the ribeye. My wife's ribeye was tough and had no flavor. It was like chewing a thick piece of brisket. Fy filet was tender, but again, no flavor. For the price, we expected more for the steaks.

    Service spotty and inconsistent I have been to Delmonico’s New Orleans which is great. This staff and guest desk could learn something about customer service.

    We had dinner on Friday night and it was busy but not too hectic. We liked our table and the seating was very comfortable. We had petite filets, salad, sides and dessert. Wines by the glass. The waiter was somewhat cold, curt and formal. Was a little better toward the end of dinner. The food was good but the filets were butterflied (not something that had been mentioned when ordering) and looked more like hamburger patties than a small baseball, which we expected. The steak was prepared correctly but somewhat dry and not a lot of flavor. The caesar salad was prepared table side. A nice show but too much oil in the dressing, so the salad was soggy and not much flavor. The sides were pretty good - cream spinach and potatoes. Overall, it could have been much nicer if the waiter had been friendly and warmer. The wine sommelier, Dillon, was great! Not sure it's worth $350 for dinner for two.....

    Great for a more upscale experience at the Venetian/Palazzo. Impeccable service and excellent food!
