Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the classic American steakhouse with Creole influences. Delmonico Steakhouse brings back a time when cocktail hour was not to be missed and dinner with friends was a celebration. At Delmonico Steakhouse, we remember. As a "Grand Award" recipient of Wine Spectator magazine, we offer an award winning wine list, large inviting bar space, cigar cabinet and intimate dining environment, Delmonico Steakhouse is unlike any steakhouse you’ve experienced. Located in The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar.

We got here 10 minutes late and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit difficult to locate seeing as it’s on the Vegas Strip, but this place has the best tasting steak. So flavorful and in nice portions. I came here for my birthday, and the restaurant was sweet enough to provide me with a birthday card and complimentary dessert. The chef even sent out a small snack or “amuse bouche” for us as well. This place is amazing. If you’re ever in Vegas, they will treat you like a star. The staff was also understanding and gave us prompt service since we had a show to attend to afterward. We will definitely be back on a future visit! Thank you!

My first visit to Delmonico's and we loved it! Everything was top notch from the food to the service to the incredible wine list (and Sommelier). Our steaks were perfectly prepared, and both of our starter courses were quite tasty and creative. My husband had tomatoes caprice, and I had the braised octopus which was absolutely delicious. Desserts were a hit as well. Terrific meal all around. Would definitely go back!

Food and servers are amazing and helpful. Very expensive, but ALMOST worth it! Lol. The only qualm was the extremely loud group of diners next to us shouting over the table at each other and cackling as loud as possible. This is not the restaurants fault, just had to make note!

A high end steakhouse really only needs to make sure they get one thing right -- The steak! I was disappointed to pay $60 for a bone-in ribeye that was tough and chewy... (I've never had a prime ribeye that didn't melt in my mouth and makes me wonder... Was it prime)?

The atmosphere was nice and clean. The service was a tad pretentious and inattentive. Of all the fantastic restaurants in Vegas, we made a mistake by choosing Delmonicos.

Ordered the lobster tail. Big mistake. Should have stuck to the steak. Lobster was slimy and did not have a nice firm texture. French bread served on the side was very dry.

Delmonico was lovely. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. I had an issue with my drink (ended up being sweeter than I expected) and I didn’t even tell the server that I didn’t like it but he noticed I wasn’t drinking it and let me choose a different one. I appreciate when restaurants care to make sure you have a great experience. My husband and I tried the lobster bisque and it was so buttery and creamy, we definitely recommend it. The filet mignon was amazing as well! As for sides, I recommend the au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach!

Shrimp over cooked, however the flavor was nice. People were nice however Service was terrible when it came to coordination. Some people received coffee 20 minutes before the others, meal deliver out of sync. Over all I ate here the night before and loved the steak 5 star, and service was good so I’m only rating this on my day experience.

Delmonico Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The service is professional and efficient on every visit. The food is always high quality and delicious. On this particular visit, I had the lobster bisque, filet mignon with brandy peppercorn reduction sauce, crispy steak fries, and Abita root beer float. I will certainly return in the future when at The Venetian and Las Vegas.

We thought this restaurant was affiliated with the Delmonicos near our house in NY, which we love. But alas it was not. The food was way over-priced and not that good. The potatoes were tasteless, the asparagus was really crunchy. Was way more expensive than our Delmonicos and not nearly as good.

My husband had dined at Delmonico before so he suggested we eat here while in Vegas. The service was impeccable (Michael was our server) and the food was beyond delicious! My husband had the bone in ribeye and I opted for the filet mignon. The meat was cooked to perfection and the side dishes were just as good. We will be back the next time we are in town!

Came for our Anniversary very disappointed. I ordered the ribeye and it was overcooked, no flavor and too much butter. My husband got the filet mignon and that should be the special as it was delicious. The bread was just ok nothing special as well as the side dishes. With all the steak houses in Vegas I was very disappointed.

The restaurant is operated by New Orleans chef Emeril Legassie. My son and I decided to visit on our annual Las Vegas trip. We had eaten at the chef’s counter in New Orleans, enjoyed it & wanted to try the steak format.

We spent half an hour at the bar. It was a great start. The Batman made a gin cocktail for me. He said it was a vintage 1930’s period mix from NOLA. it grows on you. My son had a Manhattan with the 12 year old Whistlepig. We were reminded how nice it is to start a meal with a conversation at the bar.

The food was great and our server knew the menu. The steaks were cooked perfectly. We had a great time and would welcome an opportunity to return.

Service was very attentive, with multiple staff assigned per table. Food was excellent- one of the men in our group is still talking about Piedmontese Steak, 2 weeks later. I was with a group of man who are red meat aficionados and all of them were very happy.

Probably the worst meal I've ever had in Las Vegas. Had eaten there several years ago and remembered it being good so decided to take my girlfriend for dinner. For the appetizer we had the bbq shrimp (recommended by the server) which was flavorful but overcooked so the shrimp was like rubber. For steaks I had the ribeye and she had the lean filet. My steak lacked flavor and was overcooked, her's was cooked to order but also lacking flavor. For the sides we had the smashed potatoes (by far the best part of the meal) and the charred brussel sprouts (ok but seemed overcooked as well). We didn't order dessert but were brought their 'signature' banana cake to make up for the rest of the meal. The cake was effectively stacked bananas and whip cream (not enjoyable at all). With many more steak places to choose from in Vegas (or even in Venetian/Palazzo) I'd avoid this location.

My husband and I decided to splurge on a meal and got the chateaubriand. It was cooked in the kitchen, but finished with butter and sliced at the table. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly to our liking. The sides were delicious as well. Service was very attentive and friendly, but professional. We’ve eaten at several of Emeril’s restaurants and have never been disappointed.

We were staying at the Venetian and decided to try one of the steakhouse’s. We were torn between Delmonico and Cut but decided on Delmonico based on reviews. First the good Easy to make reservations one night out. We arrived about ten minutes early and they got us right in. Restaurant is quite large and can definitely accommodate large parties, we only had two in our party. Ambience is nice not overly fancy but nicer than say an outback. Now for the bad. We waited a while for server to come. We waited a while for bread to come and food. We both ordered filet medium with 3 sides total a salad and soup. The bread was good premeal however once we ate the first piece we were never offered more. They took forever to refill our drinks which were only water and coke. French onion soup was pretty good. Wedge salad was average no ranch dressing (they have something similar). The salad was very small compared to other steakhouse’s like Ruth’s or Ocean Prime. Once the main course came out it was about 45 minutes from ordering time. Steaks were seasoned great. One of them was cooked medium the other was medium rare to rare. The staff never waited for us to cut into them or asked us if they were cooked right. So we ate around the raw sections of the one steak. You would figure a high end steakhouse could cook a steak right. The manager never came over to check in on us either. The sides of broccoli we ordered was a little under cooked but edible but way over priced. Au gratin potatoes were ok but on smaller side. Mushrooms were good. When waiter finally came back about halfway thru steak we asked for some a1 sauce or some other steak sauce. All they had was the house made sauce which was not good. Overall we did not have a great experience. I would rate it below average for the price you pay. I think we were around 220 for the two of us with no alcohol. Way overpriced and poor delivery. Maybe they were just having a bad night.

While I enjoyed my tenderloin with wine sauce, my husband was not a fan of his ribeye. It was good but we’ve had better for that price range.
The wait staff was amazing and the restaurant was lovely. The price wasn’t too bad for an expensive steakhouse.
We got there before a big group came in so luckily most of our meal was fabulous. Only dessert was really loud.

Excellent service from hostess to waiter and helper. Can not say anything bad about staff. Very excellent.

Baby green salad was very good.

Bone in 20oz Rib Eye steak was very very disappointing. Lacked flavor, meat was nowhere near tender, fat was hard and or rubber where other steakhouses you can eat the fat like it was a delicacy. I have been to 10-15 high end steakhouses between Las Vegas and Los Angeles and I only order the bone in rib eye and I would probably have to put this one towards the bottom. Morton’s Steakhouse still has the absolute best rib eye every time I ago. Super disappointing. By the way my wife ordered the filet and that was very good.

Ordered the Baked potato and asparagus as sides. Asparagus was good but the baked potato was really dry and and there wasn’t enough fixings to bring it back to life.

Ordered the butter cake for the desert...Only order this from Maestros. There’s is the only top notch butter cake.

I really didn’t want to be that negative but when there are many many steakhouses to choose from in Las Vegas you can understand when you pick the one that doesn’t measure up. We were going to Craftsteak originally but last minute change our minds and ultimately made a mistake.

Maybe it was because we ate on a Wednesday night and there main chef took the night off, or the meat buyer was dealt a bad batch awhile ago, I don’t know. What I do know is that wasn’t worth $270.

Exquiste and delicious. Top notch service. My wife and I both got the ribeye which were cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad was made from scratch tableside and was enough for 2. Lobster bisque soup was creamy andexcellent. Bring your big credit card. Like any fine steakhouse, the food is a la carte and pricey. Worth every penny.

This restaurant was all hype and very little substance. The steaks were good, notnober the moon and the bread and sides were just MEH. FOR $220 for two people, who didn’t order alcohol, this eatery leaves much to be desired. Save the extra $100 and go elsewhere. Seriously.
