    Incredible service. Best shrimp cocktail I ever had! Salmon cooked to my preference. Dishes were. beautifully in appearance. Banana cream pie is a must have. You can split it.

    The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. The cranes spinach on the side was excellent, and the lobster bisque was delicious. The popovers were very good as well. My server was very nice.

    The service was awesome and appreciated them recognizing it was anniversary. Very friendly staff that was helpful with the menu choices. Filets were super tasty and the potatoes au gratin were delicious.

    Excellent dining experience in the lounge. One of our waiters Jorge was tremendousAnd truly would recommend him. The angel hair pasta appetizer was by far the best we’ve ever had. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and we just had the best best dinner thank you all for making our dining experience fabulous. Will be back soon. Thanks Jorge

    Overall, we went to this restaurant for the first time and left terribly disappointed. First of all, the restaurant was very large and spacious but lacked ambiance. The restroom was located in the rear of the restaurant and one has to walk past a long row of excess furniture to finally arrive at it. There was also only one stall! Unacceptable for a restaurant of this size! As for the food, it was entirely underwhelming. The $40 table-side Caesar salad was basic at most. The steak came out overly fatty and when the new cut returned it was undercooked. Management was definitely attentive to the concern and did not charge us for the returned food (obviously); however, they could not make the dining experience right. Lastly, we were there celebrating a birthday and the complimentary dessert consisted of a scoop of banana sorbet. Also, not good and was left uneaten. Will certainly not be returning to this restaurant.

    Underrated! Top five steak I’ve had in 22 years of Las Vegas trips. Sides (asparagus and mushrooms) were top notch, not as exceptional as the steak. Service was best in class. The kind of plqce where you ask your waiter what’s in the steak rub and he answers as smoothly and with as much pride as if you asked his kids’ names.

    I have taken my extended family to Delmonico four summers in a row on our yearly trip to Vegas. The first three visits were outstanding. The latest visit was lackluster. In the past, there was a host and server that took care of your table, but this time it was a single inattentive server and a busboy that failed to display every day common sense. The busboy didn’t ask if my daughter wanted the remainder of her $75 steak boxed up to go. He took the plate and flipped the steak on to someone else’s plate before I could even say anything about taking it to go. The busboy then brought the steak back in a to-go box with grease stained finger prints all over it. He also decided on his own to put the remaining fat from my steak in the box as well? I told the server what was going on and he looked at me like I was an idiot. The steak itself was great, but the table-side Caesar salad and sides were subpar. We will be looking for a new favorite steakhouse on our next trip.

    The service was great, and the food was delicious and fresh. My only complaints were that the temperature of my steak wasn't as I had ordered (However, they corrected it immediately), and the bananas foster was very undercooked and rushed and very disappointing after having had my tastebuds craving it! I should have said something about the dessert but we were running late for our show. I would definitely still recommend this restaurant!

    This was our second time dining in this restaurant - and this time was even better than the last. The food was excellent (one small issue that management quickly corrected). We started with caviar devilled eggs and gumbo. Then to our filets which were perfectly cooked and served with potatoes au gratin. Service was excellent. And Bo was very attentive as well.

    I received an excellent customer service from all the restaurant staff. The sommelier suggested an elegant and well rounded wine from Napa to pair with the filet mignon entrée. It was an outstanding white table cloth dining experience.

    My wife and I ordered 20oz bone in Ribeye. Shared that with two side, asparagus and cream spinach. The food was good and overall good experience but not excellent which is what I rated it 4 stars. Waiter, asked for suggestions on red blends wine by the glass. He instantly suggested the highest priced wine on the menu, not one question about what I was wanting in the wine. No real hell at all. The steak came to the table it was good but chard more than it should be in my opinion. We ordered it medium. Seems like it was medium-well done. The bread was a bit different. My wife enjoyed, I gave her mine.

    The quality and preparation of the food was excellent. It IS very pricey, but we expected that -- actually a bit more than expected though. However, a pretty good value for it all. I would definitely do it again, if I could afford it.

    Excellent service and atmosphere. Delmonico Steakhouse is an amazing place to take your loved one to. My wife and I truly enjoy this place every time we come to Las Vegas. I strongly recommend the restaurant.

    For a high priced quality steakhouse, this one surely disappoints. The broccoli came out cold, literally, which we sent back. Potato croquettes were delicious but barely warm. Bone in ribeye, cooked medium rare, was tough. On the plus side, the French press coffee was delicious.

    The disinterested, untrained server and incredibly slow kitchen (with no acknowledgement of the fact) made for an uncomfortable client dinner. The decor was flat and the environment had a complete lack of energy. I’ve been to many top rated restaurants on the Strip, realize that they are very hit and miss, but can’t remember being as disappointed as I was when we walked out of Delmonico. The only saving graces were the fact that the food was pretty good - not incredible but good - and the busser was on top of things - we never ran out of water… I won’t be returning and don’t recommend.

    Sunday night dinner started with cocktails that were decent after cocktails we ordered a bottle of $100 Cabernet then ordered appetizers of Ahi tartar and foie gras, if your a foie gras lover this $38 piece will not even wet your appetite since it was barely 1 oz I ordered a MR bone in filet very tasty but center was Raw other entree was 6oz filet with brandy peppercorn sauce and it was cooked perfect with great flavor we finished off with pecan pie and banana cream pie which was heavy on the banana chunks and light on the cream. All & all above average but very steep at $505 for 2 even for Las Vegas

    It started with the popovers, they weren’t warm and not very good. The drinks were fantastic, order the French 125?, really well done drink. The 20 oz bone in rib-eye was terrible. The seasoning was off, the steak itself was tough. The service was impeccable, very attentive. Overall I give it 3 stars, not a place I’d go back to.

    We dined at Delmonico for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Every person we spoke to was incredible. From giving us good wishes, to making recommendations to seeing to our needs for the evening, everything was first rate and top notch.
