Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Incredible experience! Every single thing was executed perfectly. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Food was cooked properly. The way they treat you is amazing pulling out the chairs, folding your napkins whenever you get up, not sugar coating anything, I mean it’s literally what you’d ideally want to experience. This is the place that delivers it. Been to so many steakhouses and customer service alone here is unmatched to any restaurant, but the food is there to match. I can confidently say this was the best filet mignon I’ve ever had thus far :) great job to everyone for making my dinner experience with my girlfriend a night to remember celebrating our 8 years.

    The waiters were excellent, the initial greeter was rude when we checked in. We scheduled our reservation through open table even though we were staying at the Venetian. She told us to sit in the bar, even though there were no seats available. While we were waiting for our table, there were numerous tables available and other couples were seated before us. The food was good except for my wife’s lobster Mac n cheese which was very plain tasting. To their credit they did remove it off the bill. We requested assistance picking a wine to go with our dinner, it took the sommelier a while to come over. It is a very noisy restaurant.

    Ordered beef medallion sandwich for lunch. Unfortunately the meat was cut too small & kept dropping out of the roll. The quality of the meet was good but you had to keep picking it up & trying to place back in sandwich.

    Service and food were amazing, and the restaurant is very nice—but impossible NOT to take stars off for the restrooms. They’re tiny, and wayyy back down a very depressing hallway. Any women in heels will definitely not appreciate it, and the restaurant should be ashamed at how dark and dingy the hallway to get there is.
