   Everything was perfect, minus the temperature in the restaurant…I nearly froze to death! I would return!

   Good experience with good food and service. We had dinner there prior to going to the Sphere. It’s handy for that venue and offers early dinning which is great!

   This is the most beautiful restaurant I've dined in. The ambiance is spectacular. Our waiter was wonderful and personal. He engaged in delightful conversation and made sure our delicious meal was prepared and delivered as described. The portions were great compared to comparable restaurants. I won't even compliment on the taste as that goes without saying.

   To save money, we did lunch at Delmonico. It is inside the Venetian hotel and, even though the Venetian was SO crowded and hectic, it was peaceful and calm inside Delmonico. I got the smash cheeseburger and truffle/parmesan chips. My wife got a steak salad and steak fries. The cheeseburger was the best I've ever had (Sorry Bobby Flay, but it was). My wife loved what she got. I will say the truffle chips could've used some salt, but they were good. When we arrived, there were only two other tables with customers. I have to say that the lady who greeted us could've been more welcoming and warmer. She wasn't mean, but it was like arriving to a Chili's or similar rather than a 5-star fine-dining establishment. Our waiter was adequate. Just a guy doing his job and adding zero flourishes. All in all, Delmonico's staff could use some lessons from Giada or Spago. They did, however, save the best for last. Emeril's famous banana cream pie. WOW! I don't possess words to describe how good this was. We were glad we got to try the food.

   Absolutely the BEST. I’d rate it higher than five stars if I could. My favorite restaurant in the world! Food we perfect! Service was outstanding. Every little thing was taken care of. Yes, it’s not cheap but we knew that going in and it’s well worth it for the occasional special night! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! BTW … get Emeril’s Banana Cream Pie for dessert. We split it. One of the best things ever ever had!

    Absolutely fantastic dinner. The ceasar salad (made at the table), the steak, and potato croquettes were phenomenal, and the service was impeccable. This is the way fine dining should be done. Thank you for a great evening.
