Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    Food was ok very pricy Bathrooms were a disgrace Hi end Restaurant and your bathroom was a joke For the money spent you surely can afford to remodel your bathroom Will not come back too many other Steak houses in Vegas

    As always, the service and food were excellent. Recommended wines were superb The ambiance in the dining room was perfect.

    The Gumbo is the best on the strip...portion is lacking ,stop being stingy and up the price but give a generous portion

    Celebrated our 20th anniversary dinner here. Food is delicious. Popover for the bread course just elevates the experience. Steaks are excellent and perfectly cooked. Best part of my evening, though, was Dylan the sommelier's wine recommendation. If you are looking for someone who knows wine, see him!

    We were well taken care of by Todd and team. The food arrived in good time. Our steak was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Do not miss the banana pie! Awesome

    Service was very good and bone-in ribeye was amazing. Shrimp dumplings were not great - very small, fried, not much stuffing and not much flavor - 5 little dinky things for $25 was not worth it. We then shared gumbo and a wedge salad and both were good though gumbo could use some spice. Bone-in ribeye was amazing and we paired it with garlic mushrooms. With all of that, a potato-based or mac-and-cheese side would have been too much. We skipped dessert and cocktails. Out the door: $250 which is exactly what I expected.

    Steaks were awesome! Sides were ok as was the wine. They didn’t have the bottle we wanted and had a som recommended one instead. Chocolate bombe was outstanding as was the service.
