Had the brick chicken and it was under cooked. It was not charged to us. Feel sorry for waiter as he was upset.

Really disappointed with our dinner tonight. We were the first table in the dining room and had horrible service. We had to repeatedly ask for items, our order had mistakes, salad plates were not bussed (ever. I moved them to an empty table). If I am paying $40/plate, I expect much better. Will not return as there are SO many alternatives in Houston for this food. Really sad to see how Del Frisco’s Grill has declined.

The two key appetizers are the philly cheesesteak eggrolls and the tuna tacos. They are both amazing and can be easily shared by the table. My favorite salads there are the Brussels sprouts salad and the steak salad. The steak salad never disappoints except when I have them hold the bacon. For some reason, when I do that it isn't mixed as well or doesn't seem to have the same amount of other things on the salad. However, it is still delicious and the fact that it comes with deviled eggs is awesome!

I love Del Frisco's Grille. The service is outstanding. The food is usually outstanding, but the night I was there was Superbowl night, and they must have had a different chef. The first time I ordered the fish and chips, the fish was crispy crunchy on the outside and had just the right amount of seasoning. It was delicious. This time, the breading was oilier and there was absolutely no crunch or crispiness. So I was a bit disappointed. However, after 2 Youth Serums, I still felt great about the restaurant. :)

I booked a table Reservation, but my guest and I were still seated in the bar area. However, I didn’t complain about that. When we received our food, my friend’s steak was not cooked the way she ordered it and her asparagus were burnt. I ordered the ribs. The ribs were huge. Too big in my opinion and I couldn’t even cut them with the knife. We both sent back our food and chose to dine at another restaurant. I was dissatisfied.

Food was awesome- service , not so much...Enjoyed our New Year’s Eve dinner, but they never brought the salads! Asked waitress to bring them, but instead sent manager to apologize, but all we really wanted was our salads!

Made a quick reservation for New Year’s Eve great hostess and great vibe. Unfortunately it did take 30 minutes for our wine to come out and there was a mix up also with the food which caused another delay. The manager did come and speak to us an she did comp our main entree which was amazing considering it was New Year’s Eve and they were very busy. Whomever the manager was that night she was terrific and we greatly appreciated her. I will definitely continue coming back.

Ordinarily we've enjoyed our past experiences at this restaurant. We usually go for Valentines Anniversary etc. Last night for N.Y. Eve wasn't expected. Think they were possibly overwhelmed service and expectations were subpar. All in all a great place won't let 1 bad visit get in the way of going back as we've had many great ones. They outweigh the bad for sure. Place to get a good steak at a reasonable price!!! The other stuff ain't bad either...

After making Del Friscos Grille our go-to restaurant for holidays and birthdays we were very disappointed New Years eve. The service was very poor and food inconsistant.
The steak salad came out dry and the salmon was over cooked.
Our waitress was an amateur. When you spend top dollar you expect good service.

Initially I was impressed with Del Frisco's Grille. It has a great atmosphere and ambiance. My cocktail (the VIP) was amazing ! If you attend, it is a must have! The presentation of food was great, but the taste and flavor were lacking. I would love to attend again to give the food another try, but our servers attitude ruined that possibility when she singled out one of the member’s of my party of six, in regards to her tip amount. She began the conversation with "I love to get feedback from all of my guest and advice on how I can improve" I did like that she took the time to ask for feedback, but then she said "I have kids to feed and I told y'all I was training another server". He whole demeanor changed in the blink of an eye. She killed my vibe/mood with this behavior and put a damper on my birthday.

Meh- Used to be really good but food was average, service was average. Lacking on kid friendly options. We were there on Christmas Eve and have enjoyed this restaurant on Christmas Eve in the past but again, it was just average. Will be surprised if it's still open 3 months from now.
