   Del Alma is a really good restaurant with excellent, sophisticated food and at least my one visit attentive, well trained servers. If I didn’t live on the east coast I’d be back next week.

   It is a wonderful evening and a delightful dinner. Every time we come here it is great and we wish we would come more often. Unfortunately, there are so few good restaurants in the area, which is why this restaurant is even more special, plus it is right on the river. Love coming here.

   Great dinner. Great service. The men were not interested in the dessert menu. I think they both would have had the brûlée if it was not lavender flavored. They had coffee. I had my usual second glass of wine as dessert.

   After reading numerous positive reviews, I and my wife, son, and daughter-in-law dined at Del Alma. Our experience was very enjoyable. The dining space is arranged in open levels of seating, allowing diners at every level to view out the windows toward the Willamette River. It also provides ample spacing between tables to accommodate conversations at tables without a lot of background chatter. They have an ample wine list with some fine selections. One has to feel a bit for the wait staff, trekking up and down the flights of stairs; but as our waitress says, she "..doesn't need to go running anymore!". As for the food, We four split a large Ensalada Hacienda; which was delicious. I had a Cochinita Pibil that was as good as any I've had in the Yucatan. My wife had Albacore Tuna Veracruz that was superb. My son had the Lamb Birria that was easily the best birria preparation I've ever tasted. And our daughter-in-law had Prawns in Crema that came with some amazing Dungeness crab taquitos. We split a unique preparation of the key lime pie and a flourless chocolate torte, both delicious. Portions on all our plates were more than ample; and service was excellent and attentive. This was a memorable dining experience.

    We met old friends for a long, leisurely dinner. Staff quickly understood that we were not in a hurry and accommodated our needs. Per usual, food was exceptional - a delightful variety of offerings and flavors. We have been many times and will be back!

    This is a spacious restaurant able to accommodate small and large parties. Cocktails are fresh and imaginative. Food is very good and service is on point. Our server on this most recent visit was exceptional. A good server knows how to deliver a great experience. Thank you!

    Excellent experience and wonderfully prepared food. When the place filled up the noise made hearing hard for our older ears. One recommendation on a food dish. The shrimp plate had a rather thick tortilla with lobster I think and it was heavy and without taste. Maybe a filo would work. Regardless, we will be back.

    Great atmosphere, service and meal. Was quiet enough where we were seated to have dinner conversation. Lighting was too dim to enjoy reading the menu, looking at our meal, or seeing each other well across our table of four. Otherwise, excellent!

    One of our highlights of our trip to visit granddaughter at OSU...set-up of restaurant was interesting and very comfortable... food was perfect...and 10 stars to the service....cheers to server Francesca ...and... all your staff deserve a high five for being able to serve those cocktails walking up those stairs without spilling a drop!!!

    Very attractive and cosy setting along the river. Very comfortable chairs, (which is usually not the case in other restaurants). Our server was attentive and delightful, and the food was delicious. Del Alma is a perfect place to celebrate a birthday.

    The highlight of the night was our server Sarah. She really set the vibe right from the start. The kitchen was very accommodating to my friend’s dietary restriction. The food was delicious and the drinks were superb. I would definitely recommend this place to people who wants to have a special dinner while in Corvallis.

    Everything was excellent with the exception of one entree. The scallops were perfect. The bacon guacamole was excellent. The pork entree was excellent. The Albacore was a little fishy tasting ruining what would have been an outstanding recommendation. Molly provided absolutely great service. Excellent ambiance.

    Took my wife here for her birthday, was not impressed. Food was well presented; however, my wife and I were not fond of the taste overall. Service was not good. We had told them it was my wife's birthday (as well as on the reservation) and they did nothing. Overall, would not go back as there are many other options in downtown Corvallis.
