We had a surprise large group of 16 and they accommodated us with their banquet room. Service was excellent and all food arrived together. It turned into a very special evening for the group thanks to the great food and service. Thank you for taking great care of us!

We have enjoyed going to Del Alma for occasions. We have not tried the wine bar but will do so soon.
Food has always been good and savory.

Food is overly spiced and salty. Recipes are suffering from excessive complexity and while well plated, were not prepared well. The only dish we enjoyed was the filet, everything else was challenging to get down. Waiter was accomodating, but the kitchen was on autopilot.

Creme brulee? No. Pumpkin spice creme brulee? Yes. Too pretentious to enjoy.

The food was delicious, Francesca provided outstanding service and this is the only place in the valley where I can get a Passion fruit pisco sour. My only complaint was the shrimp tapas we ordered was way too spicy. The flavor of the shrimp was overpowered by the spice.

This is a wonderful spot to dine in Corvallis. I make a point to make reservations there when my travels take me to the area. The food is always great. The service is excellent and the ambience is perfect. I love Del Alma!!!

For several years now, Del Alma has been my favorite place to go out to eat with my partner and other best friends. The creative cuisine is delectable and the ambiance is perfect. Hector and his family are the most kind and gracious hosts one could imagine, and the servers are top-notch.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Del Alma. We will most definitely be back. Our food was delicious. We ordered the steak. Our only "complaint" would be we would have loved more mashed potatoes for the price of the dish ($39). Our drinks were tasty and the service was outstanding. Best in town. You made out 5 month wedding anniversary special, and treated us to free glasses of wine to celebrate. Thank you for taking care of us and creating delicious food. We've already told several friends and family they need to come to Del Alma!

Everything was delicious-from the appetizers to the main entrees. However, I wish they offered more vegetarian options and more options that are not spicy.

My wife and I have been patronizing Del Alma since it opened. Unlike some other restaurants, Del Alma has maintained excellent food quality and service. Our waitress was a little slammed and distracted initially, but as the Wed crowd diminished she was great.

Great bar drinks and bar tender. Offered small samples due to running out of requested offering. The tapas were perfect way to finish a daybof wine drinking. Worth the trip to visit this nice gem

In all honesty, the food was good, but not great. When I spend $100 for two people, I expect great food. Ambiance was great, service is great, but the food kind of killed the whole experience

Del Alma is definitely a special occasion kind of restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible and the wait staff was not only friendly but also well-informed, able to answer with detail any of the questions we had about the meal. I especially liked the candied hazlenuts. For us, the lighting was a little too low, but it certainly creates a very specific ambiance. I could see this being an anniversary restaurant. I didn't care for the Spanish Sazerac cocktail I had - I felt it wasn't nuanced enough, but of course alcohol is a very personal preference.

We frequent Del Alma a lot. Tried some new tapas and weren’t disappointed.

We have so enjoyed our experiences at Del Alma - we have taken our son there for his birthday each of his years at OSU and had our last one there as he is a Senior this year - maybe another one for graduation!! The food and service are the best in Corvallis!
