This is my third time here and it has been consistently delicious. The menu is limited but I like that as they do a wonderful job with their tapas. I typically order a bottle of wine as I like their list, but ordered one of their signature cocktails and it was perfect. Our server was always aware of our needs. The layout of the restaurant is unique with its levels. The lighting and ambiance is perfect.
Phenomenal!!! Go there at least once a month if not once every two weeks! My go to place for recommendations!
Del Alma is always a delight. The foid and service was exceptional. The prices are appropriate for the offerings. My girlfriend had an outstanding Chardonnay that impressed her so much that she bought a bottle. I had a blood orange margarita that was among the best I'd ever had. Del Alma is a class act in every sense.
A great dining experience every time we go. We feel blessed to have such a wonderful, well-rounded restaurant so close to home. Big city dining in small city atmosphere. I'm proud to be able to share it with out of town guests who have sophisticated taste. Always a delight from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the friendly and professional staff, to the friendly and knowledgeable waiters. And of course, the fabulous food.
First time visit to Del Alma. Surprised at the upscale ambiance and capacity of the property. The menu was interesting with an expansive offering of appetizers/tapas and a fairly sophisticated wine list. The spoon bread was VERY good as were the taquitos. My entre', Duck Fajitas was well presented but excessively salty as was the posole' that my partner had. I would have preferred to have less salt/brine and more chili on the duck. Our server was pleasant accommodating but slightly slow.
This dining experience was fantastic! The waitresses was very attentive. The food was excellent and creative.
Great restaurant great food. We took our 2 year old grandson and they were so accodating to him. Awesome experience.
Always amazing food with great service. Our favorite place to go for date night.
Have been several times.
Food and drink is always great
This time service was only adequate
There was some disinterest and gaps
If you are stuck in Corvallis, this is a good option. The service was top notch. If you are ordering your wine by the glass make sure you ask if is from the “keg.” I sent my Pinot back because it the taste was off and it was cold.
Great service! Wonderful ambiance and professional staff. Small portions but great flavors!
My favorite restaurant!
I live in Eugene and when people ask me about my favorite place, I tell them to go to Corvallis for Del Alma.
Excellent as always! I think they need to change up the menu a bit, though. A few more small plate and tapas choices would be good. We had a great waitress.
as always, excellent food, lovely atmosphere, great wine list. Our server was inexperienced, however - need to up the staff's game so they can be on a par with the cuisine!
Absolutely love Del Alma. I had the best roasted beet salad i’ve Ever eaten. I will keep coming back. Love their drinks as well.
I had the truffle dessert at Del Alma and it was one of the best desserts I have ever had! The tapas and entree were also quite good. And the wine and the pairing were excellent. Thank you for a love dinner.
I love going to del Alma! I want to mention how hard it is to find nice gluten and dairy-free desserts in town, but del Alma has these nice truffles and sauces and sorbets. I also like how it has four small stories to help it feel more intimate.
It's spendy, but makes sense for a more upscale restaurant. If you want to save, just get drinks and dessert.
Have always loved the restaurant. This time, even though we had made reservations through open table, we were seated in an overflow room that was cold (next to an entrance from outside) and it had no ambience. The room was lined with chairs along a wall and we were seated at one of 6 tables. Disappointed this time around.
It was memorable and awesome as usual!
This is a beautiful restaurant, spacious and quiet. Food is unique, fresh, delicious. Moderate portions, which I prefer to large portions.
Our server and the other staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They made knowledgeable recommendations on the menu and wine list. It was a good experience.
Never a disappointment. Best restaurant in Corvallis.
This is only my second time dining at Del Alma so I have limited experience with it. The food was, once again, excellent. Well prepared and well presented. The proportions are good both for the price and for comfort. I like to leave a restaurant feeling satisfied, not stuffed, not hungry. I did think the side salads were a bit overpriced, they should be a bit less or a bit larger. We were seated off to the side of what I would call the main room. The tables were pretty widely spaced, almost oddly so, but it was quiet. The last time we ate here the waitress was exceptional, we were not as lucky this time. Our waiter did a pretty poor job. Empty plates were left on our table even after the next course had been presented. The waiter did not remove the bread or salad plates until the main course arrived. When he presented the bread and spreads he did not take the time to tell us what the various spreads were. He just laid everything down and left before we had a chance to ask. When my wife said she did not want another glass of wine, the empty glass was left on the table. These are all things a competent waiter would have taken care of. It did not seem like a very busy night but everything seemed to take a long time. We did have plenty of water though! The service was so slow that we opted not to order dessert as we were concerned it would add another 45 minutes to our experience. As it was we were there for almost 2 hours. We will certainly go again and roll the dice that our next waiter is more competent.
I loved everything about it! The dining room we sat in didn’t look quite finished but other than that i loved my valentines meal there. Especially the fruit curds
Queso Fundido!!! Nuff said...
This is our go to celebration place. 3 small plates and room for dessert. Which by the way...Spanish Bread Pudding...to die for!!!
Del Alma is our go to place for special occasions, in this case our anniversary. Service is always spot on. The servers know the menu well and are present "just enough" but not too much. We have found that the tapas are quite good and Del Alma offers a nice variety. We will order one to three tapas then share an entree. Food presentation is very well done and the flavors are well balanced to provide an exquisite dining experience. The drinks are creative and have a nice balance of flavors as well. The ambiance is always a treat, not too noisy and plenty of space between tables.
Best place in Corvallis to celebrate anything. Food is always wonderful and the key lime dessert is one of my all time favorites.
Great ambiance, food, service and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals and had fabulous service.
The food was excellent.
Service was friendly, but very slow for some reason. It seemed to be the waiter we had rather than the norm.
Ambiance was nice.
This is probably the best restaurant in Corvallis at the moment.
It was a wonderful dinner with friends over from Bend. Service was perfect...just the right amount of visits to our table without interrupting our visit. Food and wine were excellent. We were able to converse with normal voice levels...wonderful!
I don't particularly like to visit Corvallis but I enjoy it every time I get a chance to visit Del Alma. This is a truly wonderful restaurant with always interesting and well prepared food, excellent service, and comfortable ambiance. I thoroughly enjoy the experience of dining here and intend to do so as often as possible.
DelAlma - our favorite place to grab a fabulous cocktail and meal. Soups, Del Alma salad and Cesar Chicken are awesome!
Excellent food and service. One of our favorite dining spots in Corvallis
Great food and service as usual
Awesome dinner as we have always experienced.Great service. Fun dinner!
The service was great! Friendly staff, only had an empty water glass once the whole night. The food was very good. My only mild complaint is that there is no indication of serving size on the menu. We got an appetizer (beef pinchos for $12), and it only came with four cubes of beef, two skewers of two cubes each. It was delicious, but the portion size would've been nice to know up front. The meals were plenty large though, and the complimentary bread/toppings were delicious!
Booked this establishment for a meal and cocktails with friends prior to an evening show. Enjoyed it enough to come back for cocktails afterwards. Our service was spot on and the food and drinks were ideal. Will return soon.
We had a very nice meal and a lovely time. We'll be back.
Here is an upscale restaurant with unique offerings at a moderate price and it is local ! The ambiance, quality service, and the exciting offerings are welcomed to a city with limited quality restaurants. We are repeat customers.
Nice place to get together and have a conversation. No loud music that might make communication difficult. Easy access and easy parking on the south side of the building.
