Deerpark Restaurant-Biltmore Estate
The service was absolutely amazing!! The waiter we had was funny, really nice and had a good sense of humor. I believe his name was Neil. Definitely will be doing brunch again and I hope he is our server again!
Great food, terrific service, wonderful sitting, who could ask for more?
Deerpark is a special kind of place. Typically we do not do buffets, but their brunch is very special. Each item is carefully prepared and beautifully presented, and it is delicious. The only problem I have ever had with Deerpark is self-restraint, and I was guilty of gluttony once again.
We had a late brunch before touring the House. The buffet was well stocked and the food was very good.
As always the food and service was excellent. Every time we come to the Biltmore Estate we are happy to find the quality is great and the staff are very efficient and friendly.
it was a very nice experience havent been to a resturant with such good food and a beutiful place i enjoyed it all. from the time i walkd in and the hostess gave me a warm hug i knew i was welcome will. be going back. again so i celebrated my 65 birthd there very special. and will be memorable
The venue itself is well worth the price you'll pay for your buffet. The airy open feel with comfortable seating goes a long way. Only items of disappointment were 1) no fresh fruit and 2) no clear indication of allergen information - this is always a challenge, but our daughter forgot to bring her epipen so we needed to be extra careful. Usually high-end restaurants are very good about this, so we were a little disappointed and experienced the same at other restaurants within the property.
First time eating at Deepark. It was a pretty place, but $80 for a small buffet in a small restaurant was really a disappointment. It was a Sunday brunch and mostly breakfast food with some salmon and lunch sides with a dessert table. I don't mind paying for great food, but this wasn't worth the price. Won't be going back.
Everything about the experience was wonderful. The service was really special and the food was great. I will make this an annual treat.
The food was just ok. Nothing was piping hot. Actually all the hot foods were just lukewarm. I think we enjoyed the desserts most of all. It was a good experience overall but we would not return.
This was the best buffet I have ever experienced. Every single item that was offered was top-notch. The corn and black-eyed-pea salad was spectacular, as was the salmon. I usually feel that I don’t get my money’s worth at a buffet because there are dishes I don’t care for, as well as the fact that I have a small appetite. The Deerpark dining was an exception! I highly recommend it.
Always a pleasure. Such a grand value at biltmore
We were there for Sunday brunch at 1:30. They must close at 2 because we were IGNORED while staff cleaned up. Our waitress literally delivered our check with a broom and dust pan in her hand. The food had totally dried out which made the breakfast casserole uneatable, even the breads were dried out. Very disappointing experience!
This was our first time at Biltmore but I have eaten at the Dinning Room, Bistro, and the Social Lounge at least three times each. This was by far the worst experience. We checked in two minutes after our reservation time, they told us it would be "a moment," then as we were seated across the reception hall they vaguely yelled "5 minutes" in our direction. We were taken to a table that had a neighboring guest . We were not told who our server was, if there was one, if we were free to go to the buffet, where it was (it was not visible from our far seats), etc. We asked the waiter when he appeared 5 minutes later what the deal was and were told that it was a buffet but not offered drinks or coffee until we asked where they were. As I maneuvered throughout the restaurant, staff did not let you pass first if you were already in the aisle when they needed to move, including once with the hostess leading a large group past me and I had to duck in between two seated guests because there wasn't room for us to pass each other. Many small bad things, no good things other than the food. We likely will not return.
The best omelet ever. The other food was good but not outstanding for Deerpark’s reputation. Our server was decent.
There were many food options and all were good. The music was nice but as the crowd grew, it just added too much noise.
We liked the new menu...felt that too much pot roast was served in the little bowls...we saw a lot of people only eating about half of it...loved the new soup!
For the experience I say visit. The location was perfect. The price was good compared to brunches in FL. I did however request a note for my friend having a birthday and did not get one. I had to ask which ruined the surprise. The starters salads desserts and vegetables were fantastic however the carving station and hot foods were very disappointing and dry. The omelette station looked good however we did not eat there since our reservation was at 1:30 PM.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is excellent and the ambiance is lovely.
Sunday brunch was overpriced for what was available. The best part was the omelet bar. The rest of the food was plain and bland and the choices limited. For $36.95 per person, I would have expected a better selection and better food
Not likely to return to this brunch
This has become an over-prompted but under-produced buffet brunch. To represent a "carving station' consisting of pot roast, salmon, and fresh marinated ham is underwhelming. The space is very nice, the service is good but - for the price - the experience disappointing.
What a wonderful restaurant with excellent food!! so many neat choices for vegan and gluten free and they were all delicious!!
Wonderful! Bottomless mimosas are the best...great flavors too.
The food was amazing and the central courtyard beautiful. I was amazed by the number of choices and how exquisite each option was.
We believe the Sunday buffet at deer park has been going down hill for some time now. The vegetables were over cooked. The "pot roast" was a small amount of shredded meat in a fatty gravy with over cooked potatoes. I could not eat it.
The service was good but the suggest tips on the tab are insulting starting at 18% and calculated including the sales tax. Mighty high for buffet service.
We always love coming here. Such great food, wait staff and venue!
We enjoyed our dining experience. The food and service was excellent.
The food was awesome and the atmosphere was great.
Food was excellent. Many selections for lunch buffet.
Excellent food selections. Great drink options. Pleasant live music in the background. One of the better buffets I’ve been to.
EXC food and staff; tasty soup, EXC variety of meats and veggies , been 2 x this yr- change menu 4x yr; good decorations. .love it.
Food is always excellent with beautiful presentations. Service is top notch. The atmosphere is quiet and low key. We always eat at this restaurant when we visit the Biltmore.
Great food, great atmosphere and a must for every visit to Biltmore.
As frequent diners and passholders we were disappointed with our visit on Sunday. Many items on the buffet were not replenished and we were left waiting for many items, such as salmon, chocolate croissants and biscuits. There were only a couple of spoonfuls of many items. There was a loud group of women who were drinking seated near us and we feel the host should have asked them to lower their voices. Someone's enjoyment should not interfere with others enjoyment of the same dining experience. They were treated an elegant experience as if they were in a bar. Of course we will return, but not soon as we were so disappointed.
Buffett was almost always out of food and we had to consistently wait for new food to be brought out.
The desert selection was good.
Reasonably priced, very good soups and meats, desserts salads and vegetables were average. Nice live music (guitar soloist). Very pretty and relaxed setting. Helpful polite staff.
Never tried Deerpark’s Brunch, very glad we did.
Food not very good
Excellent food & service! Up to the Biltmore standards and always exceeds our expectations.
The food is always delicious! Our waiter is always the best which his name is Neal. We love him.
