About Dean Street
Dean Street is an American style bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. the inside of the restaurant is consistent with modern bars with exposed ductwork, rusty brick walls and industrial-style hanging light fixtures. The big draw at Dean Street is the stage, which attracts a wide array of talent. Dean Street hosts several comedy nights throughout the week as well as live music on weekends.
Dean Street serves elevated bar food that takes inspiration from all over the United States. Some of the appetizers on the menu include deviled eggs, quesadillas, chicken gumbo, crispy calamari and fried pickles. The entrŽes are just as varied with crawfish mac and cheese, fried chicken dinner, blackened catfish and a rigatoni with andouille, kale, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, garlic and white wine.

Dean Street Ratings and Reviews
I celebrated my birthday with brunch for 17 at Dean Street and it was wonderful. Our waitress was amazing and most of the food was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to see a kitchen of 2 handle such a busy little place. Kudos to our waitress! She couldn't have done a better job.
I ordered the short rib hash and it was delicious. My friends also enjoyed the crawfish omlette and the cheddar/avocado. Several people said that the French Toast was perfect but they were disappointed that there were only 2 slices. The shrimp and grits were only "ok" but the French fries and brussel sprouts were delicious.
All and all a great experience except for when we were leaving. There was another waitress who was very VERY rude to our group. Her attitude left much to be desired and left a bad taste on an otherwise wonderful experience.
Needed a place that was still taking reservations for Easter brunch and luckily stumbled upon this place. Waitress was nice and attentive. The food was delicious and perfect portions. I also liked how their meat dishes always had some kind of vegetable side like the steak and eggs had some kale or my short rib hash had a fresh salsa topping. The food was not greasy either. The bathrooms were clean. And the patrons were average Joe's from the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.
