2nd time here-could not believe that our waitress remembered us from 2 months ago-and exactly what we liked and did not like...food was just as good today as last time and they are so accommodating!
Excellent as always. Food prepared as ordered not large pre-dinner quantities. Served hot and very tasty. Premium ingredients and that is what makes the tastes so great.
Food was very good. Service was great. Highly recommend the restaurant
Pasta main dish was boring.accompanied salad was nice.pita chips and hummus very good to start
We have been to DD flats on several occasions all of them peasant. We have recommended the restaurant to our friends and the feedback was always positive. It gets tiresome going for dinner and eating heavy meals DD flats offers a variety that doesn't have to effect the scale the next day if you choose to avoid that your choices include salads flatbreads past and pannis we chose to share a salad and a flatbread
This place is overpriced for what you get. The food was inconsistent- some dishes were good, some were not. The wine was overpriced and the service was OK. The manager of the restaurant interrupted our server in the middle of her explaining the specials and scolded her. We were shocked. Plenty of other, better places to go nearby.
Great service and food. Small but nicely decorated and comfortable -we continue to go back_always a nice meal
Great food, service and value! Wonderful, complex flavors at a Big Bang for your buck.
Delish !!! Everything we ordered was really tasty
We always enjoy dinner here. Although our waitress was superb, another staff member was slightly unfriendly. Overall we like the place
Dined here many times. This experience was a disappointment. Service poor ,too many large parties. Dining was not enjoyable. Restaurant is small for so many large parties kitchen cannot handle so many people at same time. Dinner took forever.
Food was good as always. We were a party of six whom all going to have salads, but after reviewing the menus and hearing the specials we all decided to have different pastas. Better than an Italian restaurant. Everyone was happy and very surprised. This is definitely a hidden jem for a neighborhood restaurant. The only disappointment was the wine list. Too expensive for low end wines. Corkage too expensive to bring our own
We arrived on time to find no reservation! We did not believe the unhelpful waitress! Following us in was a table for 8 with OpenTable were told the same story!!
It is very small and busy this time of year and cannot accommodate parties of more than 4.
Have been going to DDFlats since May and we will not recommend it or go back there.

The food was interesting and good but the service was terrible. The waitress was about as grumpy and rude as I have ever experienced. We would have left but we already had ordered. It is doubtful we will return to this restaurant.
Terrific food. The shrimp po boy was one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. Linda was a great server.
We were 5 ladies and shared everything. 2 salads, 2 flatbreads and mussels appetizer were more than we could finish. Highly recommend the Osaka flatbread if you like rare tuna.
WE went to DD Flats prior to a concert for a "lite" dinner… flat breads delicious… I had the shrimp sale and it was excellent… Food overall was enjoyed by all.
Very poor dining experience. We wanted to order appetizers first and the waitress said it was not allowed. Really? We had 3 children with us who were hungry and we wanted to get some food to the table as soon as possible. We did not see any food for an hour. When the appetizers did come, they were burnt. The soda machine was also broken. This will be our one and only visit to DD Flats.
At its heart, this is a fancy salad and pizza joint, although its not called pizza, but flatbread. Their menu is quite broad in these categories and the pair of flatbreads we had were flavorful. Haven't yet come across one that wasn't and I don't think you can go wrong here so long as you order to your taste. This evening, the shining spot for me was their special, which was a pasta with chicken and shrimp in a spicy red sauce given a fancier name of diablo or some such anthropomorphic reference for a red sauce with heat. It was zippy, lip-smacking and came with plentiful chicken and a fair portion of shrimp. By way of a side note, the cumin-flavored hummus that came with the garlic pita chips was also superb.
I had a cajun chicken salad with all sorts of fruit, veggies and goat cheese. It was as tasty as one would expect and with the portion-size consistent with American dining. Fair value and an all-around decent place.
Love this place, food, servers, ambiance!
Cannot wait to return!
Warm, enjoyable place to go with friends.
I happened upon this restaurant while looking through YELP reviews for a restaurant that could accommodate a party of 7 on a last minute whim. The reviews were good enough to lure me in. The location was key for us, as we had party members coming from Boynton, Delray, West Boca and Parkland. The server, Josh, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Our family ordered a variety of menu items ranging from soup and salad,to pasta and paninis. The food arrived promptly and the presentation was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed their choices. I will most definitely visit here again.
The food here is amazing! The flatbreads have unique combinations that are so delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is a foodie!
Although their posted advertisement/review says that they are very accommodating, we find that the chef is fairly rigid in making modifications to suit our dietary requests. However, the salads and soups are wonderful, the quesidilla, fairly tasteless and partly burned, but the flatbreads are fun...
small, but quant. we were five, so were able to get a rez. flatbreads are awesome!!
Everything from start to finish was perfect!
For both Dinner and Lunch this is a great place. Especially if you want to be able to have a conversation with the people you are with.
We put in a reservation for DD flats on opentable and DD flats claimed they never got it. Since I eat at DD flats all the time they accomodated us. How did this happen that our reservation was not received. I blame open table for this
Moderately priced and very comfortable.
This restaurant has a long list of interesting flat breads. The flat breads have an international flair, we have tried many of them over the past few years and have enjoyed most. This is a good spot for a casual lite meal.
First visit for 3 out of group of 6. Not a good start. One of the cushioned chairs at our table was WET. A waiter offered to put a napkin over it. We suggested bringing a chair from one of the several unused tables. He said he'd rather not do that because then a guest at that table would have a wet chair!! Finally got another chair and another server. Problem was water dripping from an overhead A/C vent. We were able to move our tables 10 inches to solve the problem. The new waiter, Derrick, replaced the first one. He was absolutely fabulous!! Knew the menu, wines; great personality. Ask for him to insure great service. After the bad start, evening ended happily. Good food, wine, friends, and Derrick. Will definitely revisit.
We are Going to a different restaurant every night for 20 nights and this was the worst place of all 20. The wine bar is a joke - the wine bar in my hotel room has a better selection. The service was horrible the waiter was very rude, as if he couldn't wait for his shift to be over - went over the holidays so they were charging extra for everything. The ambiance is zero and the food - Well to say nothing special. Ironically this place is next to TouJays - don't bother waisting your time go straight too TouJays and by pass the Flatbread joke. Overall an embarrassment to the industry.
all dishes were full of onions - way too many. They only have 1 beer, two ales and no liquor on the menu, so you have to drink wine. They seemed very inflexible and unaccomodating. The food was mediocre at best. You couldnt pay me to go there again.
The menu was interesting and the specials were note worthy. Service was attentive. We shared a flat bread (5 of us) which was more than enough. Some of us had appetizers as a main course, one had a huge salad. One person in our party had a complete dinner. All of us enjoyed this place very much.
