This was our first time at DC Prime and they did not disappoint! We arrived about 15 min before our reservation time but they still seated us right away. That was impressive! The atmosphere was very mellow and relaxing. The service by the waiter was among the best in the world. He was friendly, helpful, attentive and quick. Wine: Orin Swift Papillon. This is a delicious Bordeaux blend. I highly recommend this one with steak! For Dinner we shared a Wagyu steak, Piedmontese steak "Italian Wagyu", mashed potatoes and sautéed Garlic Spinach. Both steak were absolutely fantastic! The mashed potatoes were pretty good and the spinach was very good. Dessert: We shared the Crème brûlée. This was a very good Crème brûlée that was served with a few assorted berries. We will be going back and I suggest everyone in Ashburn try this place, you will not be disappointed!

Isabella was a remarkable server who took a lot of time to explain different options and to help us select the right dish. Our food was fantastic - I’ve been to every steakhouse in the DMV area, and this one is my new #1. We will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the pacing of the meal was not stage well. Very rushed. The quality just wasn’t there compared to other steakhouses at the same price point. I’d rather spend a little bit more and get better quality cuts of meat. I’m near oak steakhouse and frequent there so maybe I’m spoiled but I probably won’t be returning

Super nice, but the drink service was terrible. We were there for almost two hours and were lucky to get two rounds of mixed drinks. Steaks were amazing. Bar service sucked big time.

Just excellent everything. This is where you go for the best of everything and to be pampered. Our server, Andrei, is outstanding. He explains the menu in great detail. Just tell Andrei what you like and he will make great recommendations from cocktails to food to wine. Then there is the General Manager, Glenn Wooten, great guy. Great at what he foes. Glenn makes you feel like family and the entire staff, and he, are there to make sure you Have a perfect evening. Lastly there is Rick Crowe who is the owner. He constantly walks around visiting tables to be sure things are the way you want. If not Rick is on it to take care of it. You just cannot go yo a better restaurant.

The food was delicious. We had dinner reservations for 2 people at 5:30. We were seated right away. The restaurant was packed. We were encouraged to order our entrées sooner rather than later because they had 2 large parties coming in. We ordered the ribeye and the bone in ribeye. My husband said the bone in ribeye was one of the best steaks he has ever eaten. My ribeye was a little chewy but it was very tasty. We enjoyed our dinner and I would recommend the restaurant to others.

We went there for our wedding anniversary. Our reservation was kind a late evening (8:45pm). When we got there they seat us towards the back which was weird since they were empty tables in the main area. By the time we were eating we were the only ones in that area eating by ourselves. About the dining. The calamari was not as good as expected. Our drinks and bread came late. We got the appetizer first. Then when ordering they were a few sides like mash potatoes that they ran out. Steaks were ok, although mine was medium rare and had to send it back to get it to medium. We were expecting a lot better experience for a restaurant at that level :S Thank you

My steak had a bitter burnt taste on its crust absolutely inedible. Food overall was cold I ordered the ribeye with what was supposed to be “king crab” on top. it was more like canned crab mush. I also ordered the lobster Mac which was Al-dente with very little cheese topping. Staff were friendly but never going back

The Japanese wagyu and in-house dry aged offerings are simply unparalleled. The truffle butter is a remarkable pairing for the variety of in-house dry aged meats and side of sautéed mushrooms. The spinach salad grilled cheese and bacon dressing can convert that one friend of your who opposes the salad course. Looking forward to another visit!
