Its streak house, so you would expect to get it right. Simple medium rare ribeye totally over cooked, and then the most uninterested server possible, who decided to argue when I pointed out that it was not all that special. To be fair the Onion soup and lamb chops my wife had were amazing, but still you would expect more for $200 bucks.

Not expecting to go again.

Hostess was lackluster at best, and had no real excitement to be working, and showed little appreciation for our arrival. We had an early dinner reservation, and while many seats were open, they sat my party right near the kitchen opening - really? When I asked about one of the wines from their robust wine collection, for some reason the waiter tried to steer me to the "less expensive" standard $18 wines - - Was my suit not expensive enough for you? Did I not look old enough to afford an $75-90 bottle of wine? I asked to speak to the sommelier instead (as I was slightly offended by the waiter), and when I asked him about the wine in question, I don't think he had a clue. For the first 15 minutes, I was not impressed at all. So, now to the good... Food was OUTSTANDING; two of the best steaks my wife and I have ever had. Sides were plentiful and the mash potatoes and the mushroom sides were inventive and quite remarkable. As the patrons filed in over the next hour, the place became as loud as a teenage dance club, and we were glad to have eaten like royalty, and were glad to be departing. 10 stars to the cooks in the back, and from now on, if I ever wanted to go full tilt for a steak - I'd order carry out...or go with Omaha Steaks and do it myself.

We had a family celebration and the whole staff made us feel like celebrities. This is by far the best restaurant in the DMV.
I’ll never go anywhere else for a special occasion. This restaurant is absolute perfection on their delivery!

Excellent food. I had the bone in ribeye and macaroni and cheese. If I had to change anything I would only suggest a more expansive pinot noir list. Only three to choose from. Definitely five star establishment.

I have to admit that for the price I expected a bit more from this restaurant. I took my husband here for his birthday and the first thing I noticed was how the hostess was dressed. It was actually a bit jarring - and normally I don't care what people wear but it just clashed with the decor and feel of the restaurant. She was in a very short summer romper and fishnet stockings at the end of November. Whatever, to each their own. We get sat at a booth and the service is just OK. Our appetizers took a while to come out (shrimp cocktail and oysters) and when it came time for our main courses we had to ask for steak knives. The time spaced out between courses was OK - a bit longer than I would normally like, but it was OK. When it came time for dessert the coffee was brought out about seven minutes before the actual dessert. Then we had to ask for spoons. If this was any run of the mill or chain restaurant I don't think I would have minded, but when you pay this much for food you do kind of expect a great level of service. The food itself was nothing to write home about. I've had better steak from Wegmans and the Bernaise sauce was just really off to me. The portions were very generous though - we had plenty of leftovers. My husband had the ribeye, but he felt the same way - it was OK, but he expected a bit more. I guess I had just built it up in my head a bit more so the whole experience was bit lackluster.

Loved the atmosphere of this place. Food was very well prepared though a bit pricey. They pay good attention to detail as I was there to celebrate my birthday and my party was able to order a custom cake from the restaurant baker. Not sure how they are on a weekend but on a Tuesday evening they were quiet and very accommodating.

The restaurant was not busy yet we were seated next to the swinging doors into the kitchen. Three times a wait staff person hit/kicked my chair going into the kitchen.
The onion soup was only room temperature. The calamari was great.
The steak was lukewarm but cooked as requested.
We ordered a bottle of white wine. The waitress poured the first two glasses and set the bottle on the table, about 10 minuets later she put the bottle in the wine cooler which was between our table and the next one the whole time. Later she refreshed the glasses and put the bottle (still 1/3 full) onto the table and took away the wine cooler.
The time between our appetizers and dinner was only a minute, in fact the whole meal was done in 65 minutes-a little fast for an expensive dinner out.

This is the second time we went there, and we didn't get the wow'ness as the first time. Multiple meats were unavailable due to a big party which was the biggest impact to our meal. Service was knowledgeable but we had to wait a while during the meal to get his attention - he was doing the best he could. Deserts we're amazing!

The passion of the owners and the Executive Chef comes through in the food that they serve at DC Prime. Whether it's the Wagyu beef, top notch seafood, tomahawk steaks or the delectable desserts, everything is prepared with care and presented beautifully. The atmosphere is warm and inviting without being stuffy, the servers are friendly and professional and the bar is hopping on most nights. The restaurant features special events and special dishes all of the time so you won't get tired of visiting this gem in Ashburn. The steaks are always perfect, huge portions of everything can be shared and you can observe the open kitchen to watch your meals being prepared. It's on top of fine dining establishments in Loudoun. Even the libations are carefully selected by the chef and the owner.

Food was excellent. Service was less than expected for a restaurant that is pushing $50 entrees. Our server was nice, but totally inexperienced and had absolutely no flair in table side manners. He is what you would expect from Applebees. Had limited skill in opening and presenting a bottle of wine well over $100. Handled it like Two Buck Chuck. Came by table only once to dump wine in glasses and left.

You need to up your service game. Marginal service with expensive entrees is a going out of business strategy.

We were pampered the entire time we were there. Spent a couple of minutes in the bar waiting for our table. Wonderful service and they gave us recommendations that we're not the top of the price list. Awesome wine! At the dinner table, we felt like we were the only person they were waiting on. The ribeye was tender and tasty. The tomahawk was shockingly tender and full of taste. Wonderful experience. We'll be back!

If you’re in the Ashburn area and are looking for the best steaks and seafood, look no further. I have been here a number of times and they consistently deliver great service, remembering your name and preferences on drinks!! It always feels like coming home when I go there, very welcoming!!! Ask for Brittany or Morgan if you want stellar service and awesome recommendations for wine and food parings. Can honestly say my best experience at a restaurant has been there!!
Awesome bourbon and scotch collection and some amazing drink creations by the best bartender in VA, Chelsea!!!! Her personal and amazing service is unparalleled!! Looking forward to going back already!! Can not say enough great things about this place!
