Normal I didn’t had any problem before, but I this ocasión I don t know what happen ,my reservation was 7:15PM I was there already at 7pm, I went to the desk told my my names and my reservation time. One guy there his names MR Dallas him didn’t found my reservation he was told me this Reservation was for Fen 19, ok Iwebt and look on my Imail view my reservation and show up to him. Said nothing to me, later on told me wait 15 min, this guy Mr Dallas calling every body even the peoples was there befor me, Iwas coming back to him at :7:40pm and said to me no ready yet .. at 8pm I see other guy there and wen to him and explain to him was going on he lookin into the computer and found my reservation and told me give to him 2 minutes, raighaway he call me whit my table tanks god , that guy names was Mr Spencer.. I want said thanks to him for the outstanding service, nice food , I made other reservation for feb19. The best steak ever.

I've been to David Burke Prime a total of three times. The first two visits were excellent. As a matter of fact, I recommended this restaurant to a slew of friends based on those dining experiences. But this latest visit was a real disappointment, especially since it was the first time I took my wife after raving about it for the past several months. First issue had to do with the service. Took our TWO waiters (Adam and Chad) and the sommelier a good 20 minutes to bring over the wrong bottle of wine (they claim it was because they couldn't find the bottle we had ordered). To their credit they recommended a similar bottle that was a few dollars less. Then it was a good 15 - 20 minutes before we saw our waiters again to place our order. With two waiters I'd expect service to be twice as fast, but I was very mistaken. I had the rib eye that came recommended by Chad and my wife had the petite filet mignon. Both were cooked to the perfect temperature, so kudos to the chefs. However, both cuts of meat were very disappointing in size, appearance, taste and just about every other way possible. When I'm spending $50 - $60 on a piece of meat, I expect it to look and taste a little nicer than what I'd get at Outback, but not this time. Couldn't get out of there quick enough and won't be back for a long time.

Main server was mediocre. Continued to ask the same questions between drinks, apps & entree orders. Mix up on appetizer specifics. Support server was fantastic. Extremely attentive and polite. Seafood Mini Tower was not very exciting. Oysters were super small and looked like they were shucked hours earlier. The lump crab was dry and mealy. King Crab Leg was run through some sort of saw that did not help with the bland flavor. Their trademark Hanging Bacon had great flavor and was good but to be honest the odor of the herbs that were burning were extremely off putting. It was a constant reminder of the unpleasantness every time the order went out to a table throughout our entire meal. The steaks were very good and the bourbon glazed brussel sprouts are the highlight for me. They were delicious. Cotton candy was a nice touch and their coffee was very good. Would definitely go back again for another meal.

I was looking forward to eating here from the good reviews. I had great service and the appetizer were delicious. But when we received our steaks it was a huge disappointment. My ribeye steak was unflavorful, difficult to cut and seemed smaller than it should have been. The prime rib was the worst prime rib that my father ever had in his life. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back especially when I can spend $50 instead of hundreds of dollars for better tasting steak.

I had a great first experience months ago and was excited to bring my fiance. Unfortunately his first experience was nothing like mine. We had reservation for 945, I understand it was Valentine's day and the restaurant was busy but Jessica our waitress was not friendly at all. We had to ask her for bread, we had to keep getting her attention and then she took my order wrong. When she came back to clarify the miss understanding I told her I didnt want to wait for my "steak hats" when never saw her again. Jessica never came back to our table.. Tony took care of us for the rest of the night. TONY was GREAT!!

LOVE this restaurant as you can see my past reviews have all been 5 stars. This day not so much. What I can’t stand about restaurants on their “special days” is how they hammer the guest. Their 49 dollar set price menu they always have was conveniently gone for Valentine’s Day even though everything else was the same. Bartender was asked if it was available and he checked with the woman and she audibly said “we are trying to discourage guests from ordering it but we will if they insist”. Needless to say it was asked 2x to him after she answered him and his answer was still no both times.
Absolutely clueless when it comes to customer service. They also stopped making the “table side” Caesar salad because it was “too busy” which it 100% was not. So I paid 16 for the same salad made In the kitchen. And if it’s too busy then how do you make it on Saturday or any other busy night? And their specials were a SEVENTY dollar duck entree and a NINETY dollar surf and turf entree or a 25 dollar beef carpaccio??? Are they for real??? Sad and pathetic all rolled into one. Feels like 300 dollars wasted last night on what should have been a special night with my wife. Surreal.
