We enjoy eating at Dapur and love the Asian Fusion food there. Service is always great and the food is creative and delicious.
Dan was a great waiter. Food here is very good. Miso cod slightly off in thin section. Scallops excelkent. Korean short ribs makes you want more. Volcano lobster roll very nice.
Room is very noisy. Beware of girls night out as those tables are full of "shriekettes".
Always consistent, with wonderful flavorful food and friendly prompt service. Especially love the Korean short ribs, grilled eggplant, and the chicken balls.
My family and I went in on a Monday. We were able to sit right away and have a nice lunch and still make it to the airport on time. The Server was very polite and attentive. At the beginning of the meal he asked if we had to leave by a certain time so he can make sure to get us out in a timely manner. That was a nice touch.
It was a gift + what a great gift!!! Excellent food, food came out fast, staff was amazing, service was spectacular, and we only had appetizers!!! We are going back to try entrees next imd + looking forward to it!!! We are talking about having my Mom's 80th b-day party there even though we had already planned it else where.
Excellent food. Small cocktails. Fantastic Brussel sprouts. Very loud place.
The restaurant side had no ambiance, the atmosphere is strange. The rooms disconnected. Not a very comfortable dining experience. The food and service were excellent, and the prices surprisingly good, but would probably not return due to the "feel" of the space.
Food was great! Used open table to ask for birthday surprise which the hostess noted when I checked in. Wonderful curry and unusual sushi choices.
To be fair, we didn't arrive until 1:00PM for a Sunday brunch. I imagine this would have been a far better experience if we had been there closer to the beginning. Everything looked great but seemed a little "tired" by the time we settled in and ate. The dum sum was nice and freshly steamed but most other things had been out for awhile. It wasn't a bad experience. Just not the usual amazing meal we're used to at Dapur.
Every dish we tried was fantastic. The drinks were great as well. We ate at the bar and Robbie was the one best severs we ever had at a restaurant. He knew all the dishes and gave excellent recommendations.
Simply the best!! We have been to Dapur for Lunch, happy hour and dinner and I know for sure that we will be back for more amazing time:)
I think Asian food is my number one choice for a cuisine . I travel a
lot and I don't always find a great Asian. Dapur has been spoiling me
for the last a few years, their food and cocktails are out of this
world. I just recently found out that they do Sunday brunch. Cant wait
to try and I am sure that it will be amazing.
This is a fantastic restaurant for tapas. Excellent food with so much to choose from. I will definitely revisit on my next trip to Ft. Lauderdale. The Manager was very friendly and walked around talking to guest.
After enjoying a nice dinner at Dapur, we wanted to give the Dapur Sunday Brunch a try. The brunch experience left a lot to be desired, from the quality of the food items available, using appetizer plates at the main food station, the price charged for the low-quality food and the longish wait for the bill. The sushi station looked great to the eye but the imitation crab in the few rolls available was a turnoff. The Bloody Mary station was really the only decent station. There's a waffle station but the mix was awful, think Aunt Jemima. There was a good selection of berries for your waffles, though. The hot station was a let down, poor quality potatoes for example none of the usual breakfast meats like bacon/sausage. The pricing was $24 or $30 with bottomless Bloody Mary's or Mimosas.
Everything was delicious, drinks was very good and the price was great. I highly recommend the Papaya Salad!
Vegetarian or omnivores will be equally pleased with a wide selection of tapas. Start with the edamame and Brussels sprouts- be sure to have a shrimp martini and some Korean short ribs - desserts are a perfect size to share.
The bartender and waiters Eduardo & Kevin were great!! My friends and I arrived at 630pm and closed the place down. Happy hour is fantastic, happy hour food too. Sushi was buy 1 get 1 free. You must try the lobster roll!!!! I would definitely go back!
Good food, good drinks, great Friends. We really enjoyed the tapas style dining where we could share every plate.
Had a very pleasant evening, though a bit noisy the food and service made up for it.A bit disappointed in the grilled calamari, will try the other next time .. Great lychee martini!!!
We enjoy lunch at Dapur with reasonable prices and free edaname. Looking forward to going back.
