    Definitely a must try dining experience. The staff at DaiLo are attentive, anticipatory and pleasant. The food is creative, satisfying and playful. Talk to your server to about your dishes to appreciate the chef's intentions. Meet chef Nick if possible. Explore the menu options with abandon and relish the culinary surprises - your palate will thank you. Bon appetit!

    It had been years since I went to DaiLo. My earlier experiences were mind blowing. Returning after many years, I walked away asking " why did it take so long to return". The food, the service, the ambience was only topped by my incredible date. The combination of layered flavours and intentional textures makes every bite a home run. And the staff are second to none, always giving direct recommendations and guidance on what and how to eat. No thinking needed, just sit and enjoy. I promise not to wait so long before I return.

    The food looked phenomenal from pictures, but tasting them was on a whole other level. Some dishes, I will admit didn't really have anything special to them, but it was still delicious and was a nice break in between such flavourful dishes. We went with DaiLo's Choice from seeing other people's reviews on the restaurant and we made the right choice. It cost each person around $155 including tax and tips for 15 dishes! It was great value for what we got and we left so incredibly full. The service was absolutely amazing. The servers were so welcoming and so helpful, as they explained how to eat each dish and even helped cut some dishes as well before we ate.

    Delicious food and excellent service! We greatly enjoyed dining at Dailo. The dishes we loved the most were the betel leaf appetizer, octopus tacos, eggplant with burrata and pea dumplings… all super delicious. The server was terrific and went out of his way to accommodate an allergy at the table. All the staff were wonderful. Thanks Dailo and keep it up!

    We made a reservation because it was a special family birthday and DaiLo exceeded our expectations. The tasting menu was incredible, and Geoff’s personalized service made the evening memorable. Highly recommended.

    We did the Dailo's Choice Premium did not disappoint. A few favorites: Truffle Hainanese Chicken; Smoked Trout Pomelo Betel Leaf; Vietnamese Phaux Beef Carpaccio; Aloe Vera Ginger Sorbet
