I went there with 5 friends for a brunch. Nice restaurant with immaculate service and quite reasonable price for food and drinks, except some of my friends don't enjoy their food very much. They ordered omelet and egg benedict. The fries were way too salty. The quality of the food seems not live up with the fame and popularity of the restaurant.
It's a sad day when you have poor service and a mediocre meal at Dahlia. My wife and I have been patrons for years but the last (3) times we have eaten there the service has been poor and the food ok. We will not patronize Dahli again and if we want the coconut cream pie we visit the bakery. Very disappointing.
Always a great meal and fabulous service. Looking forward to our next visit.
I would recommend with some caveats as to menu selection.
The food and the atmosphere was fantastic! We are definitely going back. The food and atmosphere was fantastic nation point we are definitely going back
The rotisserie duck was amazing, but the menu was a bit pricy for what you get.
Very good food and service. A bit pricey but worth it for a date or special ocassion.
Had a great meal at Dahlias. Excellent oysters to start and nicely prepared halibut. The service however has slipped a bit, we were told that our table didn't have a waiter till 6 pm which we were ok with but then we did get a server. Love the atmosphere, so cozy and warm!
We came here for an anniversary dinner and our waitress, Kelly was AMAZING!! Very warm and knowledgeable on the menu to give perfect recommendations. Made the night feel very special and welcoming. It’s easy to get snobby service at an upscale place like this, but this was by far some of the best, genuine service ever. The food was equally as amazing!! You’ll leave full, and happy! I’m not used to added gratuity where I’m from so i was unsure on how, but i wish there was a place to add more because this place was worth every penny and then some.
Dahlia Lounge is our go-to restaurant for a nice dinner out! The service is outstanding, always a nice variety of food options, and we enjoy the atmosphere.
The service was slow and we had to keep flagging down our waiter for things we needed or he forgot. He completely forgot our first course but didn’t acknowledge it. Nice enough guy but just not very attentive.
Overpriced. All alacart so no veggies or salad or bread if you dont order them.Portions were nice but plan to spend $125 per person without drinks.
The FRESH, delivered same day, garden greens salad from the Prosser Farm was a real treat for two Alaskans! Baby radishes and pansies - so cute, so colorful - I back home looking at snow on the mountains and my photo of that salad.
We went for brunch which was excellent! Food options were great in my opinion and the food was delicious. The service was good and it wasn't too loud with elderly customers. My only thought was that $12 per slice of pie is absurd.
The food is classic and clean. I really loved our server who was so knowledgable about each dish and super friendly. Best part she didnt judge when we plowed through our chicken fat butter.
We never judge. . .We appreciate you!
We had a wonderful evening with friends in town. We havent been to The Dahlia for many years . We were not disappointed .Everything was truly excellent. Special dinner out with special friends .
Had a wonderful time! I also appreciated that the waitress was so personable.
Absolutely fantastic. Great service, great food, great dining experience!
Excellent service and food!
Not sure why Dahlia gets the praise it does, but food is just okay -- but definitely not of quality to justify the price.
Excellent meal as always! The 3 of us ordered the 6 dipping spreads with the homemade toasted breads. Yummy! The crab cakes are delicious as was the bread salad and grilled cheese with ham. Of course. One has to have the signature coconut cream pie to finish off the meal. Wonderful waiter!
Entertaining out-of-town business visitors; absolutely the best place for an outstanding dining experience with a definite Seattle flare. You can't go wrong with selecting Dahlia Lounge!
Perfect choice for making memories. Great menu and intimate interior.
Delicious meal but not enough corn beef in the hash, still ate it all and didn't have room for doughnuts! darn:)
Easter brunch. No special menu but the food was delicious. Portions small for the price. Service was slow
Another great meal at Dahlia. Everything we had was delicious. They also accommodated a special request where we paired one entree with the side from a different entree. Entrees were halibut, duck and crab cakes. Appetizers of bread salad and a half dozen oysters Don’t forget the coconut cream pie. It is remarkable.
Vegan falafel plate was tasty but small portion and lacked enough tzatziki! It's a shining ingredient and deserves more plate real estate. Service was friendly and attentive.
It was good but nothing special. I wasn’t particularly wowed by anything, even though it was restaurant week and presumably that’s when some really great dishes are on the menu.
Great service and food
Delicious breakfast and coffee! Nice server. Good booth with awesome light - perfect for a nice brunch with a friend!
Great place for a Sunday brunch. The service and food we're top notch as always. The only negative was the small tables they have for parties of 4.
Food was good, but way over priced. Won't be returning.
Always love the Tom Douglas restaurants...classic Seattle. And I’m infatuated with those made to order doughnuts! 😍
Dahlia Lounge has unique dishes and drinks with flavor that is honestly mediocre. I have heard such good things about this place and it unfortunately did not live up to the hype. There are better Tom Douglas restaurants in Seattle.
Dahlia for Restaurant Week has been an annual occurrence for several years and did not disappoint us this year.
The best Seattle Restaurant Week meal we’ve ever had!
Even though we try as many restaurants throughout Seattle that we can, Dahlia has continued to be our favorite restaurant for over 20 years. The food and service continues to be consistent and fantastic. It is also our favorite of the TD restaurants.
Thank you so much, we appreciate you!
Went during SRW with a colleague from KC. We chose to go there because of the selections and value for SRW. I chose the salad which was delicious and the pasta with salmon. The sauce on the pasta was light and well-balanced flavors. The topper was the excellent triple coconut cream pie. Just wished there was better parking around the restaurant but don't let it deter you from trying out the fabulous food at Dahlia's.
The food was superb, service was impeccable, couldn't have been happier with our experience!
Triple coconut cream pie is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
