It was a great experience. Very nice ambience and the restaurant employees very good and was always there for assistance and hospitality.
Excellent at all times; impeccably prepared food and outstanding service.
The overall experience was great. I really enjoyed the steak I had. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The special sauce for the French fries is impressive. I am a ketchup person, but I preferred the special sauce. The dinning environment is great. I love the Booth and the little light we had.
This was my first time at the Dahlia Lounge and I was blown away! The cod was incredible, the best fish I've had out. And the pot de creme made me swoon! Service was excellent as well.
Wonderful dinner. Where some Tom Douglas restaurants “waver” on their consistency, I think Dahlia is always excellent.
No complaints. It was a lovely night out - very good service and very good food.
Great service and recommendations on wine and cocktails.
Happened by and enjoyed the Restaurant Week menu with wine pairing. Great food and fine pairings that were fantastic value for the price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Great evening and great food. Nice location.
As usual, a very good dinner, and especially nice to take advantage of restaurant week. Curry cauliflower soup is a comfort food, for sure. Generous servings.
Wonderful Sunday dinner out with grandpa. Delicious food, great service, lovely decor.
Great night with great food and service
It’s always a favorite!
We went for restaurant week and it was delicious!
We were here for restaurant week. Every course was superb! Would not hesitate to recommend to friends for both the food and the service. The coconut cream pie lived up to the hype too!
The food was okay, a bit on the pricey side. The Duck was really good, but other entrees weren't really all that special. Definitely their donuts for dessert is exceptional. So yea.. I'd hop next door and get the donuts from their bakery.
The main dishes were really amazing. The $5 bread was really underwhelming. Service was spot on. The espresso martini was delicious. I had the duck which was the best I've ever had. My husband had the steak which was also really delicious!
We loved Dahlia lounge the first several times we ate there, but our last experience was a disappointment. The food was "good" but not outstanding as it had been previously, and as their prices warrant.
Great food and service. Highly recommend saving room for dessert. Donuts and coconut cream pie are 5 star.
Local from Seattle. Food was great and service was great. Pretty typical Tom Douglas restaurant. Located in a prime spot to get dinner before or after a show. Came here for a birthday/anniversary brunch. Definitely will come back again.
Our server was awesome and the food was amazing
This was my first experience at a Tom Douglas restaurant. From the moment we walked in, our service was phenomenal. The hostess sat us promptly and professionally and we were quickly greeted with water by our amazing waitress. We ordered the sour cherry mule (which was out of this world!) and a dirty grey goose martini. Beverages came out fast and both were very tasty. We started with the clams and some bread and butter. The clams were super tasty and the portion was very generous. For our entrees, I ordered a glass of Syrah and the short ribs which were so tender, I didn't even need a knife. My partner ordered a greyhound, which used fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and the duck which came with a barrel-aged soy sauce. The flavor on both of these items were exquisite and the soy sauce had a very unique taste that complimented the duck nicely (and even went great with my short ribs). Overall, the spectacular service combined with the pleasant atmosphere and delicious food made this dinner date one to remember. We will definitely be back!
It’s a joy to dine at Tom Douglas’s restaurants. I agree w his philosophy and it makes me happy to be fed by his people. I believe the staff is onboard w it too. I’m happy to spend my money there.
Yuck on the “smoke on the water” cocktail. Oysters awesome. Salmon beautiful. Crab cakes delightful.
Met and old friend and business associate here for a catch-up meeting. Dahlia Lounge totally met my guest's expectations.
It was our anniversary and also restaurant week. It was crowded,However the food and service were excellent as always.
Even when not entirely up to standards the Dahlia Lounge does not disappoint. The rib eye was a little overdone from our request and the staff responded quickly to compensate for the error. The food was otherwise, as always, expertly prepared and delicious.
My first time at Dahlia and came due to Restaurant Week! An event to try restaurants you normally haven't been before. We loved our entire experience at Dahlia and plan or returning soon!! No room for improvement!!!
Came here for restaurant week, and was blown away at the offerings for $18. The highlight of our dining experience was our server. I think her name was Susie. She was delightful. She had a great sense of humor, and her recommendations were spot on. We asked her what we should have for dessert and she recommended the fresh donuts. We were not disappointed! Will definitely come back here again, and hope Susie is there to serve us!
Server was attentive but entree took way too long to come out after appetizer was cleared.
Excellent meal. One of us had the restaurant week menu, one of us ordered off the regular menu and everything was very good. Often the vegetarian pasta on a menu is a throwaway, but the spring vegetables and ricotta cheese on this dish were to die for. Would definitely recommend. The acoustics of the restaurant make the open area in the middle a bit loud (as is to be expected), but the booths on the sides are comfortable and feel private. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Overall would definitely recommend!
Stopped in to Dahlia's for Restaurant Week. I'm never disappointed with Dahlia's (especially with their dessert). We got the homemade ice cream they had on special (Banana Chocolate Chip) and peanut butter cookie from Dahlia's Bakery. Tom Douglas restaurants do a great job of making your day feel special with the combination of good food, great service, and menus that never stay exactly the same. My own criticism is that I think for restaurant week, it would have been a better value if dessert was included :)
Coconut cream pie is exuberant
Great value and delicious food. Took our reservation for lunch at last minute . Great menu and ambiance.
Amazing food as usual
Great ambiance, great service, excellent food selections!
Reliable quality, quiet enough to hear a conversation. Good as always.
Unique and creative NW cuisine!
This was our fourth time visiting this restaurant. The first time blew our minds, but it seems we are less and less impressed each time after. The food and the service was good, but nothing out standing. Slightly disappointed with the appetizer, one of the mains was delicious (cod), and the Peking Duck was good, not great. The real disappointment was the new branding. I loved the old brand, it was memorable and lively. The new brand could be for condos in Belltown, very generic. Glad I still have my match boxes from my past visits.
Expected great, but ended up just being an average restaurant. Wife got the clams, but the broth was so salty she had to send it back.Second try turned out fine. I ordered the crab cakes, they were good but came with no accompanying sauce. Which ended up making the dry to the palate.
Our wait person was fabulous.
One of the best restaurants in Seattle.
