Delicately fried crispy calamari served with a lemon caper aioli and signature marinara sauce
House-made fettuccine sauted with a medley of seasonal vegetables finished in a delicate lemon-zested pesto cream sauce with pine nuts
Warm Seafood Bruschetta
Wild-caught red shrimp & bay scallops scampi style served over grilled ciabatta
Ambiance very nice, but I expected the food to be more special. My wife enjoyed the Calamari steak. I ordered the Romeo and Juliet - veal and eggplant, but it was buried in cheese. I wanted a nice veal dish. Perhaps I ordered badly. The raspberry cheesecake was good, but the raspberry flavor was over done. I likely won’t be back. Overall, I was disappointed.
I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere.
Best restaurant in Sedona!
Unfortunately a rather bland overall experience for our first time out to a restaurant in over 6 months. Food was ok, not great, and overpriced for the quality. Very poor timing for drinks (bar) and between courses (kitchen) disrupting any natural flow of what was to have been a special evening for my wife and I. This was exacerbated by an obvious shortage of servers. Although the venue is nice, the restaurant feel is quite "old school" and the overall concept may be short-lived for its location. In its day I'm sure D&D was a class act...
Food was fantastic, the ambiance was very nice and quaint and the service was impeccable. You're going to spend a pretty penny but with a place like this it's what you'd expect. A must eat place!
What a lovely restaurant! We celebrated our wedding Anniversary and the evening was wonderful. Great cocktails (don’t miss out on a Lemon Drop) Apps, entrees and killer gelato. We will certainly lan on stopping again when in Sedona.
Wonderful experience! Food was amazing and the service was fantastic!
We enjoyed the ambiance and the food, husband had seafood fettucine and I had angel hair pasta with veal and eggplant, very good! Service was excellent.
Second time dining here both times has been great. My dish special with shrimp, rockfish with pasta was exceptional. My husband wanted the lasagne but at 6:30 they were already out?! His bolognese wasn’t great. Was very disappointed they no longer have traditional bruschetta had it first time we dined there was the best I’ve ever had outside of Italy.☹️ We would definitely return however.
Our 48th anniversary dinner was wonderful with great food, wine, service and our special table. The only negative was that Lisa's Luscious Lasagna, my wife's favorite dish, was not available.
Great place to eat dinner when you are in Sedona. It has a nice ambiance.
Get the famous prickly pear margarita it’s good!!!
I’ve been to this restaurant many times and always have the veal chop which last nite was not cooked
Lisa Dahl is to be commended. The food is simply outstanding. For 15 years every meal has been wonderful.
The food and service were great. Would highly recommend and we plan on returning.
James is amazing! The food, atmosphere, overall experience was amazing. We will definitely come back when visiting with Sedona.
In Sedona on vacation last week and wanted to eat at some of the better local restaurants. Dahl and DiLuca appeared to be one such restaurant, however after eating there I can soundly report that this restaurant wouldn't last a year in most major US markets.
I ordered the Amalfi at the suggestion of our server - somehow the kitchen managed to overcook the lobster and undercook the shrimp. The "lemon saffron" sauce was utterly flavorless. My wife's lasagna was "no better than Stouffer's". Of our other courses the soup was also lacking in flavor, the burrata was small but passable, the bread seemed stale, and I swear the dressing on my caesar salad was mayonnaise.
The comedy in the whole thing was the fact that 1) people consider this place good and 2) we were sat in the bar and had to watch on repeat the owner's home slide show of her touring Italy, learning the very recipes which her restaurant would later bastardize.
Would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Food was great! Service was excellent! Drinks were awesome! Worth the price!
Nothing bad to say about this place or their sister Spanish Restaurant. Both excellent restaurants under very good management
The burrata appetizer plate was good. The Romeo and Juliet entree (veal scaloppini and eggplant with cheese and marinara) came out fairly dry. The other entree was saltimbocca which the kitchen made is since it's not on the current menu. It had a marinara base vs. marsala. It was average.
We celebrated a birthday. We had excellent food and service!
Do not miss this restaurant! The food was the best Italian that I've had in a long time. It was FANTASTIC!!
Its was amazing!!
Recommend the patio. Our waiter, Buck, was very attentive and friendly.
Wine list was okay. I had the eggplant dish wish was divine. My husband had the ravioli which he would order again.
They do a really good job adhering to AZ Covid-19 regs.
Oh....don't forget to order dessert.
We went there right after eloping on Wedding Tree Knoll. The food was wonderful, the service was impeccable, and it was a wonderful evening. We were supposed to have the private alcove but it somehow got double-booked. No matter, we had a quiet little table in the corner and our experience there made for the perfect ending to the perfect day. Highly recommend!
An amazing experience! Incredible food and service!
Fantastic service and the meal was excellent. One of the best restaurants in Sedona and very romantic!
Excellent food and atmosphere. Service could have been better, but they were very busy. Would recommend this to anyone for a great meal
I would never recommend the restaurant for a special occasion, come to think of it, I would never recommend it period.
We were celebrating our 14 th wedding anniversary and were visiting Sedona. We were so happy we chose to celebrate at Dahl & Deluca. The whole experience was outstanding!! Derrick our waiter was amazing! The food was delicious and the restaurant is just so enchanting!! We loved it and will certainly be back.Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.
Wonderful meal outside in the court yard. Social distancing and masks were in effect. Great!! The two appetizers were different. Cauliflower bisque was fabulous, rich and delicious. The affinato (mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto and grilled with balsamic)
Main dishes were two of there specials. One was spicy seafood over homemade linguini. The other was grilled
sea bass with very fresh stringbeans and linguini. Both were well made and outstanding.
We were surprised with amoretto creme buele for our anniversary.
Great place for dinner and staff are warm and friendly.
As usual Dahl & DiLucca does not disappoint. Great food. traditional ambiance which is so nice, white tablecloths, great service. Highly recommend.
The only thing better than our outstanding service was the food.
Celebrated our anniversary dinner here. Exceptional service. Pretty setting. Drinks were good. Food was good, and I’m a picky Italian!
Great service and food, highly recommend! Patio is beautiful, but inside seems a bit outdated.
Everything was absolutely delicious starting with the cocktails and appetizers of calamari, then the featured veal chops entree and ending with the flourless chocolate bourbon Torte with salted caramel gelato dessert. The service was great. My only negative would be that the rolls were too hard.
Amazing service and excellent food!!
Excellent meal. Excellent waiter
The food was delicious. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Sedona to go to Dahl and DiLuca.
