About D'Agostino's - Wrigleyville
D'Agostino's Pizzeria and Pub has been successfully serving and delivering pizzas, traditional Italian dishes and much more to residents of the north side of Chicago since Joe and Jan D'Agostino opened the doors in 1968. Within walking distance of Wrigley Field, the D'Agostino name is well-known to Chicagoans and patrons as "the best thin crust pizza in Wrigleyville". Because of its growing popularity, Joe and his two sons, decided to open additional restaurant locations to further serve the masses. The second location is in the River West neighborhood of Chicago, and is managed by Joe's youngest son, Scott. His eldest son, Jeff, manages the newest and first suburban location, D'Agostino's Pizzeria at The Glen. D'Agostino's is family-owned, family-operated, and family-friendly!

D'Agostino's - Wrigleyville Ratings and Reviews
Had our daughters 15th birthday dinner after a day at Wrigley. Food was great and staff was fantastic dealing with that age group. Waiter, Wren, did outstanding job checking on us to make sure everything we needed was accounted for. Also, one of the funniest waiters we’ve ever had!!! Great time
Being a Chicagoan, I have been to many Pizza places and find that the Pizza here was not that good. The sauce is very sweet and that's the major let down for me. It actually over powers the taste. The sausage and pepperoni were good and noticed that the Deep dish had too much cheese. The service was good with Mirasol and ambience was good. It was too hot for sitting outside on the patio.
It was hard to assign a food rating to D'Agostinos. We had the onion rings for an appetizer and they were dreadful, super greasy and the onion was overwhelmed by the coating. On the other hand, our thin pizza was pretty good, with a nice crisp crust. Our server disappeared for long periods of time and the restaurant wasn't busy, as most of the patrons had left for the Cubs game.
Great location near Wrigley (about .5 miles). Ample outdoor seating with a big screen TV outside. Service was very good. But unfortunately our pizza was simply not tasty. We had a deep dish spinach. The crust was tough and flavorless; the tomato sauce is oddly sweet, and the spinach seemed to be frozen. Our Greek salad was pretty good. Our garlic bread was simply made from hoagie buns. It was edible and not as bad as the pizza, so we were glad to have it.
Last minute choice before cubs game. Some in our party were running late. On their arrival, I got the table online, and called ahead to have a couple pizzas ready. Everything worked out perfectly. Got to the game on time. Server was great. Will do again - under less time constraints I hope!
My 12 year old and I ate here before seeing Mary Poppins at the Mercury Theater. We were happy to be seated right away and our personal pizzas were great. Server was really nice. Loved the train running along the perimeter of the room and the big screens for watching the Cubs on the road. We'd definitely go back.
Food was great. The only bummer is that the deep dish we wanted to order would take over an hour to make. Which is understandable but it does suck. Service was mediocre. It was after a cubs game so you can only imagine how packed it was, but still check on our drinks once in a while. Food was great. Wait I forgot. The nachos actually sucked here. There was a weird seasoning that was used and the cheese smelled really bad. So I advise against getting the nachos.
Ambiance and food were excellent. All enjoyed the pizza and beverages; greek salad was short on lettuce but otherwise tasty. Service needs to be improved: slow and no expression of interest in assuring a favorable dining experience. Basically the server did not seem to care.
We arrived at our reservation time, but could not find anyone in the restaurant. After several minutes, we found someone but they did not know how to check in on Open Table. After that, the server was attentive. The fried mushrooms and deep dish pizza were hot and tasty. They had a lot of specials because it was a Cubs game day, so it was also a good deal.
We had a deep dish pepperoni pizza, some mozzarella sticks, and a french dip sandwich. The pizza was excellent and very filling. The sticks were fine and and sandwich was good as well. It wasn't very crowded but our server struggled to keep up. It took us 15 minutes to retrieve our bill. But the pizza was really outstanding and I would possibly go back for sure.
My chicken sandwich was fried and thin. My daughter's mac 'n' cheese had a very strange taste to it and she didn't eat it. My one son loved his burger with avocado. My other son said his burger with mushrooms and onions was just okay. My husband had a sandwich (can't remember what he ate) that he said was just okay. I guess we should have tried the pizza?
We had a large group of eleven people, including children. They do such a nice job of decorating and making it festive for the holidays it was a very nice start to our evening out. The restaurant was very busy and we were not the only large group yet they did a good job of taking care of our party.
Great pizza! and pitchers of beer!!! We usually stop here either before or after a Cubs game but this visit was for a concert at Wrigley. We had a group of 6 so I used open table. They had some fun with the Foo Fighters show and offered some Foo specials. Awesome. Service is great and they really know how to make good pizza.
After every Cubs game, i go to D'Agostino's. I have been there 10 times this summer. It's always a good time. The food is great the people are nice the location is conveinent. There's only one bad thing i have to say about D'Agostino's; the service is so slow. Crowded or not, it always takes at least 40 minutes for the food to come.
