Very good great food
Great menu selection with good bar choices. Very family friendly.
Pizza had very little flavor, not worth the $
The wings, & desserts were delicious.
Food was nothing special. Expected more authentic Italian
Good selection, including gluten free options - fast, friendly service
Extremely noisy, filled with little kids and loud patrons. Heard a customer leaving speaking Italian so might not be off the mark. Had a pizza margarita that had fresh "american mozzarella" and dried basil and oregano. Partner had a salmon that was not cooked and had to be sent back only to be given back dry...should have cooked a new piece. Other patrons with little kids especially seemed content.
it is a great restaurant
A bit too expensive for below average food. Chicken in salad is dry and very limited. Ingredients listed in salads are limited and scarce. Pizza is average at best. But overpriced for certain.
Great service! From hostess, waiter and busboys--- friendly and attentive.
Good food! Their calamari is great! Penne and their deep dish is good too.
Just the parking just to squishy, easily gets full but I guess better than not having parking at all... 😊
👍
Great pizza at a fair price. Perfect for families , parties or couples night out.
When my oldest friend, from high school, comes back to Chicago he he's to meet his "buds" and hapvesome good Chicago pizza. It ones not get better than D'Ags!!
Great pizza at a great price. Perfect for couples or families.
Great pizza and other food at a fair price. We eat her quite often and enjoy it as a couples night out or with the kids.
We dine here for good Pizza almost every weekend. Fair prices and good food. Very kid friendly.
We arrived for our reservation on-time, actually about 5 minutes early. After giving our name, the hostess advised us they don't have a table unless we had a reservation. I explained that we did have a reservation. She then attempted to put the 4 of us at a two-top high bar table. With a family of 4, that did not work. Another hostess got involved and said; "We have no table for you. You can 'try' our other location at Cumberland and Belmont". Where do I begin with this?
A- If you didn't have a table, call us. My cell phone number is in the reservation.
B-NO table for us? Not, can you wait 20 minutes, or come back, something?? I actually knew another family who was there at the time eating and they were finishing up...Why didn't they offer us to wait?
C-'TRY' our other location. Not, would you like me to call our other location to have a table ready? NOT that I would have entertained that, but seriously? YOU can TRY it? Really?
D-A similar incident occurred a while back, but we decided it was just a young, inexperienced hostess and didn't hold it against them.
We have had several parties and large groups there and WILL NOT return to ANY D'ags and will tell our friends what happened as well. Management should be ashamed at allowing these inexperienced poorly trained employees running the front of the house.
Nice place to have a good pizza or salad. TV's to watch the game or just relax. We go almost every weekend. Great for couples, families or groups.
Nice atmosphere with very good pizza and plenty of other food on the menu. Nice beer offerings and plenty of TV's.
I was looking for a place in Norridge area where I could invite few friends to grab some food, drink some beer and hang out. A lot of places were not accepting the reservations so I went ahead with Dagostinos. I've had their pizza before and it was very tasty however I was never there to eat. It turned out it was a great place! The pizzas were good, the beer selection was fair and everything was reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone!
The pizza was great and fresh-tasting!! It was crowded but not too noisy. The service was great! Also, the nacho platter with beef brisket was AMAZING. Our server was very nice and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely come back!
We had dinner on Valentine's day before going to the Allstate Arena for concert. Service was great. Italian pasta dinners were delicious. There were a number of families enjoying the pizza. A very friendly place!
We were greeted immediately at the door upon arrival. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We chose bosco sticks, salad and the deep dish pizza....all were amazing. They even accommodated my picky seven year old by altering her kids meal slightly to please her. If our schedule puts us in this area again we will be sure to return to this restaurant!
The food was great but the place and service was bad. Way too loud, too hot, and I had to track down our server in order to get any drinks. All they had to do was open the door to circulate some air to cool it off in there but they wouldn't. I requested an area where we could be able to talk but had to ask to change seating when we were sat next to a large table with small kids.
Will not be going back or recommending it to anyone soon.
This was my first time there. The food was great & my friend & I were allowed to sit & take our time catching up since we just reconnected after not having seen each other in 10 years. I was very happy with everyone there.
OMG, the Lasagna was a bowl of soupy cheese. No layers. Used to love your Lasagna, but not no more.
Great family restaurant! Great place to celebrate a birthday
We had a relative in from out of town and he never had Chicago Pizza, so now he knows.... Great job on the deep dish.
If your going to this restaurant make sure you go early, not because there to busy but because they have very little parking.
Incredible pizza but terrible service (not the first time) might have finally delegated Dag's to take out only. On more than one occasion we had to flag down other wait staff to get ours to come over. Waited forever for check and it wasn't even crowded.
Went on a Thursday evening and there was a ballon guy making animals and items out of balloons and a face painter. A nice touch if you have kids eating with you.
Family friendly. Super thin crust pizza!! But also offers a good variety of other choices on the menu.
Interesting salads! Wings were also delish!
Good place to chill out with friends or family and catch a cold beverage of choice.
A very popular neighborhood spot!
I made a reservation at 10am and when we got there they did not have it. We had to wait 20 mins for a table. It defeated the purpose of us making a reservation.
The food was very good and our server was excellent. We would definitely go back again.
Our table was immediately available. The server was very pleasant. I love their pizza!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had 7 people on a Friday night and were concerned about seating. Glad we made the reservation because the table was all set up and waiting for us when we arrived. Will visit again!
Have enjoyed their pizza since I was a child growing up in Lake View!
We ordered the "DAGS Special Pizza". It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I am looking forward to dining at D'Agostino's soon.
We arrived at930 Saturday night. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a pizza. Waitress forgot my beverage. After a long wait, got dinner and the sauce on the spaghetti was overcooked and overthick, almost inedible. Meatballs tasted just like the bagged frozen ones you get at Walmart that are mainly filler. No taste of herbs anywhere. The pizza had an odd sweetness that, by the next morning after refrigeration, had developed into an alcohol like smell. We threw it out.
There are toy trains running overhead which would be cute for kids but we would never feed them this food. There are 5 outlets of this restaurant. How did this happen? Would not return to this restaurant.
Chicago is filled with good pizza. Go elsewhere and get so
The dinner was wonderful and the kids loved watching TV and eating the free snow cones. The wait staff were doing their best to keep up with the crowds and still kept our drinks full. I would recommend this restaurant, especially to families on Thursdays.
Accomodated a large group with good food and good service. We'll be back.
