   Able to make reservations for this past Friday evening. We had a wonderful experience. Great wine selection. Had the Raymond Reserve Cab.. yummy. Appetizer was Beef Carpaccio.. crusty bread had great flavor and the beef was light enough to not fill us up. Next our entrees. I had the steak special.. butchers cut.. the cap of the ribeye. Great marble on it and tender. Ordered medium rare and cooked perfectly! Needed nothing else..My husband had the venison.. again medium rare.. tender and not gamey.

   Disappointing experience. We've had dinner there 3-4 times, probably on weekends and all was good. We chose the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The bar was packed, one other table was seated in the restaurant and finished shortly after we were seated. My dining partner ordered the special meat dish of the night - duck. It was tough and chewy. He was offered a replacement entree however I was done with my meal and he wasn't interested in waiting for an entree to be prepared. Staff was very nice and comped his entree. We've always thought of this restaurant as a special occasion place, not any more. We'd rather pay for good food than be comped for poor food.

   Wonder romantic atmosphere and delicious food . The tuna was superb and the soup which was a special with various seafood in it was great .
