The place was remodeled and the interior is sleek with wide windows and an amazing view of the water. The service is welcoming and the fish and chips were delicious!

Our server Hank was awesome. We enjoyed our dinner very much. The whole mission was to get some good crab experience for my friend Olivia who was visiting from out of state and mission accomplished! She was so happy and satisfied and I always love the crab here. Also wonderful Creme Brûlée oh my gosh.

We were a bit disappointed the crab at the local crab house was not local, but that might have been due to the season. Otherwise the food was excellent, if a bit pricey. I would definitely consider coming back but might look for a place that advertised local fresh seafood.

We were celebrating our 44th anniversary and were from out of town pre-cruise! We chose this restaurant for seafood and location! First of all, we had a reservation for 6:15 and arrived at 6:00... they sat several parties before us that were walk ins and when questioned why we had not been seated were told they were waiting for closer to our reservation time! We ordered the crab stuffed prawns... no crab was detected and the prawn meat was so tough you couldn’t pick it out of the shell! We give the service rating very good because our server was excellent and immediately reported our complaints! They brought another plate and comped the meal (which was 1 out of 3 ordered)! We should have listened to the local resident who said it was a horrible restaurant!

The food was great! Nice fresh seafood and we sat with a view of the water. Our waiter Adam was fantastic. Food was tasty, but not over kill with butter.

Was looking forward to having great dinner from reviews I had read. Made reservations for my wife’s birthday and requested a table with the view of the Sound. When we showed up I asked about a table with a view of the Sound. I was told those tables were reserved. Once we were at our table, no later than 10 minutes, a couple that was seated in a table behind us, They were approached by what I assume was the manager and offered a table next to the window with the view of the Puget Sound. They were so excited and I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

After we got our food, out waiter never came back to ask how our meal was or to even refill drinks. The only time he showed up was to bring the check.

Food was dissatisfying for the price.
Won’t be back.

We had a reservation for 8, and asked at the last minute to change it to 12. The maitre d was spectacular - very accommodating and lovely to work with. We asked for table with a view, being from the landlocked states of Idaho, Nevada and Montana, and he put us at a corner table with an incredible view of the water. Our waiter was equally wonderful. Food and drinks were very good; we will definitely go back to Cutters!

Food was not that great. Beef tenderloin was over cooked as was the Salmon. Maybe just an off night, food is usually very good.

We ordered a standard 2 egg bacon breakfast. The eggs were apparently cooked in a pan that was way too hot. The bottom had a thick crust and the yolk was hard, ordered over Med.
Wanted the bacon crispy, it was burnt not crispy.
Service was slow.

Came in for brunch. We ordered the Cutters Benedict (very good), Seafood Joe's Scramble (didn't say the scramble was placed inside the scone - odd, but still very good), Market breakfast (good), and Signature Louie (lots of lump crab). Only hiccup was the vegetarian options. Waitress didn't have a clue what to do (very odd). We made up our own meal of Risotto with Mushroom and Asparagus (very good). The special curried carrot soup was also a hit. For some reason, we seemed to have the bartender as our waitress. As the room became more busy, the service suffered (as she was busy). Everyone around us was getting excellent service. Don't quite know what was going on with our table. Overall, a good meal.

The food was great but the service and ambiance was terrible. We arrived early to have a drink at the bar. The bartender was on his cell phone talking to his friend and didnt even acknowledge us for about 5 minutes. When the hostess sat us, we asked for the open table by the window, but she said no (no one sat there the entire time we were there). When we finally sat down our server took nearly 15 minutes to approach us. The entire restaurant only had 10 tables total sat. He only checked on us twice the entire meal. It took over 20 minutes to get our check and pay. That being said, the food we ordered was delicious; however the service was so awful we will not be back. There are so many other places to choose from that offer better customer service.

I wish I could remember our server’s name, he was great!! This is our new favorite restaurant. We went to the Crab Pot a few days prior and were very disappointed with the quantity and quality of their food. But, Cutter’s Crabhouse was fabulous and far exceeded our expectations!! The crab sampler was out of this world, the succotash absolutely delicious, asparagus tender and prepared perfectly, the views spectacular... We had a very lovely dining experience and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Amazing view of Seattle at the waterfront. Very kid friendly location. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE by Mackenzie (I believe is her name). Phenomenal food flavors - salmon burger, crab cake and salmon chowder. Thrilled with our lunch and how friendly waitress was. Coming back here!

My halibut tasted very good but couscous was cold
However my wife’s scallops war cold altogether
Waiter took it to warm it up (usually in good restaurants they make new food) but brought back in the same condition
Scallops was full of sand and tasted awful
Manager came back with apology and took scallops off the bill also gave us free desert and coffee but my wife’s birthday was spoiled

I came for my boyfriend's birthday and it was so memorable and fun! We both thought the service was quick and great. The food was definitely amazing as well as the cocktails. We thought the asparagus was a better choice with the crab instead of the corn on the cob, but it was so fun, we both can't stop talking about this place!

Our best experience at this establishment was the friendly hostess and bartender where we drank Champagne and ate very good oysters.

The ambiance can be improved with better lighting. Our dinners needed improvement. We had the oven roasted crab stuffed prawns and the one pound (1lb) of the Steamed Red King crab legs and both entrees came with succotash risotto. We have never ordered stuffed prawns that were oven roasted with the skins not removed. When I ate the first shrimp I thought maybe the texture was due to the oven roasting, but after careful inspection discovered all the prawns were oven roasted with the skins in tack and trying to remove the cooked-on skins took some effort before resorting to removing the remaining skins by hand which looked tacky and was messy. Regarding the King Crab legs they were more like junior King Crab legs just slightly larger than blue crab legs which made retrieving the actual crab meat equally challenging. We regularly purchase Costco King Crab legs that blow the pants off what we ordered. The risotto did not do anything to enhance our meal.

This restaurant has some good bones, but needs some refreshing.

The food was not warm. The clam chowder was too thick with flour. Crab cakes were lukewarm and mushy and undercooked with very little crab in them.

So excited about this restaurant.. highly recommend can’t wait to celebrate our 23th year anniversary and Mother’s Day ...👎🏼 totally disappointing. 45 minutes wait for our dinner to be served and then was totally cold, yes they came and apologized, yes they care our bill ... but the free show we had thanks to the kitchen staff ( you totally heard the chef and cooks fighting) . So disappointed
Thanks for ruing our celebration

Appetizer arrived not only after our meals but after we had finished our meals. Felt like they brought it just so they wouldn’t have to take it off the bill which they did after asking. But never apologized. Service poor. Food mediocre. You are definitely paying for the view and location. Disappointed.

First, our waiter was slow as molasses. I watched all of the other staff zipping around (it was Mother's Day) and our dude was like turtle in a sea of dolphins.
Then, the coffee tasted like mud when it finally arrived. Nasty. And I was dying for a great cup of coffee.
Then, the food finally arrived and it was "meh". I had the salmon scramble on a "brioche". The piece of bread was terrible so I just picked the runny eggs off the top. It needed salt and pepper.
Then, I ordered a Mojito as I gave the coffee back to the waiter, telling him I couldn't drink it. It took 15 minutes to get to me...I was done with my meal.
Good news, I told the manager on my way out so, hopefully, the situation gets fixed.

We come every year for Mother’s Day and order eggs benedict which is always very good but this year they came out cold. I assume they were being pre-made and left under the heat lamps. The server replace them quickly and took care of the problem.

We went to Cutters Crabhouse for Mother's Day brunch, and we had a great time. The view of the Seattle waterfront was amazing, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We brought our 3-year old along, and they were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend it for the service alone, but the food was really good too. I had the salmon club sandwich, my wife had the crab benedict, and my son had scrambled eggs with sausage :).
