Food was good. It was really warm in the restaurant and became uncomfortable. Asked theee times to put the ac up but didn’t happen. I thought it would be a little more formal with the price of the menu. A couple sitting next to us were dressed in shorts and sandals. Was a little disappointed they don’t enforce a dress code.
Very awesome place with good food and all over.

We had a dinner at this restaurant two times as we were guest of BW beverly hills a Four Seasons Hotel. This was the last dinner in our journey to visit Las Vegas and L.A. for one week at this time.
We enjoyed food, service and drink. Since we do not have alcohol、they recommend nice none alcohol cocktails at the start. Then I had a nice salad as a appetizer followed by tasting three kind of aged beef which was 4 oz of New York Stake, 4 oz of American Wagyu and 4 oz of Japanese Wagyu ranked A5. I preferred the New York Stake best because of its taste and tenderness without a feeling of too much fat I felt in the other two.
My wife had fresh tuna as known as Toro for appetizer which was so tasty and very good for my wife who had a little bit pain in her mouth and could not have a hard staff. She had a Lobster as a main dish which was whole big lobster served by a staff who removed all meat from shell in front of us.
This restaurant is very good as not only a steakhouse but also other menu like sea food.
We enjoyed very much and could finish our visit to US. with much satisfaction. Thank you very much!
The food was great and the venue was simple and modern. The only thing was I hoped our main server was a little more attentive.

Friendly professional and prompt service. Waitress made us feel right at home provided excellent suggestions on what to order that where spot on. Made our 28th wedding anniversary a very memorable night. Thank you CUT for being so awesome. Will be back again soon!! So much more to try!!

My wife and our guest ordered steaks medium rare. Both came more than medium. My wife asked for a redo and the second was even more well done. Finally the third time was done properly. How is it possible for such a high end restaurant that specializes in steak fail so miserably? They did not charge for any of the steaks and comped three deserts. Frankly I’d rather have the meal done properly and to have dined all together. It was a very special occasion— my 80th birthday.

Had my 30th birthday dinner here while staying at the hotel. Everything exceeded expectations! My husband and I would both recommend dining here if you’re in the area.
My husband and I travel a lot for good steak and Cut did not disappoint. I had the tasting of the NY sirloin and my Husband ordered the bone in rib eye. The steaks were slightly overcooked but overall delicious! The cream spinach with the sunny side up egg and the sweet corn was the perfect combination, that complemented the steak really well.
What really stood out from the rest of the steakhouses in Beverly Hills was the impeccable service. Marco our server was great! He went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and he really made my husband’s birthday dinner very special! We will definitely be back!!
Everyone in this restaurant was pleasant, kind, and attentive. Our bartender made a designer drink that was delicious.. our seating, table and wait staff was perfect! Our server Cesar went above and beyond to make sure this experience was everything we had hoped for... and more! The chef sent over tasty compliments of food with our appetizers and the food/beverage manager made his rounds to ensure a perfect evening! We were amazed at how each and every staff member in this restaurant worked with a passion to please.. I am still dreaming about my lamb chops.. we had a delectable evening! No, wait.. we had a PERFECT evening. Thanks to all of you!

It was a wonderful evening spent paying it forward for someone who helped me without charging me her attorney fees. Delightful staff and ambiance.
It us rated as one of the very top restaurants in LA & deservedly so. The food was absolutely top notch & the service was impeccable. Started w/ the bone marrow flan & my friend had the wedge salad. We also did the 2 lb lobster & the steak tasting plate which consisted of 4 oz of prime steak, 4 oz of American Wagyu & 2 oz. of Japanese Wagyu. This was perfect for us to try the different steaks, see, feel & taste the differences between the various types. We loved it. Grant was our server & his knowledge, friendliness & service was amazing. I had been here previously & didn't remember my experience as this great, but was extremely happy this time. Overall, a great meal.
Service was impeccable. Food was ok. Not spectacular but decent. Meat could be a bit on the dry side even at medium rare temperature. The chocolate soufflé was amazing.
We ordered Tomahawk stake and asked to cook rare to medium. It was over cooked. The quality of meat was good, but it is unfortunate that they overdid it. I understand that it is hard to grill the tomahawk. I suspect a young cook did it. But even so, the senior chef should have supervised him .
CUT was completely on its game tonight. The food was fantastic. Perfectly cooked and presented. Several new menu options. Delicious. The service was fantastic. Our server Sarah was incredible. Attentive and helpful. Wonderful evening. Wonderful meal. Worth the price!!
The waiter was terrible. After served dinner the waiter never checked back with us to ask how our dinner was and did we need anything. We wanted a cocktail and We never had that option. We had to ask the table setup person for our bill. I have gone to Cut many times food always excellent as it was tonight. The service was so poor I may not return!!!
Superb!!!! A DEFINITE 5 STAR -- absolutely some of the finest service we have ever had in a Wolfgang Puck restaurant. Our waiter, Grant, and his assistant, Jacquelyn....were both top-of-the-line, professional, kind, caring and so accommodating. These two individuals are to be commended for making our dining experience at CUT a night we will remember. Thanks so much.
I would recommend trying The Cut once since it is very expensive. Although I had the wagyu sirloin, I was somewhat disappointed with it. A non-alcoholic drink was expensive and the portion size small. The sides were nothing special.
100% without a doubt the most amazing meal I have ever had! Service was great! Food was outstanding! Steak was cooked perfect! And the chocolate souffle!! Omg! If you were to ask me what my final meal choice would be in this life. This would hands down be it!
Very bad service and food
We had an amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Food and service were outstanding. We came to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. He got a tour of the kitchen and met Wolfgang Puck. It was a night to remember for a lifetime!!!

I enjoy CUT for its innovative dishes that please all the senses. The staff is friendly and accommodating, without being overly attentive. The bar selections are outstanding as well.
The restaurant doesn’t hold reservation if late more than 10 minutes. However, it was also nice to eat in their lounge area, even more comfortable.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very uncomfortable and very loud. The table was too big for 3 people and we could not talk well because of the volume.
Had the DineLA menu. Two starters were wonderful but the entries were not as good as expected.
Couldn't have asked for a better meal. Must try the mac and cheese. Yummy!
