The girl power that runs Cut (manager and chef) rock and very much deserve the Michelin star. Terrific steak and sides and the new pie cart is a must try! No matter what's your preference, steak or fish, you won't be disappointed!
Filet Mignon came with a salted coating , which made it over salty for me but ok for my wife. Ambiance was ok. Was expecting a bit more modern luxury vs strip down “canteen” style. We did however have a great table. Over all an expensive (as expected) good meal and enjoyable evening.

This restaurant was amazing! Food was outstanding and a cut above! Our Service, from Jill, couldn’t be better. It was more than the service and food...it was an entire experience. Everything from bringing the raw steaks 🥩 to the table to the incredible dessert...it was first class dining at its best!

All. steak. were. dry and. over. cooked, sides were. no. better than. frozen type. at. super market-even. the. ice. cream. served. with. a poor soufflé's wasn't good. Puck. should. be. ashamed. to. lend. his. name. to. this place-as. for. me. $1600.00 wasted. I'm ashamed I. took. friends. to. this restaurant.
We were early and waited in the cut lounge for our friends who were 10 minutes late. At 8.14pm our table was ‘gone’ and we had to wait 15 to ‘reopen’ the table.... ?? The good was great
A+. The food was amazing and we were pleasantly surprised to see Wolfgang Puck himself come up to our table! It was a wonderful time. They have the finest selection of high quality beef I’ve ever seen at a restaurant, delicious!
Our waiter David was truly amazing. Best waiter we have ever had at a restaurant.
Waitora were excellent. Food was excellent. Wine were excellent.
The food was spectacular but the service was anything but. We all had steaks - my son ordered the three-NY steak sampler which he loved. I had the Colorado farms filet and my husband had a NY from an Idaho farm. The problem was it took about an hour to get our food and the waiter didn't seem to notice or care. My husband ordered his steak medium well and it came medium rare - the water did not come by to see if the temperature was OK for like 30 minutes, by which time my husband was no longer hungry.
For the price, I think I'd go to Morton's instead where the steaks are almost as good and the service is always top notch. Not sure how Cut got a Michelin star...
The place is very nice and food was delicious! They take allergy restrictions seriously and are able to prepare some of the dishes as you need. There is just too much food :)
Great food the staff was great got everything in a timely matter
My filet was overcooked and tough, which I think is unacceptable at a high end steakhouse with these kind of prices. It was prepared medium rather than medium rare and I hate to waste food, especially meat, so I didn’t send it back but the waiter also didn’t ask about our main courses after they arrived. My husband tried the NY strip sampler which he enjoyed, but two out of three steaks were overcooked as well, medium rare instead of rare. I was especially disappointed in sides we tried, both the mushrooms and brussel sprouts were overcooked and poorly seasoned. The bread, cocktails, steak sauces we tried, and baked Alaska were all delicious but I expected so much more from a restaurant with a Michelin star.
We took our friends to our favorite restaurant and Cut did not disappoint. We love everything from the breads, salads, steaks, fish and dessert. They did run out of lobster that night but the fish was delish. We will continue coming back no doubt!
While my steak had great flavor and was cooked perfectly, my boss, who also ordered medium rare, had a steak that was closer to medium well for half of it, and medium at best for the other half. Flavors were good, but expected more. The mac and cheese is awesome, and the bordelaise sauce was great. Also had a really nice Amarone.
Put in a note, called twice, talked to the hostess when arrived to ensure we get a birthday dessert and the staff still forgot.
The experience here is always amazing. The service is top notch and the food is second to none. This is not a value/cost restaurant, but it’s a value when it comes to making a dining memory. Both the American and Japanese wagyu are tremendous and were cooked to perfection. You never leave hungry.
Wonderful experience with the entire date night with my lovely wife. The food was spectacular, the service was spectacular and we felt like a real special night out. Can't wait to go back.
When they are on, pretty easily the best steakhouse in the US
Good food, great service
Rarely would I post about a negative experience. I was extremely disappointed with regards to food and service. When dining at an establishment with $75-$100 average plate you expect top notch food and service. We had a party of 5
1) wait staff was slow and lacked attentiveness, we asked several times for basic needs before they were accomplished
2) main entrees took 1 hour after we ordered
3) when we received main entrees the food seemed to be room temperature
4) 4 of the 5 entrees were served to the wrong persons
6) floor manager was argumentative and took zero responsibility
7) dried gum under the tables
8) the only saving action was the assistant GM took responsibility apologized and comped several items.
Cut Steakhouse in Beverly Hills was top notch. You are better off going to Mastros or Fleming’s for a better experience. I hope they re train the staff both front and back of the house.
The Japanese Wagyu is unbelievable! It is worth every penny! The entire experience was amazing! I can’t wait to try more from this outstanding restaurant.
Steaks were cooked to perfection. The accompanying sauces, thought delicious on their own, were not needed. Consistently delicious every time.

Time and time again proves to be one of my favorite restaurants. I go here every year for my birthday to spoil myself and my family with some of the best steak you can find anywhere. The impeccable sides and delicious cocktails to go with it only enhances the experience. Not to mention the 6 OZ of A5 in the middle of the table to share. It’s an entirely different food group to most steaks for those who haven’t had it. Spotting a celeb or two and walking to the marble clad bathroom in the Beverly Wilshire only adds to the adventure. Can’t say enough about this place.
It is good. I would say you are paying a 20% tax in inflated prices due to the service and type of restaurant it is. You have $20mac and cheese sides mind you. If you enjoy professional service to make the food more enjoyable, then come here. Else you can find similar food for cheaper, but can’t find this service! I can’t wait for my fourth trip when I’m in town.

Overall good experience, not outstanding. I would suggest few more choices for starters for people who doesnot eat raw seafood and meat. Also some more vege selection. We live in a world were more people are moving away from eating meat so need to cater to that.
Amazing course and experience. It was a pleasure to meet Wolfgang, the Wagyu tasting plate was unforgettable, and the team delivered top notch recommendations and service.
Food was good. It was really warm in the restaurant and became uncomfortable. Asked theee times to put the ac up but didn’t happen. I thought it would be a little more formal with the price of the menu. A couple sitting next to us were dressed in shorts and sandals. Was a little disappointed they don’t enforce a dress code.

We had a dinner at this restaurant two times as we were guest of BW beverly hills a Four Seasons Hotel. This was the last dinner in our journey to visit Las Vegas and L.A. for one week at this time.
We enjoyed food, service and drink. Since we do not have alcohol、they recommend nice none alcohol cocktails at the start. Then I had a nice salad as a appetizer followed by tasting three kind of aged beef which was 4 oz of New York Stake, 4 oz of American Wagyu and 4 oz of Japanese Wagyu ranked A5. I preferred the New York Stake best because of its taste and tenderness without a feeling of too much fat I felt in the other two.
My wife had fresh tuna as known as Toro for appetizer which was so tasty and very good for my wife who had a little bit pain in her mouth and could not have a hard staff. She had a Lobster as a main dish which was whole big lobster served by a staff who removed all meat from shell in front of us.
This restaurant is very good as not only a steakhouse but also other menu like sea food.
We enjoyed very much and could finish our visit to US. with much satisfaction. Thank you very much!
