This resturaunt is by far the most expensive dinner (for two) I have ever had in Las Vegas. The dry-aged Prime ribeye steak was really, just average. By no means, nothing special and not anywhere near as tender as it should have been. The filet was excellent, very tender. Side dish of mashed potato was very smooth, but completely unseasoned, bland as could be, we had to season at the table. Side dishes of additional veggies are limited. Butter lettuce salad was excellent. Cocktails are VERY expensive, measured and complete short-pours. Dessert of chocolate soufflé was cooked perfectly but was NOT in the least, sweet. Baked Alaskan dessert was very bland as well, the server removed the items from our bill. Service was OUTSTANDING. Very, very disappointed in this meal. Wayyyyy too many fine steak houses in Las Vegas to choose from. The price of dinner was inappropriate for the quality of the steak was by no means, appropriate. I will not return to this establishment for dinner nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Amazing! We found our favorite spot in Las Vegas! The food was perfectly prepared and the dessert.. yummy! We couldn’t believe how fair the price was for the amount of food and type of service given.
Anniversary dinner. They were very accommodating. We had a great table and a few treats from the chef. Excellent experience.

Fantastic place to have dinner
I have eaten at CUT many times and I will certainly be eating there again! The ribeye is my favorite, we also ordered the 6oz American Wagyu filet this time and it was very good! I have yet to be disappointed with the food or service at CUT, I definitely recommend!

Great staff, waiter was very friendly and offered very good food suggestions. We got seated very promptly, at our exact reservation time little to no waiting. Original table setup was odd, so we asked to rotate the table. Which the waiter was very accommodating and fixed it quickly.
We went to dinner at Cut for Valentine’s Day. We have been to several other steak restaurants in Vegas and wanted to try something new. First let me say the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very pretty. I had a table side old fashion and it was perfect, the girl making it seemed like she couldn’t care less about us. My wife and I decided to split the 34 oz porterhouse. I can truly say it was the worst steak I have ever had. We ordered it medium rare and Pittsburghed. It came out close to the right temperature but that’s the only thing I have good to say. It was so tuff my wife at one point had to spit out a piece. It was flavorless and bland. For $115 I was expecting great. Not only was it not great it was bad. I asked if the sides came out family style and was told yes, If they did they must be single parent households with one small child. The fact that the sides were so small ended up being a good thing since they were not great. We had some special pasta with black truffle and we also had the mushrooms. The pasta was not edible. The mushrooms were not bad. We did have tuna tartare to start off with and it was very good, but not good enough to save this meal. We live in Dallas and have eaten enough over the top steaks to last a lifetime. Cut doesn’t even make top 25 steak restaurants on my list. At the same end of the day we spent $350 (no wine, no dessert) on the worst meal I have eaten in Vegas.
CUT is he best place to entertain customers and show them an amazing time in Vegas. Make sure and ask for Chip Douglas to take care of you table. He’s been there since opening and is an amazing server.
We’ve been wanting to get to Cut for a long time and finally did. However, my wife and I were very disappointed with almost everything. The service was exceptional and we were well taken care of.
We started off with the Bone Marrow and the ahi tuna tartar.
The Bone Marrow was excellent, and the tuna tartare was good but not outstanding.
I ordered the wagyu filet and my wife ordered the rib eye. The filet was flavorless and we had to send the rib eye back because it was over cooked. We felt overall it was just a boring atmosphere and nothing special. Definitely much better steakhouses all over the strip.

Overall was ok. Not worth the price, one of our steaks was very over cooked and when we brought it up waiter the insinuated it was our mistake on ordering all though it definitely was not! Would not recommend or return, not worth the price for what it was!!! Very disappointed with our experience!!
Foods were great and services were excellent. I want to come back again next time I visit Las Vegas.

I love the food and the service at Cut. The only negative that I have would be that they do not offer any wines under 250.00. Most selections are in the 800.00 range. This was very disappointing to us. Probably won’t go back
Claimed they serve Prime beef. My ribeye was tougher than a low grade sirloin. Poor seasonings. Ruth's Chris is a 100 times better.
The food was delicious, the ambience was amazing and the service was excellent!
It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The place has a modern ambiance with a very crisp, clean look. The options are tremendous especially with the steaks, sides and appetizers. We tried a pork belly appetizer, a beat salad and a trio of steaks with a Mac-n-cheese side. For dessert we chose to go with their famous banana creme brûlée cake. OMG! Sooooo good. Everything was superb! It is a very nice restaurant for a special occasion, a bit pricey but worth it as it gives an unforgettable experience, so I definitely would recommend it!
Food was average and overpriced. The noise level was like being at the Indy 500. The waiter took my cappuccino while I was still drinking it. I won’t be back.
