Our service crew was awesome, Rebecca was "new" to the squad and she killed it, super attentive and friendly. Steak recommendations were on point, apps and sides fantastic. Sommelier came over to chat vino, friendly, approachable and super knowledgeable about region and variety. Lots of options in Vegas, especially Steak options, second time here in over 5 years, would go back again based off of consistency, approachable, friendly, quality food and service. Thank you for a solid meal and evening.

Very disappointed with this restaurant which I'd chose for a business dinner. The loud music made conversation very difficult and the food was way below standard and not what you'd expect from a Restaurant and menu of this price. Happy to pay for good quality food but this was a average with steaks that were just not of the quality you'd expect. The service to be fair though was very good indeed. If you're looking for a high end steak house I'd recommend SW Steakhouse, Carnevino etc but not this one.

The food and service were Outstanding! Second to none! The wine list pricing borders on extortion. I recommend paying the $50 corkage and bringing your own wine in.

Had a lovely meal at Cut. The service was amazing. One negative I would have is there didn’t make I clear the price of cocktails and we were caught out on what we thought was $19 being $38 which is a massive difference. I must say the food was amazing and would definitely recommend!

Butter lettuce salad, mushroom with shishito peppers side, and baked alaska apple pie were all just ok. The aged Nebraska rib eye was a healthy 12 oz portion I couldn't finish and cooked very well. The American wagyu filet 6 oz was a perfect amount. Breads great but wish they were warm. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't more formal, but then again hard to be so when there are Hawaiian shirted diners

No doubt this is a top notch and expensive restaurant, and it is worth every penny! Phenomenal service and steak quality. German precision and attention to detail meets amazing Wagyu beef. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was great, but several times it took over 15mins where we couldn’t find waiter to get a drink. Food came out and yet had to wait 10mins for sides, small details like that felt like they weren’t on the ball. For the price of a meal here, I’m sorry but i expect far greater than the service we received

The service team, there was no one individual in this process, created perhaps the most accomplished and professional, well oiled service I've ever received. An example is our many side dishes were brought by a team and plated for us as they circled the table.
The American wagyu ribeye cut was delicious though I felt it did not measure the cost.
The sommelier was outstanding.
The noise of conversation cannot be overstated. The mood of the room was upbeat but was a cacophony. Holding a conversation required elevated tone.
The dress code is business casual, "no hat, no shorts, no tennis shoes" i saw several men in running shoes and jeans.
I recommend people who want to try amazing cuts of steak, especially wagu/kobe, enjoy CUT.

Everything delivered to our table was superb. It helped that each item that we selected was the result of a recommendation from the server. He was intimate with the menu and could relate it to the clientele. My only gripe is that I truly ate more than I intended! It was amazing. I'll be back.

This was my second trip to CUT. I was with a party of 6 and had an excellent time. We hit my company card pretty hard, but it was worth it. The selection of steaks from various world sources is superb. I was very impressed with the "rub" that was on the strip steak that I ordered. My steak was trimmed perfectly and the flavor was exceptional. The sides were good and desert (banana creme pie) was enjoyed by all.

All around fabulous experience. The food was simply outstanding from appetizer to Wagyu steaks. Salads, pork belly and sides all excellent. Only gripe is they were already out of asparagus, but the broccoli was a solid replacement.
