I love every visit to CUT at the Palazzo in Las Vegas, from the service to the food quality I have never had it better at any other restaurant in my 32 years on this planet.
Thank you to everyone at CUT, keep being you 🙂
One of the best, if not the best restaurants we've ever eaten at. We now have a new favorite when we come to Vegas. Food was outstanding. Service and atmosphere was excellent. Put this on your "must do" list
Outstanding as always. The tuna tartare was one of the best renditions of this dish I've ever had. The pretzel rolls are addictive. And the dry aged prime grade ribeye was fantastic. Tempura onion rings were an enjoyable side. Cocktails are strong and among the best around. Service is the best. Friendly and consummate professionals. This restaurant is a, if not the, top steakhouse in Las Vegas. Go.
Amazing food , main courses are best but try sides as well onion rings , mac &cheese they all are amazing.
This was our third time eating dinner at Cut. We truly enjoyed the meal. The steaks were great and never really need a sauce, the whole dining experience was wonderful. They have hand-crafted drinks which are great and the sommelier recommended a fabulous Barolo for the meal. We try to eat here every time we visit Las Vegas - it is our only must eat at place.
The service was great! We got the lobster and The 20oz New York strip steak. The lobster was very tender and sweet. My steak was a little chewy. I guess it was due being cook as medium? No real complaint, but just not as expected when it come to steak.
Absolutely the best place to eat in Las Vegas! We visit Las Vegas three to four times a year and there is absolutely zero deviation in any of the meals we have had over the past few years at Cut. Compliments to the Chefs and Staff for being awesome. We have eaten at most Michelin rated rated restaurants in Vegas and this one tops any to include Bazaar Meats, Joël Robuchon and Le atelier, Picasso, Guy Savoy, Aureole and Nobu. All great restaurants but for steaks, Cut is the best hands down! The cut of meats are the best and the wines are not as marked up as the others.
You must sit in main dining room in order to get good service. My family including two children were at in the bar lounge and that's exactly what we got. Lounge service. Oval tables put together, didn't make sense. Service was lacking. We waited for quite some time to receive service, during the meal was ok, Then we were forgotten at end of the meal. Our dirty plates sat there until the check finally arrived. Check took a long time to arrive, no apologies or anything. Main dining room gives best service I have ever had.
It's rare to find a restaurant with incredible food and service. I've actually visited this location for over a decade now. The staff is incredible and the management is impressive. Zero complaints ever! Thank you guys for the amazing experience.
One word.....outstanding! Outrageously good food....knowledgeable and super efficient staff....great vibe....well worth the money.
Really delicious food! Expensive, so be prepared to spend $$. For one appetizer, a few drinks, two entrees, two sides and a cup of coffee we paid over $300. If you want a steak that tastes like nothing you can cook at home, try it! Also- their chicken is to die for and takes over a day to prepare. Best chicken I’ve ever eaten. Their drinks are tasty and while $19 each seems outrageous to this out-of-towner, compared to the gross and nothing-special drinks all over Vegas that are $13+, these hand-crafted cocktails were a special, unique treat.
On a less important note, we mentioned birthdays of two in our party and witnessed a little singing/dessert birthday celebration at a table next to us, but ours was forgotten- even after I mentioned it to our server to make sure she noticed the note on our reservation. I called the next day and kindly mentioned it to the manager who said she would look into it and call me right back, but I have yet to hear from her a day later. Maybe dropping $300+ per couple is no biggy for some, but our party of 8 prepared and saved for this special birthday outing and were hoping they would help us add a little flare to our special birthdays. But if you don’t care about this kind of stuff, you’ll definitely enjoy the food and drinks.
Awesome meal and spectacular service! It is very pricy but when you experience the fresh selections, flavors, and presentations it is well worth the visit. I was alone on a business trip. If I ever come back to Vegas with my wife, this will be the first place I take her!
Excellent food, amazing service! My new favorite restaurant!
Kitchen terribly out of sync. Steaks arrived 45 minutes after appetizers and were way overcooked and sides arrived 20 minutes after mains. Second bad experience w cut. Far better alternatives and better values.
Treated like royalty and food to match!
Came to celebrate my husbands birthday. Great atmosphere, A1 service, wonderful food, excellent experience and the birthday dessert was perfect. When in Vegas we would definitely come back!
Absolutely the best! Flavors blended that we couldn’t imagine! Service was on spot, and the value was there. Price is Not for the faint of heart, but in our opinion, it was worth every penny.
Wine menu was vast, but we chose
To bring our own. I think the $50 corkage fee is to high, for the money we spent on drinks and dinner, $30 should be the maximum.
We looked very much forward to a special dinner at Cut, and in some ways, the restaurant delivered. The room is beautiful, the bread and appetizers were outstanding and the service was impeccable. The disappointment was with my steak. I had the American waygu, and asked for it to be cooked medium. It came out medium well, or a bit more done than that, and was somewhat tough. All in all we had a very nice evening, just wish the steak had been as good as I anticipated!
Impeccable service and delicious food.
The best steaks we’ve ever had! This is comparing the Wagyu to the Best cuisine in high end restaurants from London - NY-Maui
My dinner date at CUT was absolutely amazing. It was boyfriend’s birthday so I was really looking for something special to treat him too. This was not just a dinner.. our time at CUT was an amazing EXPERIENCE. Everything from the decor to the knowledgeable and friendly staff was something to remember. We will be coming back for more. Thank you!
So the food was good but not exceptional. I thought for the price I would get exceptional food. One of the steak sauces was exceptional but the rest was ordinary steak restaurant quality. The service was exquisite they were the best of any restaurant I’ve been to.
My friends and I were Vegas for a bachelor party. We wanted to take the bachelor to for a good steak dinner, which CUT provided for us. Great selection of steaks from dry-aged to wagyu. The appetizers were fantastic and an extensive wine list as well. The staff did an excellent job attending to us and or requests. Will definitely visit when back in Vegas!
Best steak I have every had!!! I will definitely visit CUT every time I am in Vegas!!!!
This resturaunt is by far the most expensive dinner (for two) I have ever had in Las Vegas. The dry-aged Prime ribeye steak was really, just average. By no means, nothing special and not anywhere near as tender as it should have been. The filet was excellent, very tender. Side dish of mashed potato was very smooth, but completely unseasoned, bland as could be, we had to season at the table. Side dishes of additional veggies are limited. Butter lettuce salad was excellent. Cocktails are VERY expensive, measured and complete short-pours. Dessert of chocolate soufflé was cooked perfectly but was NOT in the least, sweet. Baked Alaskan dessert was very bland as well, the server removed the items from our bill. Service was OUTSTANDING. Very, very disappointed in this meal. Wayyyyy too many fine steak houses in Las Vegas to choose from. The price of dinner was inappropriate for the quality of the steak was by no means, appropriate. I will not return to this establishment for dinner nor would I recommend it to anyone.
The food and service was exceptional and the experience was well worth the price. We will be back next time we are in Vegas...
Amazing! We found our favorite spot in Las Vegas! The food was perfectly prepared and the dessert.. yummy! We couldn’t believe how fair the price was for the amount of food and type of service given.
Anniversary dinner. They were very accommodating. We had a great table and a few treats from the chef. Excellent experience.
Great dinner! Ryan at the bar and our waiter Mark were awesome!
Fantastic place to have dinner
I have eaten at CUT many times and I will certainly be eating there again! The ribeye is my favorite, we also ordered the 6oz American Wagyu filet this time and it was very good! I have yet to be disappointed with the food or service at CUT, I definitely recommend!
Outstanding food and service. Best meal I had in Las Vegas.
Great like always!
Great service and food as usual. Only complaint is we were sat a table by the restroom and kitchen.
Food and service were excellent. We sat in the back where there were larger parties and I for a period couldn’t hear myself think. Service was extremely helpful.
Great staff, waiter was very friendly and offered very good food suggestions. We got seated very promptly, at our exact reservation time little to no waiting. Original table setup was odd, so we asked to rotate the table. Which the waiter was very accommodating and fixed it quickly.
We went to dinner at Cut for Valentine’s Day. We have been to several other steak restaurants in Vegas and wanted to try something new. First let me say the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very pretty. I had a table side old fashion and it was perfect, the girl making it seemed like she couldn’t care less about us. My wife and I decided to split the 34 oz porterhouse. I can truly say it was the worst steak I have ever had. We ordered it medium rare and Pittsburghed. It came out close to the right temperature but that’s the only thing I have good to say. It was so tuff my wife at one point had to spit out a piece. It was flavorless and bland. For $115 I was expecting great. Not only was it not great it was bad. I asked if the sides came out family style and was told yes, If they did they must be single parent households with one small child. The fact that the sides were so small ended up being a good thing since they were not great. We had some special pasta with black truffle and we also had the mushrooms. The pasta was not edible. The mushrooms were not bad. We did have tuna tartare to start off with and it was very good, but not good enough to save this meal. We live in Dallas and have eaten enough over the top steaks to last a lifetime. Cut doesn’t even make top 25 steak restaurants on my list. At the same end of the day we spent $350 (no wine, no dessert) on the worst meal I have eaten in Vegas.
CUT is he best place to entertain customers and show them an amazing time in Vegas. Make sure and ask for Chip Douglas to take care of you table. He’s been there since opening and is an amazing server.
