My husband I visited the Cut whilst we were stopping over in Vegas. The staff and food alike are simply amazing. The attention to your dinning experience is simply phenomenal.
It’s not a cheap, but definitely worth it. Best steak we’ve ever eaten. The banana pie is also very delicious and very light... give it a go!

Our bar experience (drinks, service, flavors, friendliness, personalization, etc) was some of the best I have ever experienced. Our waiter was helpful but felt a little like a car salesman and never mentioned anything about it being our 10-year anniversary. Our food was delicious. I would absolutely return for drinks and appetizers, but likely not my main course.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant did not make us fell special, they did not even acknowledged. The waiter was pushy trying to make us order more food, he told us about 3 times we should order more meat.

We order 2 appetizers the NY sampler ( 3 types of meat, total of 10 oz of meat) a side of french fries and cream of spinach. The American Wagyu had chunks of fat that we could not eat. The french fries were OK, I expected awesome and the cream of spinach the worst I ever had.

Super overpriced for what it is, the restaurant is nice but not super nice as I expected.

I will never go back.

The food, especially the wagyu, was exceptional and the staff was beyond accommodating. Some of the charges, however, were a bit of a surprise. For example, the lady with the cart who came to the table did not state up-front that the mixed drinks were outrageously priced. Also, our server did not clearly state that there was a charge for all of the water we consumed during our meal (and it was not cheap!).
Overall, our experience was great, each course was to-die-for, and the restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere. As with anywhere in Vegas, if you plan to drink, expect to pay a premium price.

Our dinning experience was less than perfect due to situations beyond the restaurants control. We had two tables of all women near us, who were heavy into bachelorette celebrations. They were very loud. Dinner conversation was impossible, so we just dinned and dashed and felt like we just blew $300 - dinner for 2. The wait staff was attentive and engaging.

At first I had a good dining experience till my friend and I became ill at night due to steak. I dined with 3 friends. We shared the Mac and cheese, onion rings and cauliflower sides. They were very good. Then I shared the New York steak with my friend. Immediately she expressed feeling ill but assumed it was something else or not being use to meat cooked at medium. Service was a bit slow. Then later at night I became very ill and my friend also till in the morning. Our third friend was fine. It was the steak we cooked. I emailed the restaurant already.

Was a great time, they called us before we came and discovered it was our anniversary. Took the time to make it special and bring us out a personalized anniversary dessert. We are younger and I loved that we didn’t get treated like some places who see that you’re younger and automatically assume you are getting the cheapest stuff and not going to tip. Experience was 10/10 for sure!

Not our first visit but will not return. Mediocre food (we had much better elsewhere)
Main issue was that the extension to main restaurant lacks atmosphere. We were seated in the empty corner facing a bare wall despite booking table several weeks in advance.
Service lacked sincerity.
Honestly this used to be good but you can get so much better for your money....Wolfgang in LA is still awesome!

the prices of the steaks are outrageous. And there was notthig particular about the 3 I tried. Also the wine is very pricey.

The Japanese Wagyu beef was absolutely amazing!!! It was the richest steak I have ever had in terms of flavor and texture. While it comes with a hefty price tag, it is definitely worth savoring at least once in a lifetime. I definitely recommend the king crab and shrimp cocktail Louie for an appetizer, and the wild mushrooms and shishito peppers as an accompaniment.

If you want a dining experience in Vegas and want a great quality steak, I strongly recommend Cut. The food and service is outstanding with some of the most decadent meat selections in the city.... and they cook them to perfection. Don’t get me wrong, you will be paying for what you get.... but it is truly outstanding. I had the steak tartare as a started (absolutely sublime) and the 35 day ages Nebraska New York cut. The searing they achieve is outstanding ( that great seasoned crunchy outer layer but perfect medium rare in the middle). The soufflé was out of this world. Not to be missed. The few critiques would be that they are awfully proud of their wine and should consider offering additional by the glass servings. They tend to check on you almost to the point of too much, but never in a rushed way. It’s perfection and we will defiantly be returning.

Always empressed with Cut. This was our 3rd time coming to CUT. I come to Las Vegas every couple of years and always make sure one night is kept to have a great meal with my wife. I live in New Jersey and I plan on going to Cut in New York this summer. When you go there, plan on spending some money. But in the end it is all worth it.

I had previously been to this restaurant and it was very good this time I was very disappointed. The servers are very attentive throughout dinner so service was fine. Our food though.... not so much. I like to always go to a steak house on my frequent Vegas trips. The food was terrible this time. I ordered the rib eye med rare and it came out rare and cold. My girlfriend ordered the New York and guess what? Came out cold. Ordered the cauliflower which probably would have been amazing but guess what? It was cold. Overall meal was very regrettable and probably would not return. I even looked up top steak houses to decide where I was going to go on this trip. Very disappointed. I should have taken pics to upload but didn’t think about it. Dinner came out past 11 so I didn’t even bother to complain because I was just hungry. I have been to numerous steak houses in Vegas, mastros, Gordon Ramsey’s etc, not impressed. Went to Hell’s Kitchen the following night and got a tomahawk to make up for this poor experience and that was way better. Very disappointed I hadn’t eaten steak in a month and was looking forward to this meal. I cannot see myself coming back.

I was very disappointed with CUT. It started with the wine list: lots of wines at $300+ per bottle, but few under $150. I found a mediocre wine for $80 which was probably a 3x mark-up. The waiter made a big deal of coming over with a special cart and decanting the wine, etc., but it was quite contrived. The steak was mediocre at best, but at $68 for a 12 oz sirloin steak it should have knocked my socks off. The sides and salad were decent. In short, it was overpriced and they under-delivered. I will not go back; there are much better choices at half the price.

I love cut from before. But they took 2 attempts to a steak cooked right and failed so I gave up. They charged my date, but didn't charge my meal and gave me glass of wine frèe. Disappointing though as it's hard to get in and I was looking forward to it.

Wolfgang Puk needs to sort out his chefs.

We had a great dinning experience at CUT and we definitely would recommend some of the appetizers (bone marrow and pork belly were outstanding) before indulging in the steaks. The steaks were exceptional and as we had not been previously exposed to dry-aged steaks, we were not disappointed in the flavour of the rib-eye and strip loin we ordered! Thanks also to our waiter, sommelier and the rest of staff at CUT as we were attended to with fantastic service!

Definately some changes since the last time we visited. Was nice, but the steak cook was a little off. For the price, they need to be spot on.

Seemed they packed some tables, ours was now at the entry. A table of 7 had less priority than a table of 4, which effected atmosphere, which impacted our willingness to pay more.

Still, a $1200 night without any special wine selection. Needed to be better than being bumped on by other guest arriving, and noise from the main outside hallway.

The wait staff was very accommodating and attentive - not to mention they also tried to strike up conversation. We would definitely recommend dining at Cut.
