Best food I’ve ever had
AMAZING experience! Service was impeccable food was epic. CUT never disappoints! New banana cream pie dessert was just FANTASTIC.
Over priced on the steaks for average cuts of meat
There wasn’t a single part of the experience that wasn’t 5 star. Every food item was amazing and the steak was hands down the best I’ve ever had and I visited 4 other steak houses during my stay. Phenomenal service and exceptional experience. Bravo
Steak was really good, but the ambience wasn’t as good as I thought, it was more casual.
Was an amazing night at Cut. Service was great and food was perfect!
Good but not great. I was not blown away by the food but I was blown away by the price.
Excellent. Eric and Jose were great. Food was amazing.
Attended a conference at the Wynn, next door. Decided to splurge on the expense account. The experience at Cut was outstanding. A smiling, lovely hostess welcomed me and sat me quickly. My server brought out the beautiful cuts of meat. I would have loved to try the Japanese olive and beer fed Wagyu beef, but I didn’t want to be responsible for someone in the accounting department having a heart attack when I filed for reimbursement. I chose the roast duckling, side of Brussels sprouts, and a Syrah. Loved everything! I’ve been trying to avoid carbs but the 3 small breads offered before my meal were absolutely astonishing. I especially enjoyed the spelt with dried cherries. The imported European butter was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. The duck was juicy and tender. Felt a tiny bit rarer than the medium-rare I had ordered, but that’s OK. It was still amazing. I had prepared myself to go away satisfied but not stuffed. This meal ended up totally filling me up, with no room for dessert - fortunately! I’d love to come back and treat my wife after we save up to get some of that legendary Wagyu,
Great food. Always come here when I’m in Vegas. Service should have been better. They weren’t that busy when we arrived and service was slower than usual.
This was my second time visiting the cut both times have been absolutely phenomenal.
We celebrated our anniversary here and we were amazed with the service and our American Kobe filets. Truly an outstanding experience!
Where do I start? Cut is one cut above any stake house I have ever visited in Las Vegas. The food was exquisite and the service was truly a five star performance. The manager Gianini went out his way to graciously visit me and every guest. Our waiter Aaron was tentative to our needs and was extremely knowledgeable about the different types and flavor of each stakes (35 days aged ribeye my favorite ). Overall, Cut was truly a delightful epicurean experience fit for a King.
The food was wonderful and Jose, our server, is outstanding! We always request to sit in his section...he even remembers what we like for our cocktails!!!
My second time and always tell people about it. Will come back again.
Food and service good, but overpriced.
Excellent food and service
Beautiful decor and controlled noise level that conversation was not an issue
The food was great! The service was terrible until we talked with a manager and it quickly got much better. We waited about 35 minutes for our drinks and then were told we had to wait to put our appetizer order in when we were ready to give our full dinner order. WTF? I have never in my life. We asked to get an appetizer with 6 pieces instead of four and they said no we can’t do that. I mean when you are paying 200-400 per steak I think you should be able to get what you want. We were looking forward to a spectacular time but unfortunately it was less than desirable!! I wouldn’t go back!
Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had at a high end restaurant. Told us they were running behind ten minutes on seating- fine, have a cocktail. Not a problem, things happen. She brings my girlfriend the wrong drink, close, but not what she actually wanted. Tequila on the rocks and tequila with sprite are completely different- she even repeated her order and still got it wrong. First issue. The second- We get seated, took 20 minutes (we timed) to be asked for our order. Despite making eye contact many times, and the party of four to my left being checked on 3 times since we were seated. Bobby and his partner were not as attentive to us as they were other tables and weren't on the same page. We got the food after another nearly 15 minute wait, oysters. Another 15 goes by after we finish that and the next appetizer arrives, with a free tuna sashimi because the raw bar was behind. They were both great! But the service was severely lacking. Other tables were commenting on it as well directly adjacent to us. The party of four complained and took forever to get out and get to their show after expressly needing faster service to the waiter multiple times. They voiced their frustration to the table to their left who
was seated sometime after us. That table didn't get their order taken for about 20-30 minutes as well- we were already on dessert when they finally got their order taken.
Anyways- The Wagyu sashimi was also great. Squid ink pasta was good, but a small portion with minimal lobster.
This was a birthday dinner for my woman. They gave us a dessert for free which was nice. At the time it came out we had been there for two hours. Good food, the worst service ever. I've had much better experiences at Mastros, Hell's Kitchen, Eiffel Tower, and Nobu in LV. Even less high end places have given better service. I hope the LA location is just as good food wise, with better service.
Such an AMAZING dinner!!! Great service. Table side cheese service (cart). Best steak-fantastic wine. Very pricey but it’s Vegas and the kitchen of one of the best chef’s in the world.
The servers were very professional.
My steak was to smokey, it detracted from the taste of the steak
I would have preferred seared and finished in oven
High priced and food was ok at best. The real disappointment was the drinks. Would not go back.
Enjoyed all of the meal with the exception of the America waygu tenderloin. Both of were dry. One was cooked medium and one medium rare. Disappointed
The steaks were delicious!!! I highly recommend the glass of the rose champagne as well. Everything we ordered was amazing. We had impeccable service as well.
We had one of the finest dining experiences of our lives. We were not expecting such amazing food and service. We were treated like royalty! The meat was fabulous and the atmosphere was superb. We had the perfect “Date Night” even though we’ve been married for 33 years. We can’t wait to come back to Las Vegas and eat at Cut again.
The service here was superb once you get past the hostess with attitude. Food was absolutely terrific.
Prices on the high side but sort of worth it.
There was a very long hair in my food! The steak was tasteless and the service was soooooo slow. We were the only ones there towards the end of the night and our dinner took two hours. We had a salad and entree. They gave us desserts that we didn’t want or ask for and said that they “comp’d us dessert.”
Excellent Dover Sole
We always go for a nice meal at CUT whenever we are in Vegas. I have spent my last three birthday dinners there as well. Service and meal are always outstanding. This time around I did miss that they changed how the bread is served. It's such a minor thing, but I miss that Foccacia bread! We will be back again none the less!
Great place to impress. Client
fantastic service, steaks are out of this world! Keep in mind, they charge by the ounce for wagu steaks.
Food was excellent, service was excellent!
Amazing! Just Amazing!
Second time here. Just as good as I remembered!! Best steak in town. Best service!!
Respetan reservas y las carnes son muy buenas!
Highly professional staff. Exceptional selection of wagyu steaks (with proof of provenance), that were prepared to perfection. Highly recommended.
The first server we had was the rudest server I have ever met. We were headed to Gaga. We were a table of 8 and when I told him that we were headed to the concert, he rudely answered that he had heard it six times. If times and he was very aware that we were going to the concert. The comments kept coming and I finally requested another server. Eric helped us after that and turned a bad experience back in to the dinner it should have been.
