Hands down the best f***in meal I’ve ever had! Got the Filet Mignon 6oz and some kind of crunchy potato side. The staff was so attentive from the beginning. Worth every penny! We will definitely be back :)

My boyfriend and I went here on a date for our last night on vacation. The service was absolutely outstanding and the manager was so friendly. Although it’s pricey, it was worth the experience and delicious food! I would definitely go back.

We had a very poor dining experience. A group of us (4 ladies) just went to Las Vegas to celebrate birthdays and graduation. We chose Cut because we wanted to have a first class dining experience and special celebration. The steaks were mediocre, way overpriced and the meat was tough. I’m from Texas and am very knowledgeable about steaks, and these were not great quality. Service was mediocre, did
not acknowledge our celebrations, never asked, I had to point it out as they were trying to rush us through our meal. Way overpriced, we were not impressed.

We went to try the steak and was disappointed with the ribeye and beef ribs. I believe they think the steaks are as tender as butter, because their steak knives are butter knives and do not cut. The appetizers were fantastic, so were the salads and white corn soup. The pretzel rolls and salted butter brought us to our knees. We definitely should have NOT ordered entrees. Completely not worth the money. I had 2 bites and didn’t eat the ribs. Our server Jennifer was 5 star silver service!

I am the world’s toughest critic on steakhouses. But I was absolutely blown away by Cut. It’s definitely not inexpensive...but the quality is unmistakable. Perfection on every level—steaks, side dishes—get the small potatoes that are smashed and deep fried, superb service and a great wine list. Definitely will return on the next special occasion.

Arrived a little early seated immediately. Table was not to our liking and we were accomadated with better table with grace and alacrity. Wait staff was impeccable and Bobby our headman was personable
and accomplished.Food was Wolfgang exemplary with the Crab and shrimp Louis the best I’ve ever had ditto for “ Baked Alaska” dessert. Steak was cooked perfectly, carved at table.Divine!

The steak was waaay undercooked, then they had to recook it. At this level restaurant. This is not acceptable. The steak was O.K. Again ok is not good enough.

This was the best meal we've had in our lives. The server was attentive, knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond. The restaurant called me to confirm our reservation two days prior and asked about any dietary restrictions, I informed them I have a shellfish allergy but I can order accordingly. Once seated, every person that came to our table was aware of my allergy (including the gentleman who served our bread) and reassured me that everything was safe for me to eat (anyone with a food allergy knows this is not what typically happens anywhere). The drinks/wine were amazing. The pork belly appetizer was delicious. The bread was some of the best I've had. The mac and cheese side was incredible. The Japanese Wagyu was beyond expectation and was honestly the best cut of meat we've ever had, every bite was better than the last. Unfortunately we didn't have any room for dessert, but the table next to us ordered three (I don't know how they fit another bite in!) and those looked impeccable as well. I cannot breathe one bad word about CUT, except that I don't know if I'll ever to be able to eat "regular" steak again. If you have the time and money, GO HERE!!!

Being charge $26 for water and holding an average of $500 wine bottles, the high end food should come with a great customer experience. Instead we had not seen our waiter smile once and same for the majority of the team.

I understand they host a “five star” restaurant but it should not be a snobby and cold experience.

I recommend to order a $500 bottle of wine. Maybe they would be friendlier. Is that normal?

We made reservations in advance through open table but they tried to put us in the bar area since someone had bought out the dining area earlier. That really upset us. We had to wait until the dining area was cleansed to be moved. Once moved, we ordered five appetizers, three sides and two steaks to split. Appetizers and salad were pretty small servin sizes, bone marrow flan was not good, the Japanese Wagyu was phenomenal though. The total was $600, and no military discount (not that there should be, just stating that there isn’t)

In my opinion, it was a $300 dinner, so overpriced and being moved was not cool. Wouldn’t go again.

Made these reservations weeks in advance. Sat us in the lounge because main restaurant was bought out for private party. We should have canceled when we got notice of that. Our steak for 2 came rare when we ordered it well done. Son’s wagyu steak came raw when he ordered it rare. Ordered sparkling water and got tap. Overpriced appetizers and salads which weren’t anything special. We were disappointed overall. Worst $700 we ever spent. Wouldn’t recommend or ever go there again.

Great Food! We had the butter lettuce with blue cheese to start and then Grass Fed Steaks from Australia for everyone. Well cooked meat, great flavor. Then an anniversary gift was brought to our table, very nice. Service was outstanding. The only issue I did not like, is that the station for cleaning the tables was in the middle of the restaurant, a bit noisy.

Excellent food focusing on steaks, while some fish entrees are also available. Wait staff is well trained, knowledgable and attentive. The restaurant is beautifully designed and comfortable with the exception of the excess air conditioning which chilled both the customers and the food.

Everything was perfect except for the noise level. We sat in the bar on a previous visit, and it was much quieter than the dining room. Several tables with large groups caused extreme noise. While I’m all for people having fun with friends, it definitely puts a damper on a quiet dinner for two. Still a wonderful experience with great food and service.

Very fine dining. Waiter a little cocky and pushy about encouraging the $85 filet over the $65 filet. I am not a huge waygu fan as its a bit too rich and too buttery (if thats possibly?) and I felt like I was being brushed aside. Otherwise, service was fantastic and yes, even the "only" $65 dollar filet was delicious.

Our meals were OK but, for the $$ spent, we were hoping for more than OK. We've had better steaks at Capital Grill & Flemings. The décor was a bit too "industrial" for us. We prefer a warmer and more quiet room. We really can't recommend CUT. There are much better options for steak in Vegas.

service was excellent.

salad and steaks were amazing. only complaint, our fries were cold by the time they were brought out and tasted very mediocre.

it was a congratulatory dinner, and they gave us complimentary desserts. it was delicious and unexpected. overall a very lovely restaurant.

Disappointed in the overall quality of food but especially the $115 11-ounce American Waygu rib eye steak I ordered the other day. I’ve dined at this location several times before, but the last food experience was sub par.

Well let me start off with my handle being whynotthebest on TripAdvisor! The Cut just barely made the Cut, let me start by saying we had reservations and were on time. Walking into the Cut, the ambience and pheremones were INVITING! AWESOME! until I just were paying attention to how b4 others ordered the Server came out to present to cuts of meat b4 they would order. Well my Server did come around to present the cuts, but it happened to be after we ordered. Now the Servers worked as a team, and the young lady that helped provided us with the Customer service that's worth giving Cut a second look! By the way, it would have to be on their dime. I requested a couple of things that my server did not bring or address that he had forgotten about it, but I was not billed for either. Let me add, I'm a consumer first! When you are spending over $300. in a night when there's families that can't spend that in a month for groceries! Customer Service is everything and The Consumers are Staying WOKE TODAY! I Definitely want to add how OUTSTANDING HIS (Server)ASSISTANT WAS! I JUST CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME and she surely shared it with. WOLFGANG PUCK, COME ON NOW! EMERIL'S/ Delmonico's GOT IT TOGETHER!

First time in a Wolfgang Puck restaurant and I must say, it was fantastic! It is all what they say it is and what all the wonderful reviews that are stated. Our waiter acted like we were his only table he was waiting on and it was a memorable evening. We were there to celebrate my sons 21st birthday and they really took care of us! He will remember it for the rest of his life.
