Came here for a not-so-traditional thanksgiving and LOVED everything about this place! The steak was delicious and our server was wonderful. Next time we’re in town we’re definitely stopping by again

Food and customer service was exceptional!! Everything went well. Food was delicious. We ordered the porterhouse and had mushrooms and asparagus on the side but started with their beet salad and butter lettuce salad. Also had chimichurri and horseradish dip for the steak. Great companion with the steak. And customer service was great. Always attentive and pleasant!

It took 1.75 hours to dine. We had a half dozen of oysters, one had shell pieces. We paid for the bread plate which was mediocre at best. We split a $79 filet that was very mediocre and ordered $140 bottle of wine - cheapest almost The petite potatoes were amazing- best thing of the night. They brought me a birthday small slice of desert that was really good with a candle. We walked out with a tipped bill of $360. We split the steak as I dont eat much. Not that we are cheap. But seriously the steak we make at home is so much better. I do t mind paying good $$ for an amazing meal. This one wasn’t

Absolutely amazing all around. Will be back I am sure. Not cheap, but was my wife's birthday and wanted to do something special. Everybody we interacted with on staff was very interested in us having the best time and ensuring we were taken care of.

We chose Cut because we had never been before but wish we would've just went to Delmonico's. The Waygu Filet was a let down. I've had prime filet that was more tender and tasted better. They should serve their steaks on warm plates as our whole party was disappointed in the temperature of their steak. The service was lacking. For such a nice restaurant and high price point we expected better.

The music selection that is being played in the dining room didn't really complement or enhance an upscale dining experience and was more suitable for a bar or nightclub than a fine dining establishment. Additionally, much of the old ambience has changed for the worse in response to the COVID-19 restrictions. Having said that, the food was still as delicious as it always was. Our corkage experience generated a little more friction from the staff than it did pre-COVID and pours occurred less frequently but we get that many restaurants are having to make do with reduced staff. As locals we will continue to support CUT and our other favorite Las Vegas restaurants and we hope that the luster will return when our economy returns to full strength.

While the food was top notch, the time waiting between courses was unacceptable and the noise level prevented normal conversation. Expected way more from an establishment at this price level.

One of the best steaks I've had. The chicken, mac&cheese, brussel sprouts and broccolini were all wonderful. Cocktails were some of the best we have had in Vegas.

Our only negative was that it appeared people were sat in nicer sections of the restaurant based on what they were wearing. Jeans and comfortable shoes gets you relegated to bar seating. Suits and high heels, the main dining area.

Unfortunately our $225 steak was ordered medium but served extremely rare. The bread appetizer for $12 was underwhelming. It came out lukewarm and the butter was hard as a rock so you really couldn’t even butter it. I wish we had spent our money somewhere else. On a positive note, the servers were very kind and they did bring us a complimentary dessert. On the opposite end, we barely touched a $300 dinner and no one asked us why. Disappointing.

Great staff, excellent food, cool environment. Food quality was great but portions seemed a little small for the price. Booze prices were very expensive for normal bars. Would highly recommended but you’re going to pay about $50-$100 more than a normal high end restaurant.

Food was Amazing! We had the petite Fillet cooked medium rare, crab legs, potatoes purée and Mexican style corn. The house made steak sauce is very good also. All the food was cooked to perfection and the service was top notch! My only complaint is I think 75.00 is a little much for a petite 8oz filet! Otherwise CUT is 5 stars!!!

For 150 dollar porter house stake it was good, order it well don’t order it medium well. I think the pumpkin seasonal desert was very delicious, the server was okay I felt like they were just okay.

Delicious food. Everything tasted amazing. The drinks were tasty. Service was good. Our original waiter was busy with multiple tables so the bartender came and took our order and helped out. He was very personable and prompt. They made my 30th birthday dinner great! Thank you Cut!!

Service is great. Bone in ribeye steak looked very small. The overall grilling of the steak was good, but no flavor what so ever. Very expensive steak and was really looking forward to enjoy it. Sorry, I didn't enjoy it at all.

We had an outstanding experience. Our server and all of the servers were great. And they treated us like VIP all the way. Those mashed potatoes and especially the corn was REEEEEALY good. It was a great experience from the root to the fruit and I would absolutely recommend it.
It costs to be the boss but hey..it's Vegas baby! Bon appetite.

CUT at the Palazzo is just an incredible experience, both culinary and service. We had a special event that night, and several guests who had never experienced CUT that night, although we have been many many times.

Gianni and Chip and the rest of the team made the anniversary special for our guests, and they got to experience 5 star everything. Everything was wonderful and we continue to be huge fans of this establishment and team.
