Fabulous dinner, made all that much better by our server Bobby and his team. The special bourbon cocktail - locked and loaded was the perfect start! The beet salad combined amazing flavors and was one of the best I’ve had. And the steak...nothing short of filet nirvana! So tender and tasty. The banana cream pie was the perfect scrumptious end to a magnificent meal. I can’t wait to come back!!
My favorite steak restaurant in the country. The service is always phenomenal and the food is perfect.
Amazing wait staff and food. A little on the pricy end but it was for a special occasion.
Always Great Service and Food! Looks like they've tried to expand the restaurant within the original square footage and have placed tables in what used to be the bar area. Tables there are small and chairs are very uncomfortable. Request tables in the main dining room! We were seated next to the window to the mall area. People would walk up and stare. Felt as if we were dining in a fish bowl. Again, request the main (original) dining room. Bread service has gone down a bit. Used to have many different options and now there are just three.
We came from Houston with another couple to celebrate our birthdays and came to cut. Leaving coming to Cut for years and this time it was just as exceptional as always. I would highly recommend Cut to anyone
Service was amazing!! Food was over priced but was delicious.
Excellent service and great atmosphere. Was not impressed with the steak I had gotten. Lacked flavor.
My friends and I have been to CUT annually on every trip to Vegas. We have never been disappointed and it’s always one of the best steaks around. This time however the steaks just weren’t as good as in the past. The funny thing was that all three of us that have been going for years all felt the same reaction. It’s a bit disappointing given the astronomical prices, which we have never had a problem paying. Perhaps next time
Excellent. As every other visit.
Best rib eye I’ve had. Period.
See you next time I’m in Vegas.
The Best in Vegas!!!!
Excellent! Excellent! Great food and exceptional service.
We went for our anniversary. It was a great experience! The food was so delicious! The waitress was nice and another waitress was very kind also! Definitely an experience to remember!
Food was amazing but pricey, had equally as good of food for half the price all over Las Vegas. One of the servers was cold and unapproachable. The rest of them were great. Maybe that is the ambiance, serious and formal but not our thing.
We were somewhat disappointed. We usually love Wolfgang Puck's restaurants and had heard good things about CUT. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. It is fairly loud, but it's in a casino in Vegas so what are you going to do? We had an appetizer, salad and an entree. The appetizer was a salmon cone topped with caviar. This is one I would not recommend. The "fishiness" of the salmon was overwhelming. Our salad came next and was literally swimming in dressing. They brought us a new salad with dressing on the side. Last came our steaks. Mine a bone-in ribeye and my wife had a NY strip. Both good, but not great. Our favorite part of the meal was our side of potato puree which was wonderful. Overall, by no means a bad meal (other than the app), but with the reputation of the chef, and the prices charged, you certainly have expectations. This just fell a bit short.
I was very disappointed that the breadsticks and gouchers were no longer on the menu. The replacement offering was not that good. The steaks were delicious but not worth the price. The banana dessert was by far the best item and that was for the uniqueness of the presentation more than the taste.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant, but it is very expensive. The food was great and the service was perfect. I would go back next time we are in Las Vegas.
The worst ribeye ever. So tasteless to be ashamed of. We have been many famous steakhouses, but this one was the worst one. The meat tasted like a straw. I will never recommend CUT to anyone.
CUT is simply outstanding. I was here just last month and was glad to return. Their steaks are consistently great, and the rest of their menu is sneakingly creative. Outstanding wine and spirits selection as well. I will continue to dine at CUT whenever I’m in Las Vegas.
Fine dining as it was meant to be - kudos to our servers Eric/James for making our anniversary evening extra special with impeccable service. Well worth the splurge for a cut of Waygu steak, prepared perfectly.
The kitchen nailed all aspects of our meal. The pastry chef here deserves special credit for the lost art of creative breads and mouth watering desserts, along with a sweet treat at the end to cap off the meal. We greatly appreciated the special touches and were so happy with the level of detail offered during this dining experience from the service, atmosphere, to the culinary genius. This was a great pick for our special evening, and we would highly reccommend it to everyone and will return to dine again!
Food for the price was ehh
We wanted to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary here while we were in town. Everything was PHENOMENAL! Benito was excellent and took fantastic care of us. We followed a few of his recommendations and were very happy with his suggestions. His knowledge of CUT and their specialties were top-notch! The food was exceptional! Service was unbeatable! Definitely the highlight of our week in Las Vegas celebrating our anniversary! THANK YOU!
Fantastic dinner with wonderful service. Was in Las Vegas to celebrate my wife’s birthday and to enjoy the music of Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Vince Gill and the Eagles. The dinner at Cut added to a wonderful and memorable night.
We had the best experience at Cut! Our service and food were absolutely amazing!
Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. We were seated within minutes of our reservation. Staff was extremely attentive. Food arrived quickly and was AMAZING. My boyfriend had the 14oz New York sirloin strip. I had the crispy fried whole tai snapper.
Since it was my boyfriend's birthday, they brought him a peanut butter dessert with a candle. I'm no fan of peanut butter, but even that was great.
Would definitely recommend and will go back wherever in Vegas again.
First time dining there amazing experience
Food is good don’t get me wrong but i could spend significantly less and have just as good a meal at Mastro’s or SW. service was fantastic though.
The service is unbelievable, was really wanting a great steak(maybe I just ordered the wrong cut) and felt like for $90(just the steak) I’ve had the same at a much better price. The staff is on point and maybe that’s where my money went haha:)
We've been planning this for a long time. Anxious to try everyone's recommendation, we trusted Cut would be the perfect place for our anniversary dinner. We made a long journey to eat here. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'd like to give credit where it's due and start with the positive. The seating hostess was friendly. Our server was friendly as well and was as attentive as possible for the volume of people they had that evening. The bread board with butter was nice. We ordered our steaks and potatoes and were told the steaks would take 30-35 mintues, which was fair. We waited over an hour and recieved our steaks. Mine was close to cold and my boyfriend's was barely lukewarm. To charge over 70 dollars for a cold steak is absurd. I had to send it back and ended up snacking on potatoes. They offered to remake it but because we had already waited over an hour, we were running late to our show at the Wynn. I didn't have time to wait. We had to hurry up, pay the check and leave. It was suppose to be a fun anniversary dinner and instead it was disappointing and rushed. I left hungry and frustrated, not to mention upset that we had to pay so much for one steak because my boyfriend was starving and didn't care if it was cold or not. We could've eaten somewhere less expensive and been much more satisfied in half the time. Unacceptable for an upscale celebrity chef steak house.
Heard a lot about this place and was excited to try it. Service was subpar for a joint with this pedigree. our sever was always gone and had to be reminded to follow up on our requests. Bone marrow flan saved this visit, one of the best dishes we've had. Spinach, steak and potatoes were decent but certainly not outstanding. Desert of chocolate souffle with 10 year old sauce was okay. Overall the hype was greater than reality :(
I’m not a fan of sparse, modern style decorated restaurants. Cut is wide-open with modern decor and nothing to absorb all the sound banking off the floor, tables, chairs, walls, and ceiling. It is LOUD. The tables are close together. The service is excellent! Wait staff were timely, personable, and efficient. The very limited menu has very nice cuts of meat that are cooked perfectly but seasoned only lightly. Prices are high. A small Caesar salad was $18.00. The rolls were unremarkable but good. The Barman made good martinis. But all-in-all, I could pull this meal off for under $30... so the $125 plus tax price tag for a under seasoned but good strip steak with fried egg on top, Caesar salad, and two martinis was ridiculous!
We consider ourselves as "foodies" and like to try different restaurants and select new items to taste. My wife and I were fortunate to get reservations at CUT to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted to go here for the full experience, and glad we did, since the food and service was impeccable. Since we arrived earlier than our reservation time, we sat in the bar and ordered cocktails. This was a difficult choice because they are stocked with a lot of desirable premium liquors and cocktails, however, we did make our choices and enjoyed them while waiting. We were seated and our two (2) servers Juan Carlos and "Carlos" gave us a thorough run-down of the menu items, provided recommendations, and took our order for the tuna poke (we wanted a lighter starter since we were going to both order steak). The choice of steaks was phenomenal, from Kobe, Waygu, Prime, etc and we settled for the porterhouse (large enough to share) along with a few sides that were recommended and a bottle of wine. Presentation of the food was incredible, not over-stated, but timely with an explanation of each item ordered given at each stage. The steak was carved at table-side and served alongside with several sauces. Over many years, we have dined at many of the high-end steak-houses, and I would say that this porterhouse tops them all - the wonderful grilled aroma upon arriving, the tenderness, and flavor were exceptional. If you enjoy the full flavor of good beef, you will not use the side sauces, even though they do complement the steak. Our servers Juan Carlos and Carlos checked in regularly to see how we were enjoying the food and poured the wine accordingly. We completed our dining by pre-ordering the soufflé along with coffee. Overall, the food, quality, service and ambiance was truly memorable and want to thank Juan Carlos and Carlos for providing such an incredible experience. We will be back soon since all we think about is that melt-in-your-mouth steak...
Our Server, Carlos is the best and his associate, Juan are both amazing...they make everything perfect!
Very disappointed! Cost twice as much as every other Steak House in Vegas and I was not impressed at all.
Amazing! Expensive but great
The best all around place I have ever been too. The knowledge about wine and food is next to none!
Best steak I have ever had! The desserts were amazing as well!
My dry aged steak was 70% silver skin, several family members got sick from oysters, and for 2 courses per person we waited 1.5 hours. The food is merely edible. Not a good choice.
