If you want top notch steaks, this is the place for you. I had the 2nd cheapest cut on the menu and it was outstanding. If I was dining with someone, I would have certainly tried a special cut like one of the wagyu options, but I couldn't justify spending over $100 for just a steak for 1.

The food was 100% good. However the noise level was very high. If you want a quiet dinner this isn't the place. One more thing. When you go to Vegas you expect to pay high prices for good food. This place was above high, more like crazy expensive!

Amazing service and food. We arrived for our reservation and they seated us immediately. Service was well paced and unobtrusive. Team that took care of us made sure we were happy. Complemented our choices and made good suggestions. No complaints about anything. Suggestion: it is loud and as the restaurant filled it got loud and hard to hear or talk. Lots of big parties do maybe that was the problem?

Food was unbelievable! Beautiful presentation, amazing flavors. Had the gin cocktail and it was excellent! Upscale and pricey but worth it for a special occasion. Our waiter was excellent, had excellent recommendations. Would definitely go back!

The food is beyond amazing. The old fashion is hands down the best cocktail I have ever had, but the best part about this restaurant is the service. The employees are kind and informative and make excellent recommendations. They truly make dinner here an experience. I would recommend this restaurant over and over again!

The American Wagyu beef was amazing. Only bested by the Whistle Pig old fashioned made by a cocktail cart table side. The whole experience was top notch from beginning to end.

The servers were very attentive and explained the menu carefully. Our water was constantly refilled and the ambiance was perfect for our anniversary dinner. The porterhouse steak smelled amazing when they brought it out and tasted delicious too. The Brussel sprouts were really delicious. Great bread selection and dessert menu!

Overall AMAZING, service and food were perfect, one of the best overall meals I’ve ever had. My one slight issue was the noise level of the dining room. I just prefer an upscale dining experience to be quieter in order to have great conversations while enjoying an amazing meal

When you pay $75 for a filet it needs to be angels dancing on your tongue and this was far from it. I've had $35 filets that tasted 10x better. Steak also had a weird flavor...

Side dish of potatoes was all onions straws... very little potatoes.

I felt ripped off when I left this place.

I expected more from the food especially if you pay $95 for a steak. My $30 Costco steak I make at home is much better taste and quality. The baby potatoes though were unreal!! I’d go back for those again 100%.. the tartar is amazing as well. The service can’t be beat! Friendly attentive and amazing

I’ve spent considerably less for a Michelin 3 star restaurant and not been put in the bar and not been given luke warm food. Also, why ask if it’s a special occasion of you’re not planning on using that information.

Cut was above and beyond amazing! A. A. Ron was helping for the evening and he was spectacular !! The food was so delicious and decadent! The desserts were perfection!! We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday and her peanut butter chocolate dessert was the yummiest thing ever!!

We had such a great dinner at CUT. Our server, Steve, took great care of us -- making excellent recommendations. My husband and I had the American Wagyu ribeyes and our friends split the Porterhouse. Best steaks we've ever had. Our friend had one of the custom cocktails made table-side. Very special evening. 'Will definitely return.

Simply the best in Vegas!! Hands down. Our server Marc O was awesome explained everything in detail and made sure
All was great during our time at CUT. Jen who also works with Marc never left a glass half full and also kept checking on us to make sure all was well. My wife and I eat out a lot and are in Vegas 6 times a year and CUT is always on our list. We pretty much have had everything on the menu from all of our visits and never I honestly mean never did we have something that wasn’t totally amazing. Give it a try and remember it is a dining experience so don’t be scared of prices. You get what you pay for and what the hell you can loose those amounts in a slot machine in a heartbeat. Enjoy...

The service was very good. Ordered the bone in rib eye for 2 for $250. The steak was very tough with not much flavor. Expected much more in a high end steak house. Waiter tried his best to make up for the poor steak by offering 2 free desserts for us, which, by the way were fantastic. If only the steaks were as good. Lastly, the place was exceptionally loud. We will not return, too many other options for good steak.

When you pay $85 for a steak you expect it to be pink but warm, no nerves and to be able to cut it with the knife you are given without working to do it. I managed to get some of it down and when I told the waiter it had a huge nerve in it, he said you will have that sometimes.

We arrived for our 30th anniversary dinner, and were greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They knew about my wife's food allergies, from my entries on the website. Understandably, it was the most expensive meal we have ever had. However, it was the best meal ever!
