Consistently the best steak you will ever have in your life. Do not question the cost of the Japanese Wagyu, it’s so worth it!!! My favorite steakhouse…BTW-all of the cut restaurants are fantastic!

The food is phenomenal in both taste and presentation! You can’t go wrong with CUT as a choice for a special occasion. The service was extremely friendly from the moment I checked in with the host until we left. Service was a little slow and it took a while to get things which was a little off-putting; but otherwise, I highly recommend!

It took over 2 and 1/2 hours for our food to arrive. No explanation offered. I’m sure the food tasted okay but I had totally lost my appetite by that point. Such a disappointment from our previous excellent experiences at CUT.

First time at Cut, but we WILL be back. Simply OUTSTANDING. I’ve had steaks all over the country and, aside from Wagyu A-5 filets, the 20 oz bone-in ribeye I had here tonight was perhaps the best steak I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly, aged elegantly, so tender and full of flavor. And the maple pork belly appetizer is lights-out AMAZING. Ron and Sean provided attentive, fun, expert service. THIS is our new must-go spot when in town at our Vegas office. Don’t miss the opportunity to have a memorable experience with this fantastic team at Cut.

The ambiance is beautiful and the service was great. The food is superb. My only critique is the presentation. Everything is a la carte. I ordered a 6 Oz. Filet, with sides. I was a little disappointed that the filet came as just a hunk of charred meat on a white plate. Sauces were extra, but the plate presentation could have been much better for the price. A little drizzle of aus jus or a sprinkle of parsley across the plate would have looked much better and appreciated.

The food is fantastic, but it is insanely expensive. The one thing that I found annoying were the staff multiple times trying to push us to order “old fashioned” bourbons made table side. I think that mixed drinks in the $20 to $35 range is crazy, but to continue to push us to order mixed drinks that were in the $65 to $100 each range was absurd — as was the $50 per bottle corkage.

An incredible experience. All the staff and servers made me, my wife and our guest feel so comfortable and looked after. The food was the best of the best that I have ever experienced. I look forward to going again soon. I cannot more highly recommend to anyone that enjoys fine dining in what will feel like your own home.

Great meals, cocktails, appetizers and a great crew, especially Ryland, as he really set the bar above and beyond his colleagues. The rib eye was top notch; I had the medium rare while my friends had the medium and the additional salt-crust the increased cooking created was just so so good! The drinks were reasonably mixed and not diluted at all. Can’t even have room for desserts but I am sure those are amazing too. Ryland remembered me from my prior visit. That already impressed me much. To see the rest of the crew doing as much as he did really indicates to me the amazingly high standards these folks adhere themselves to.

Spago and CUT Las Vegas was a BUST! DON’T BOTHER - TIRED, AND RUN DOWN. We had 6 guests at Spago and WERE SEATED AT A BROKEN ROUND TABLE!! ! YES A BROKEN CRACKED TABLE! One guests had to hold it up with his knees during dinner. UNIMPRESSIVE average TASTING MENU and of course charged $16 for bread, nothing special just bread. Too many other great restaurants in Vegas to choose from, this is not of them. CUT has changed since Covid, NOT THE SAME AT ALL! CUT ( after eating multiple times over the years there) They have also decided to cut costs and lost great service, Not one red wine from Napa??? Sommelier seemed uninformed, service was painfully slow, rushed us out while serving birthday dessert too late to enjoy. ( And the gruyere cheese puffs are a thing of the past, probably the only thing that could have saved the evening) Clearly Wolfgang has not visited these eateries in a very very long time!

Oct 2022 - In sum: overpriced. Food was good, but did not earn the price on the menu. It seemed to us the prices were based on a celebrity name - and the current offerings do not live up to 'celebrity' or 'special' qauality. No mistake, the food was good - but it was not out of the ordinary for a good steakhouse. We have had the same or better fare in Las Vegas for approximately half to 2/3 the price. Two filets, two salads, iced tea = $300 plus $50 tip for total $350. We have had a better in same hotel for $240 tip included (i.e., Delmonico, old Morel's). Filet was plated in spartan manner - no, we do not meal 'stylish' or 'minimalist' we do mean spartan. 10" diameter plate with a filet - that's it, no garnish, no au jus, no nothing. There's a big difference between purist/minimalist and just plain spartan. Steak was good, but not a great piece of meat. Salads were similar, good but not out of this world for $25+. Atmosphere was a loud business meal setting at dinner time - medium/dim lighting with lots of mirrors to make room look bigger. As mentioned, a 'good but not worth the price charged' meal.

Everything about this restaurant was wonderful. From the friendly staff to the personalized birthday cake not one detail out of place. The food was truly remarkable—we loved everything we ordered especially the porterhouse steaks—fabulous! We were celebrating a friend’s milestone birthday and we did in style at CUT. Wolfgang even came over to our table to visit—overall experience was amazing!
