It was excellent but very pricy!
Absolutely fantastic food and service! We will definitely be coming back!
My daughters birthday
Very high quality steaks and dining experience. Definitely would return.
Fantastic service, food, and the best table in the house completed a perfect evening! Best steakhouse ever!!!
I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Steak house in Vegas. Overpriced and pushy. Six of us went to enjoy a business meal. From the moment we sat I felt like we were being upsold to a bigger bottle, another side, or some other item off the menu. I like attentive wait staff but are they now commissioned salesmen? Let’s be clear we weren’t drinking water and asking for crackers. We spent $200 a head and felt like the sales press was on. As for the food; taste a lot like a steak house.
I have eaten three times at Cut. The first two times were amazing!! The service is always top notch, they make dinners feel like VIPs. Very attentive but not fussy.
My most recent experience was not quite as good. It was still excellent. However, it seems like the cooking process for the steak has changed. Just didn’t have quite the same flavour.
I would still highly recommend it though.
Wait staff was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. The only negative was the prices, I know we’re in Vegas but everything was through the roof. Food was very good but not worth the price tag in my opinion.
Celebrating a friend’s recent promotion. Great service by Jennifer!!
The staff was absolutely amazing! They made the dinner feel special on my birthday:) I totally recommend!
bad insulting host
bad 100 dollar meat worse than flat iron
crab leg appetizer was tuna salad ugggggggg
The food was spectacular. The service was terrible. No communication whatsoever on the 1 plus hour delay in our entrees—even after asking about the food. Also, no recognition on how bad it was. Been going to CUT for many years, service is normally fantastic, but I am wondering if it is losing its focus on the service with the expanded bar area. It certainly has lost some character out front.
Absolutely amazing.. the wait staff went above and beyond to make the experience one of a kind.
One of the best places to dine in Vegas, never disappoints!
The food was decent but definitely not worth the price. Our servers were wonderful but the hostesses were very rude and completely ignored my husband and I. We had reservations at 7:15. We showed up at 7:00 and had to wait until 7:30 to be seated. They showed us to our table at the front entrance, and when we asked to sit in the back instead they gave us a lot of attitude and sat 3 more couples back there before us. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner but will not be back.
Our server, Erric, was very friendly and attentive. We will come back in the future to dine as soon as we can!
The food was great, drinks were great! It was quite a bit pricier than other comparable meals I’ve had in Vegas and other locations. For two people, good steaks, a couple of sides, and a couple of cocktails, expect to pay about $400 plus tip.
Made a reservation 3 months in advance and we were seated in the bar area, not even in the restaurant portion. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and then It took 70 minutes to receive our entrees and we had to complain. The steaks were simply tossed on the plate and for the prices I found this to be unacceptable.
Best food & service we’ve ever had! The Steak and Wine is phenomenal!
Excelente comida servicio y lugar pero muy caro
Prior visits have been very good, but this one really sunk to a low level. Attempts have been made to make CUT a more “modern energetic” dining experience. Why?? All that was accomplished was loud music, excessive noise, hurried and inattentive dining staff, diners either on their phones or talking loudly to be heard over the noise.
The most tragic part? The more premium dry-aged steaks were tough and without flavor. But of course the silver lining is more calories were burned cutting and chewing these streaks than consumed in eating it.
A better steak dining experience could be achieved at the neighborhood Longhorns. Lots of other great steak restaurants in Vegas- time to move on.
Our server Rebecca did an outstanding job from explaining the menu, different type of steaks and offering suggestion of dessert. All of the dry aged steaks were cooked in perfection. I will definitely come back if I am in town or visit other CUT locations.
BTW, the cocktails are fantastics also.
Tastiest Experience My Fiancé & I ever had in Las Vegas
Beware if you have an allergy. Despite telling them my wife had an allergy at booking and on arrival, although we were assured that the food would be free from her allergy, unfortunately she was served food with the allergen present. She was ill, and although we emailed Cut so that they were aware of what had happened and could avoid it for others in the future, they haven’t even responded. This says a lot about the management team at Cut. This was our 40th wedding anniversary and just ruined by the contamination. So although my food was great and although we have eaten at cut several times, need to vote with our feet in the future.
Not impressed at all this evening. Poor seating, felt crammed in. Food was marginal! Everything was over priced and over rated.
Christmas dinner with friends so a fun and casual evening. Our dinner was incredible. Good ambiance for talking and excellent service. Definitely try the specialty cocktails before dinner.
Best meal of the trip. Pricey but worth it. Enjoyed the filet and mac n cheese.
Everything was amazing! Our server Melissa was a gem!
Food & service was impeccable. Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! In addition I have a food allergy & they were the most attentive to my allergy than any other restaurant I’ve ever been to.
Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a fancy night out.
DONT BOOK ON OPEN TABLE. THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM!
I got luxury birthday dinner. Thank you very much!!!
Very, very high priced! Make sure you look at the menu before going. $75 steak in the cheapest meat option you have. It looked very delicious and might be very good but too much for me.
Celebrating becoming attorneys.
Absolutely amazing. A hand written card was waiting for us, the service was amazing, and the food was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. It’s expensive, and worth every penny.
SOOOO GOOD!!! The most killer filet mignon I’ve had in my life. My advice: get your own meats (because you’re not going to want to share) & get a bunch of sides to split!!! The sommelier on staff is also awesome- they have wines not on the list so make sure to ask.
Outstanding across the board! Our favorite place to dine in Las Vegas.
I visit CUT at least 2-3 times a year when in LV on business since I believe it’s one of the best places to eat on the Strip. However, when dining there this past Sunday they have apparently downgraded their bread service. In the past, the bread service included breadsticks and a gougere as an amuse Bouche. No more breadsticks or gougeres. In addition, they stopped coming to the table with bread service, and instead brought us a selection of breads on a small platter. The platter was not enough for our table of 6. It’s the little things that make a place special, and CUT has missed on this detail. I may think twice next time I book if this is the direction it’s going.
Amazing dinner and ambiance! Love this place
