The steak are too cold, service is good
Amazing experience. Food rivals the Ruby places in Cincinnati. Service was top notch. Highly recommend.
Top notch service and incredible food made for a memorable experience. It was pure magic and a dinner we’ll never forget.
Fantastic evening with the Cut crew. It’s always a great experience with fantastic food and wine! The pastry chef outdid herself tonight. Thanks as always.
Everything was spectacular! We ordered Scallops and Waygu beef, both were melt-in-your-mouth amazing. The server showed us the various cuts of meat and the marbling that contributed to the amazing flavor. They had excellent cocktails as well.
Service and food were very good. But also over priced for the steaks. Don’t get me wrong - they were good. But not that good. Also the most expensive wine list I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a lot. Have some distribution people. But hey - it’s Las Vegas. So I’m not shocked. Anyway, caveat emptor.
As good as it gets in dining.
The food was exquisite and the service was exceptional.
Service was excellent, but food was bland. Steak was very dry with limited flavor. If you're going to charge for premium steaks they should taste better than an Outback steak.
The best steakhouse in Vegas. Lazlo was the best! He was very entertaining, knowledgable and loves Pat Benatar – hilarious jokes!
Excellent dinner with good service.
Food was good.
Wow....what a great dining experience. The service was excellent. The service team left no detail unattended.
We arrived on time and left with a perfect dining experience. At first the music was annoying and not suited to a fine dining experience but the staff adjusted the volume and everything fell in to place.
The lobster was cooked to perfection as was the scallops. They also awarded our 50th anniversary with an award winning desert!
The waiter and the supporting staff was on point.
I wished I lived closer so I could come back more often.
We were seated at a private booth and received impeccable service. Our salad, steaks and dessert were great. The bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier was excellent.
Everything we ate was amazing! The service was top notch. The waitstaff was extremely attentive and friendly.
I have ate at a lot of the big name steakhouses in Las Vegas so I love trying new ones. The food at CUT was awesome. Definitely worth the price. It expensive but delicious. The service was not so good. It took 45 minutes to get our dinner after we finished our salads. I am all for a well spaced out meal but that was a bit too long. Again, food was awesome but if your looking for the best steakhouse experience in Vegas, definitely try SW Steakhouse at the Wynn.
The CUT is a very sophisticated and modern steakhouse; the barrel aged old fashioned is delicious and the meat was great; portions are just right not too big
First, the good:
Fantastic atmosphere and style. Memorable cocktails. Service was mostly attentive.
The not so great:
We, a group of 4 adults, arrived with reservation earlier in the dinner service for the night, about 6pm and waited 15 minutes to be seated despite an entire empty section, a section which we were eventually set up in.
As far as menu, at a steakhouse of this price point I would anticipate ANY steak ordered to be superb, however it appears waitstaff are trained to upsell the American or Japanese Wagyu steaks over their standard offerings, and ultimately one of the ordered “standard” steaks were cooked to incorrect temperature (overcooked medium rare order) and all lacked the flavor to justify the exorbitant price. The higher priced American Wagyu, albeit more flavorful, amounted to marginally better than one from a chain steakhouse restaurant.
Sides ordered alongside the meals were all in all mediocre, the best of which were roasted potatoes. As for the French fries, they had a stale quality, and “potatoey” texture somehow reminiscent of fast food fries microwaved and eaten the next day. Format-wise sharing of sides was implicitly discouraged, as they were each “a couple spoon fulls” per our waiter. Perhaps another focus for upselling. Needless to say the portions were in fact larger, though none we were too thrilled to take home.
Judging from the other overwhelmingly positive reviews, perhaps we somehow caught an off night in the kitchen, but unfortunately did not rise to expectation, and not just figuratively left a bad taste in our mouths. Our most expensive meal among 6 nights of equally acclaimed restaurants in Vegas, and honestly our only disappointment among them.
CUT is always my go-to for steak while on the Las Vegas strip, as it is the best steak I’ve tasted so far.
Best steak ever!!!!
All I can say is WOW. From the moment we sat down the waitstaff catered to our every need and answered every question. It was clear that everyone who worked here had as much passion as we do about food. It was a truly memorable experience!!
Outstanding food & service but a bit pricey for the quality.
Great food, great service from Benito
Superb restaurant. Great food and vibe. Eric the waiter is attentive and knowledgeable and clearly loves his job. Enjoyed every minute of it
The food was delicious, but the service was sub-par for a restaurant of this caliber. We waited almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The waitress came over and seemed frustrated about having to wait on us. Apparently there was a confusion to which waiter had our table. Then the main waiter appeared and was great. The waitress still filled in with refreshing waters, etc. However, her attitude still remained the same.
One of the most delicious steakhouses I've ever visited. Great meal.
Hyper expensive (and I live in nyc!) but still pretty extraordinary.
Service was great Dominic was very nice. Great restaurant, different than the Beverly Hills restaurant. Liked the food better there. Very nice surprise for our birthdays. Thank you
Excellent service and ambience. Best steak ever.
Best steakhouse in Vegas.
Everything from food to service was excellent. It is our new favorite restaurant in Vegas.
Very poor experience. Food was overpriced and not great. Place is OK but not worth what you are paying. All the experience was simply poor with an overpriced menu.
Very good customer service
The food was good and the service was beyond great! I ordered the tomahawk rib chop, it wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t the best steak I’ve ever had. I hoped it would’ve been the best steak I’ve ever had because of the price I paid for it. It was the most expensive steak I’ve ever ordered. It was cooked medium rare as I requested, a little more on the rare side, I didn’t mind that, but it was far too charred and tasted burnt on a lot of parts. I love a good sear/char, but it came out looking like a charcoal briquette. If I could add a picture of it to this review I would. I just thought for the price I paid for my steak(200+) dollars it would’ve been better. I would recommend CUT to friends but I probably wouldn’t recommend their Tomahawk steak.
Excellent cuts and preparation of steaks. Loved the flow and seamlessness of service. Very pricey but worth it!
Ambience was lovely, although the noise level was loud. The service was great except they forgot the coffee we ordered.. Value wad a little disproportionate. $92 for 9 oz or ribeye and $60 for addl 2 oz. The caesar salad was made using bibb lettuce and was limp, not crisp.
This was our third visit to Cut and the experience was as wonderful as the first two times. It has become our go to fine dining restaurant when we come to Las Vegas.
What a treat for a special occasion and private enough areas and a big wow factor for business dinners.
CUT was a typical dining experience at atypical prices. The American Wagyu filet was flavorless, otherwise the food was fine and the service competent.
