CUT's private dining room can accommodate up to 48 guests for dinner and 70 guests for cocktail receptions. For an exclusive seated buyout CUT can accommodate up to 160 guests or up to 300 guests for a cocktail reception.

I read some undeserved bad reviews. It's expensive- don't go if you're looking for a bargain. This restaurant is fine dining at it's best! We loved it although the very tender fillets were a little dry. The service is marvelous and they honored our anniversary with the table we wanted. Also a special complimentary anniversary dessert plate was presented at the end of the meal. Very modern decor and friendly atmosphere. The most expensive wine we've ever had but marvelous! Our favorite restaurant!
There are not enough words to say how much I recommend dining at CUT. This is the second time in three months my girlfriend and I have dined at their Vegas location. This time we were their celebrating her birthday. We try to get to Las Vegas from LA every few months and now CUT has become a permanent stop on our get away list. The food is beyond incredible. It is the best steak you will ever have. You can taste the quality, time and effort that goes into their meat. We enjoyed dirty martinis, the beef tartare, bone marrow ,the beat salad, mac and cheese, yukon gold mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and a yagu porterhouse and some dessert options. Yes, we ordered everything, and YES, everything was incredible. Don't forget the bread. OOOOOh, the bread! All made in house and beautiful alongside French cream butter. To die for! With all this being said, the best part of the meal is the experience with the staff. On this visit we were served by Chip Williams. He alone gets 5 stars in my book! Kind, attentive and and dripping in true hospitality. I should mention I am an Executive Chef in LA and my girlfriend is a wedding planner. We know about good food and service! Some elegant dining restaurants feel stuffy and crotchety. If you are looking for that, you won't find it here! The staff at CUT is warm, welcoming and so willing to have lovely conversations with you. Just phenomenal. All night I kept stopping the servers to compliment them because they are truly what have made our experience at CUT sensational and will keep us coming back for more. CUT is hands down a MUST when you are in Vegas. It is worth every penny!
We eat at Cut every time we are in Vegas. The food is great and service is impeccable. I always eat the Kobe Wagyu which is cooked to perfection. It literally melts in your mouth. The love the pretzel bread! The wait staff is knowledgeable about the menu. One of my favorite places!
We really enjoyed our dinner here, the place looks very modern elegant, food was amazing! We loved the fact that they had an old fashion cart, very unique. The waiters explain the menu very well amd take the time to answer all your questions about the menu. Will be coming back for sure during our next stay.
We always visit CUT when we’re in Vegas, and this visit was another exceptional dinner experience. Our waiter Chip (who has waited on us in the past) always goes above and beyond to provide an excellent dining experience for his customers. We’ve been to Cut in Vegas and in LA several times and have always enjoyed it. You can’t argue about the meat, it is excellent and always cooked perfectly and the service is always top notch.
My only concern with this visit was a lack of imagination for my vegetarian wife’s options. Saying “look we have all these sides” does not show any thought to even attempting to satisfy someone’s unique needs.
Cut is an amazing experience but don't go there looking for 'value' - especially in wine. We had a tremendous meal, but it's definitely high-end in quality and cost. Ask for the presentation of the meats ahead of time- staff is knowledgeable and it will help in the ordering and the experience. Wine list is amazing but the prices are quite high- almost half our meal cost was wine and drinks (one bottle of wine!), and we did not skimp on food. Cocktails are wonderful- some made table-side. Dry-aged Ribeye and Nebraska fillets both were amazing. Chocolate souffle and cheesecake also were tremendous.
We went for my son's 21st birthday. The service was as good as it gets. I do not remember the waiters name but he was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to talk to a out menu options. Support functions were flawless. All around it was a fantastic night out. I was with my wife, 22 year old son and 22 year old daughter. We're were came starting his birthday and Christmas. They are the same day.
By far one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Dinner was an event with many successful “acts”. From the exceptional service to the outstanding food, this was an unforgettable experience. The steaks were perfection! The sides wonderful accompaniments to only heighten the experience. This is a must visit restaurant. Thank you to all for creating the most memorable dining experience.
