Celebrating our birthdays!
From the door greeters to wait staff and servers, our dining experience was beyond outstanding! Excellence all around!
Our only regret is there are NO Wolfgang Puck restaurants near our home...for we definitely would dine out more often!

We went for a birthday celebratory dinner here and although the service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was rather like a sports bar and not like the classy vibe that I thought Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant would be. Food was good but overall not somewhere to go if you want to special occasion, more informal and somewhere to go with friends for casual meal.

Amazing service and food. Had king louie crab and shrimp cocktail, incredible. Porterhouse cooked to perfection and finished off with a out of bounds banana pie. Also, to note, bread was on par with the rest of the food and little dessert treats give at the end amazing.

Great place but very overpriced. Had a wagyu steak but couldn't tell difference from wifes 25 day aged to be honest. Without appetizers or desert bill was $300 with a couple of drinks.

We had a 8PM reservation for 4 that was booked a month in advanced. We showed up at 7:45 and were told our table wouldn’t be ready until our reservation time. By 8:15 we were still waiting (in 5 inch heels with no seat) and the staff constantly said they couldn’t do anything and they were limited in their seating due to the restaurant renovation. After speaking to the manager we finally got seated and he said he would “take care of us”, which ultimately never happened.

A little before 8:30 we were finally seated and ready to order drinks. They bring over their special old fashioned cart and proceed to tell us about the different aged bourbons. With drinks at $19 on their drink menu, I figured I’d ask about the age differences. $35 for no age, +$50 something for 12 year bourbon and I believe $80 something for the 15 year (I may be slightly off in my memory of the last price). This is FOR ONE DRINK. Our income is over $1M a year but it is absolutely ridiculous for a no name (albeit craft) bourbon mixed drink doused with sugar syrup to be at that price point. From a principals perspective, it is just ridiculous CUT offers this with a straight face. Good luck with the sticker shock if you don’t ask and assume it’s the same price as all their other drinks.

1 round of drinks, 3 normal steaks (not Kobe), 3 sides + lukewarm creamed spinach, 2 glasses of wine and an oddly fishy topping of bone marrow later, we left with a ~$700 bill and mediocre food in our stomachs. If you like dry aged steak (and we love steak) I would recommend seriously considering other Vegas restaurants like STK, BLT Steak; or Del Friscos or Delmonicos or Striphouse. The food at CUT sadly has declined, service is not great (please honor the point of a reservation. If I wanted to eat at 8:30 I would have made a 8:30 reservation. Please also do not say you’ll take care of us and do nothing.), and I frankly think they are nuts for selling a $80 glass of sugary, not single malt beverage.

Lovely in every way. It is superior cuisine. Everyone goes here for steak. Our group loved the steak. I don’t eat steak. I had the best slow roasted succulent moist chicken I’ve ever eaten - ever. It was amazing.

We are looking forward to the completed renovation as we know that it will only add to a dining experience that is always exceptional! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable and we savor every minute at CUT. This time we tried the carrot cake baked Alaska desert and it was a culinary marvel. One of the best restaurants I've eaten at on the Strip. Everything was on point, I was so impressed with the entire experience. Exceptional desserts, definitely save room for one, it was my favorite part of the meal.

Our waiter Mike never asked how our food was. We waited twice for over 15 minutes for him to come to our table. He was more interested in pleasing his dinner party. Worst waiter we’ve ever had! We dine a nice restaurants all of the time and for a $350 meal that was fantastic, the service ruined the experience.

Overpriced steak. Not much more to expect from a Las Vegas Strip restaurant. No reasonable dress code as plenty of tshirts and baseball hats on show. Wine selection is excellent. Sides might as well have been condiments they were so sloppy. Disappointed for $300+ meal.

We had a wonderful time at "CUT". That staff was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Our meal was so AMAZING! My wife and I had Filet Mignon (American Wagyu) and Cavatappi Pasta Mac n' Cheese. We shared a dessert, Banana Cream Pie Crème Brûlée, this was absolutely delicious. I was also surprised with a special birthday dessert.

As a Brit, we are usually impressed with US hospitality and service. However, CUT went above and beyond this. The service was exceptional and arguably the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant is of course expensive, but you know this before you go (I would hope), but the quality is also above and beyond. 5 star and will be going back when next in Vegas. Thank you Cut!

Robert and Adrian were the best at taking care of us. We were celebrating the end of cancer treatments and they really made the celebration special. The food suggestions and extras were delicious; we loved the chocolate truffle cake!

Great variation and selection found in a great steakhouse coupled with impeccable service. We were treated to exceptional service by Ben A. and the entire staff. The entire staff provided exceptional service and an outstanding dining experience. CUT is a definite "go to" in the Vegas area and will return as soon as possible!

My husband and I had a blast here! Our waiter was amazing and very friendly. We did a wine pairing and our wine specialist was SO knowledgeable and the more we spoke the more right on he was with his pairings. Absolutely phenomenal! Would highly recommend! It was an experience I will never forget.

Perfect char on the steak. The charcoal flavor is nice and subtle. But the beefy flavor wasn't as explosive as other waygu steaks I've had. The rest of the experience was perfect.
