   Customshop has never disappointed. We should go there more often. Best duck breast I've ever had, including the one I had there on a previous visit. Best shrimp pasta dish ever. Best bread pudding in the world. Even the blue-cheese stuffed martini olives were better than any others I've had.

   Had not eaten at Custom Shop since pre-covid. But heard there had been some nice updates and should go again! And they were right. We had a table of four...everyone on staff was so kind and friendly (did not rush us and let us enjoy our friends and not pressure us)..the food was amazing...only comment, the menu is all delish but the menu is tight, so if you have picky friends, this a restaurant for foodies...who are open to trying new things...so, review the menu first. But us, we can't wait to go back!!

   The food and wine were both amazing! The waitress was really on top of her game. She really knew how to handle the wine list, food orders and her customer. We finished the night with the bread pudding and it was one of the best deserts ever!

    Every bite and sip was delicious and refreshing and full of flavor. The food and service was impeccable. It's very noisy and echo-y, there was some music but it was all but imperceptible. I liked the configuration from years past with more booths for a more intimate experience but beyond that one suggestion I could not have asked for any better experience.

    The house craft cocktails were creative and very good. Our server was very attentive and quick on picking up some additional requests. I loved the ribeye and my spouse said the Blue crab pasta was delicious. Great place on the edge of Elizabeth!

    Visited on Thursday evening and the restaurant wasn't overly busy. The bread that arrived before the meal was fresh and I enjoyed the olive oil that came with it. I loved the scallops and risotto with asparagus. Looking forward to returning to this restaurant again!

    Absolutely terrific experience. Have never been before, the waitress was very kind and recommended delish dishes. Was also very aware that we had plans after and keep us on schedule. Wasn’t sure what to expect sitting outside and my date and I couldn’t have been more pleased.

    The food here is excellent, not our first visit. I noted in the reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and requested a particular table. The table request was not honored which i understand is not always doable, but my wife’s birthday was completely ignored. No special accommodations or even a happy birthday was said. Not up to par with other high end restaurants in the area. Would come back for the food just not for a special occasion.

    We had an early evening reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was so friendly - he did a great job of getting us to order more food than we should have. :) Portions are small but very tasty. You must try the bread pudding! Serves 2

    Went here for Easter brunch. Service was great, along with the atmosphere. I had the shrimp and grits while my girlfriend has the eggs Benedict, and both meals were not very good. Very little flavor.

    This is our second dining experience at Custom Shop and officially landed it in my top three favorite restaurants in Charlotte. The food is always fresh and delicious, plus the service is friendly and attentive. Cocktails, wine, and brunch choices definitely delivered.

    We enjoyed our time at Custom Shop. The service was excellent. Dishes were a mixed bag. Our friends loved the tuna with romesco sauce and the scallops with risotto. The ribeye and the duck were fine. We all loved the croquettes and octopus. We will return but probably wait until the menu changes

    The food is always fantastic here! The menu changes daily, but every time I’ve come here, I’ve never been disappointed. We started with the croquettes and octopus for appetizers and both were amazing! The drinks were also beautiful and delicious. Then we got some crab ravioli to share which were different, yet, amazing. For dinner I got a shrimp pasta which just continued to make my taste buds happy. Then we ended with a s’mores type of dessert that we all loved as well. 10/10 recommend.

    Food was GREAT. What I really appreciated the most is that when our waiter was busy at another table, someone always stepped in to cover our table, kept our glasses full and was attentive to us. That is almost as important to me as the food!
