This was our first time at Cure Restaurant and the food was outstanding. The wait staff was very attentive as well. Highly recommend. We will return.

Kate is simply the very best!!! Food was amazing as was service. Great spot in Portsmouth. Get there early. You’ll definitely not regret it.

Excellent service! Nice wine list by the glass. Our entree were cooked perfectly, nice combination of sides with meat entree. We will be back! One of the best restaurants in Portsmouth!

Cure has been one of our favorite restaurants to go out of our way to for dinner as the food, drinks and service have never disappointed us. Usually, we don't have any issues, but tonight, we were rushed out after dinner, which I deeply did not appreciate since I was there to celebrate my partner's birthday and it's always a 1.5 hour drive up there each way from MA for us (without traffic). We had a 5pm reservation and by the time dinner was done, it was a little before 6:40 when someone came and told us they needed the table for their regulars; we still had a little remaining of our 2nd round of drinks that my partner was mid-finishing when the staff came over. If they had a tight schedule, they should have taken our orders sooner as we had been ready, though, as I'm sure with everyone, it's always nice not to feel rushed, especially when you've made specific reservations for a special occasion. They said they had a 6:30 reservation for "their regulars". We've been here at least 4 times by now and if it wasn't such a drive, we'd be regulars too, but regardless of status, we weren't walk-ins and we weren't there without a special occasion, as they've known from our reservation; so that was my only unhappy experience tonight at Cure and will make me reconsider going here in the future for special occasions again.

Filet was cooked perfectly medium, duck was ordered medium, should have gone for medium rare as suggested by waiter, food came out hot, meal pleasantly paced, only drawback to experience is small bar area, nowhere to sit and wait for your table if you're early.

Wedding anniversary dinner made very special by the wait staff. Quaint atmosphere with friendly local patrons. Very busy highlighting the quality and excellence of Chef Julie. Will be back!

The food and drinks were outstanding but the server wasn’t very friendly. He wasn’t unpleasant, just didn’t reciprocate my attempts to engage which did effect our overall experience. I would try this restaurant again before I wrote it off as stuffy.
