I ordered the Cobb salad. the ingredients were fresh, but unfortunately it was served with too much dressing. Service was pleasant, but not very attentive, perhaps because we were seated outside. They served one of the worst cappuccinos I've ever had -- watery and flavorless.
The food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. The server was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return soon.
A lovely little cafe just off Fillmore. The space is quaint and cozy indoors, and there is a nice outside space (a bit chilly), but with heat lamps. The food is authentically French, simple with fresh ingredients and delicious sauces. The service is like you are dining at a friend’s house in a casual yet, cared for way. Great for an intimate dinner for two, a quick bite with friends or even to dine alone and feel among friends.
Excellent advice from the owner, excellent food, overall great experience!
Dined inside on a windy evening...the Ahi Tuna Steak with Francisco’s Orange Beurre Blanc sauce was perfect!
The french toast at Curbside Café is the best!!! The freshly squeezed orange juice is just delicious.
Pleasant local French bistro. Great spot for a quiet interlude.
Love the food, love the staff, been going here for years and always awesome!
Amazing food, amazing service! Probably the best salmon I have ever eaten and the bread pudding dessert was fantastic!
A close friend and I enjoyed an meal outdoors at Curbside during San Francisco Restaurant Week. We enjoyed the meal, and the owner even visited with us. I enjoyed a baby field greens salad with candied walnuts and cheese, a delicious filet and the creme brulee. My friend enjoyed the escargot, chicken picatta and mousse au chocolat. The food was delicious and the entire dining experience was excellent.
Not clean, the waiter wiped a cup with the table rag. Eek... unsanitary.
I have enjoyed Curbside Cafe for over 25 years.
Best burger in SF. Chicken picatta is a delight. Smoked chicken salad is delish.
Lovely brunch! So much food in each dish we brought lots home. It was super busy but we were well cared for during the rush.
This is one of our favorite places. We dropped in for lunch and sat out side because there was a table full of young screaming kids inside. It was a bit cold and the waiter was rushed - all by himself. But the food was good and was so happy to see that they have survived.
We will go back when it's warmer - try the seafood pasta. It's fabulous!
I have eaten at Curbside for years. The quality of the food is consistently good and at an affordable price.
Curbside is always delightful. The only thing wrong with the ambience was the rain and not even Olivier can change that! He helped immensely by bringing the heater to our table. I have returned here many times and will do so again.
Glad to have tried it, but we likely won't return.
Busy slow service and food came late
good neighborhood place with decent food, but if they're busy - not enough help!
The curb side is definitely my go to place to eat in the filmore area!!! The owner always remembers who we are even though it was our first trip into the city since Covid. !!! The food is top quality... filet Mignon melted in our mouths. He brought out the brownie and local awesome ice cream with a candle since it was my husband’s birthday. How sweet was that🥰....make a reservation and enjoy. Omg I almost forgot to say ... the value was there too. Be a regular and support small business, the curbside will leave you with a smile and quite satisfied. Yummy!!!!
Good date spot
My niece’s bday
Love Curbside! It’s neighborhood gem. Great food and wine list. Oliver, the owner is a wonderful person who wants to make your dining experience great. My favorite dinner items are the Chicken Piccata and Mediterranean Chicken Penne but he always has specials that are enticing too.
Wonderful have the lobster bisque and mimosa excellent!
Staff was a little rude/inconsiderate and they seemed unprepared for our reservation and we had to wait for a long time. Also the tables did not seem to be 6 feet apart. In the end though the food and value was good.
Nice pleasant outdoor dining experience. Cold.
A special place
Amazing French Toast and a perfect hollandaise for the Benedict. The potatoes were crispy little morsels, seasoned exactly to my taste. The owner Olivier loves to take care of his customers.
This is one of my favorite spots on Fillmore St. Olivier really cares about the dining experience, and it is reflected in everything he does: the ambience, the food, the service. I recommend this spot to anyone who wants a memorable experience and a good value for their money.
Best French toast ever ! We enjoyed celebrating our daughters 30th birthday brunch , despite the pandemic . So glad that Curbside Cafe is able to survive with outdoor dining .
Charming little restaurant run bay French owner. It was lovely sitting in the outside street area eating breakfast. A wide ranging breakfast menu with great choices. The French toast and Eggs Benedict choices were delicious.great service and a enjoyable early Sunday breakfast with my two adult daughters. A wonderful choice for my last day visiting San Francisco.
nice heaters for outdoor evening dining and good food and service
Beautiful ambience and delicious food; and Olivier, the owner, remembers every return customer and always makes everyone feel welcome. One of my favorite spots in the city.
Server was so kind
Comfort food and friendly servers!
The Curbside Cafe is one of my wife and my favorite places to eat before Covid19, and it still is. Olivier is a charming host, and the food is fantastic. The Grilled Aged New York Steak & Frites, medium rare, and the Chicken Picatta Over Pasta are our favorites. The deserts are to die for. Ask Olivier for his recommended wine.
The service was amazing. To be honest, the food tasted like it was purchased from the corner store down the street, and reheated in the microwave... that is putting it as nicely as I can. Our server was amazing though.
Food is consistently good at Curbside - best French Toast in the city. All meals are great.
While this place is really known for its brunch menu, we went here for dinner, and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing (the bread itself was warm, crunchy and toasted perfectly), the service was really great, and while it was a bit chillier due to outdoor dining during COVID, we didn't really notice it having an impact on the service.
The place is tiny. We requested an inside table but the few tables inside could only accommodate 2 people. We ended up sitting outside, luckily there was a heat lamp next to us & it wasn’t a cold & windy night. Only 1 waiter/owner serving all the tables. We were hurried for ordering as he had no time to wait for our indecision. During our dinner, the fire alarm of the building went off for about 10 minutes before two big fire engines arrived. Luckily it was a false alarm but the loud noise was quite disturbing. We came here for the Eat, Drink SF Event. Food is not bad for the price though!
