Our fave place to go when in AZ! Yummy food & drinks!
Was visiting the area and came here for dinner. Food was amazing and the staff was great! Would definitely return!
Wonderful brunch menu and glad to have outdoor seating to enjoy before it gets too hot!
Service was excellent and great ambiance. Great place to spend a Saturday night
Just okay. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. The hostess seemed bored and arrogant.
I ordered the meatloaf. The density was like a brick and the mashed potatoes were overdone. The green beans were good. Hubs ordered the steak frites. He said it was okay.
We had a good server so no complaints there.
Completely underwhelming. No plans to return.
Food was fantastic. Service was not great and there were a lot of dirty tables.
Perfect place to visit and have lunch.
Energy was high on a Friday night as many bachelorette parties were celebrating. Live music was blasting and very good. My waitress, Melissa, was new. She was very sweet and attentive. She did a great job. Salmon was delicious!
All I can say is DISASTER. We are generally big fans of the food at Culinary Dropout, but our recent experience has so soured us on the dine-in experience that we'll likely not be going back .... ever. We made the latest reservations we could make for a Friday afternoon/evening: 3:45pm; we showed up promptly at 3:44 and then waiting 15 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant (both inside and out) was less than half full. After we were finally seated, we were provided exactly ZERO service -- none -- not even water for the next 15 minutes. I looked down at my watch; we had been at this half empty restaurant for more than a half hour and didn't even have waters brought to the table. If this was an issue of a shift change, and CD not being able to service its customers during this period of the day, then they should not have taken the reservation. Needless to say, this experience ruined our dinner and threw our entire evening into turmoil. After many visits, I will not be going back.
Everything was good. Only down side was the occasional loud car going by on Camelback.
Showed up for reservation 10 minutes early and was told to just wait outside despite many open tables. The speakers were extremely loud outside for no purpose during the day. The salads we ordered were just not very good.
Brussels sprouts. Get them!
In this time of unrest and staff shortages, we were very well cared for and the food was well prepared. We had a larger group and expected to wait a tad longer. But that didn't happen. Also our orders at the table
were delivered all at once, not staggered. I would re visit them again. We walked around canal after dinner and were pleased with that also
Slow service - waited a lot. In a dark part of the restaurant so we weren’t able to see much of the restaurant.
Great food and service!
Food was marginal at best. Bimbo for a hostess with mile high attitude. Maybe the chef should have stayed in culinary school
Great food and reasonably priced for the type of food it serves. Highly recommend the Pork Belly Nachos to everyone.
Service was slow (10 minutes for drinks to come out, even water) and one of the dishes was very small and not like the decription. Nice location and patio. Staff was nice so I am not blaming them for taking so long to get items. Good prices.
We had brunch here while visiting Scottsdale for a golf trip. The restaurant had a cool vibe and our food was delicious! Would highly recommend!
Great service but it could not make up for the very, very, very slow kitchen. Food overall was good but the time it took to get our dinners was really disappointing.
An interesting experience. However did not know that the parking would be in a parking garage. But the restaurant was neat.
Food and service were great! Some of the best service we’ve had in Scottsdale! Thanks for a great dinner!
Had a reservation for inside, but it was so nice we requested outdoors. We were quickly accommodated. Yesterday's Soup was a hit with the guys. My friend shared Fish and Chips with her hubby. I shared a prime rib sandwich with my guy. Plenty of food. Have been wanting to try restaurant for a long time.
Fun venue, we were among the oldest guests, but enjoyed it very much.
Great food and service! The atmosphere was great!
It was really nice and the service was wonderful
Incredible food and service! Great atmosphere as well! A must go when you’re in Scottsdale!
Great family dinner!
Good food, the cocktails need some work.
Good food and service - portions are pretty small for the prices.
Just plain awesome.
Took our family here for the first time. Inside seemed loud so we sat outside. The food was all very good and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our entire experience.
Inventive dishes, consistently good. Delicious cocktails too! Our kids loved it and wish we could go back.
Hostesses had a difficult time hostessing.
Food was good but they definitely need to fix the AC or something. It was 98 on sunday and they had the doors open. It was absolutely miserable inside. Ate and got out of there as fast as we could.
Love this place!!
What a delicious Easter Brunch! We sat outside and it was lovely, our service was fantastic, and the food and drinks were awesome! We will be back!
Fun spot with great live music!!! Our table was a handful - our server managed us fabulously!!
Brody the manager made our experience so so special!
My family and I sat on the patio. We had the best time. The ambiance was perfect, and they even had live music on Friday night, such a treat!
