It's a fun place for you to hang out with friends. The service is seriously lacking. Took more than ten minutes to get an alcoholic beverage and then another ten minutes until an appetizer order was even taken and then fifteen minutes AFTER the appetizers to arrive to take an entree order. Just waiting on waiting on waiting

Great atmosphere and food. We didn't take advantage of the games area this time. Server Harrison was great and attentive to our liking.

First,
I've been to the Tempe location a multitude of times. I've only experienced the highest quality of staff, food, and ambiance. However, this Arcadia location was simply nothing I would recommend. The fish that I've gotten 5x at the Tempe location was beyond mediocre here. The music was so loud that we couldn't even carry a conversation for dinner, and then wait for it.......

THE VALLET LOST MY FRIENDS KEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once we were told her keys were absolutely nowhere to be found, we started searching through all of the valet keys for 5 minutes ourselves (obviously, we needed to take matters into our own capable hands) before a staff member even noticed we were doing so- not that they said anything when it was discovered. LIABILITY. We then proceeded to her car to look inside the windows, which we so happily discovered was UNLOCKED. We turned around to a different car, and that car was unlocked too. We then noticed that nearly all of the vehicles in the lot were unlocked. LIABILITY. The valet staff couldn't even attend to our extreme issue appropriately or the new customers because they were so overwhelmed with their horrendous system set in place, that they ran around like helpless headless chickens. I could go on but I have better things to do with my time.

I believe this experience has me questioning the integrity of the company, and I' debating even if I should return to the Tempe location in the future. Evidently, I highly recommend NOT EVER going to the arcadia location, and if you do, DO ANYTHING BUT USE THE VALET.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. My kids can be demanding but the service never stopped smiling. Atmosphere was casual and a little loud but that’s because everyone was having a great time. I highly recommend stopping by

First order took 40 minutes to come out and super cold. Another server noticed that our food had not shown up and rattled the manager. It took them another 25 minutes to remake tacos two burgers and two sandwiches. Not the best experience even with the 35% discount😒

We had a fantastic time from the moment we arrived. The valets were friendly and efficient. We were greeted by a smiling face and quickly seated. They were slightly short staffed but the manager on duty came to get our drink orders and got us started letting us know our server would be with us shortly. Ben was amazing, our server was amazing as well, I can’t remember her name. (So sorry)

The food was fresh and very good, it arrived quickly. We were able to sit and catch up with our friends and we never felt rushed to leave the table.

Thank you for another great experience!

Loud DJ music and not that we don’t enjoy loud music but in the dining area was really annoying. You couldn’t have a conversation. On top of that, the sound system sounds blown out and muffled. Very annoying. Food was ok- won’t return.

Showed up about 15 minutes early with a reservation and was immediately seated. Ambiance and atmosphere was great! Food was amazing for the price. Only downsides were it was loud, it was prom night so a lot of people there not sure if it’s normally like that. Also our waitress just seemed to be going through the motions. Other than that great place

Hostesses were not very friendly or welcoming even though there was no one else waiting and we had a reservation. Waitstaff was excellent- responsive, patient, and all around eager to make our visit a good one. Food was also amazing- cooked perfectly, great portions and great taste. Drinks a little pricey for 4pm on a Saturday afternoon.
Ambiance-love the restaurant set up and vibe, we've been here for brunch as well and it doesn't disappoint. Love the yard area with the games and the places to hang out with friends.
Here's the downside- we were there on a Saturday for an early dinner and the yard was overrun with children with zero supervision. Kids running through the corn hole area (while people were playing), kids banging their ping pong paddles on the tables (including your own), kids running underfoot and between you and your friends while they were playing tag and hide and seek. So we definitely will go back just not before 8pm on a weekend.

Burger was tremendous, salad not so much. You could tell it was made quite a bit ahead of time. greens were very tired. dressing helped bring it to life.
They also treated our open table reservation as a no show. I reversed that thru open table. First time ive had a wine from a tap. It was quite good.

Server was great in working w us in getting basic paper and pencils to occupy young kids. The Yard should have these basic things on hand. We requested outside table for same reason -young ones and they couldn’t make that work which is understandable. Negative mark was server was obviously not happy that we weren’t ordering more alcoholic drinks. Really? We had young ones and it’s Sunday afternoon. This entire experience may be driven down from owners/managers -not catering to families. Down the street Are tons of restaurants that do like joyride tacos and federated pizza etc. thanks

Very noisy which isn’t a big deal. My favourite food is steak salad and for the money it was the smallest and least delicious. I ordered it with dressing on the side and it came fully dressed.

We had a 4:15 table we were not seated until 4:30. I had to go to the hostess to ask for the delay no one informed us of the delay.
Also I went up to the bar to order appetizer and I was standing in the waitress area, unknowingly, the bar tender politely asked me to move and I did I informed him I wanted to order appetizers he said ok. He then turned around and started talking to the other bar tenders. He did not get a waitress for me so went to join my group. Just then a waitress was walking by and I then asked if i could order appetizers with her and she said yes.
The music selection was very nice but it was to loud to hear our conversation.

We had two table reservations for 4. Both parties (all 88 of us) arrived at the same time and we wanted our tables to be close together. There was tons of room and open tables in the dining area inside and the hostess refused to seat us at tables next to each other. Instead we were initially seated 4 tables apart. I asked the girl who seated us if we could switch with one of the open tables and she said the hostess said no. I then asked to speak to a manager who first had to go talk to the hostess before she would switch our tables. It was all very awkward and not handled well by the hostess or the manager. The dining area never did fill up while we were there—there were still 10 empty tables when we left. Not sure why it was such a hassle and I was made to feel like it was RUDE of me to ask that our tables be close together!!

Absolutely spectacular. We ate so many snacks we couldn't do an entree, so we will be back!

Best Brussels I've ever had, pretzels were amazing, nachos were on point, olives were super tasty and so was the cheese. My favorite, though, was the garlic olive oil and balsamic infused bread. Heaven dipped in sunshine.

Everyone was trained to perfection. They didn't miss a beat. You could see the servers scanning the tables as they went to take any empty plates or glasses. Beverages were served with the quickness. We tried the cocktail Pistols at Dawn - delicious.

Literally can't WAIT to go back.

Came to dinner here with the family for a birthday dinner.
Ribs were tasty, though a little too sweet and no spice. (Jalepenos listed in sauce)
Slaw was very bland, could have used some jalepeno and cilantro.
Tuna tartare was not good, too much horseradish and came out 20 mins after the rest of meal. That meal was comped, which was appreciated. Shrimp and chicken kabobs were tiny and nothing special. Antipasto platter was tasty with a nice mix of cheese, meat, olives, asparagus, peppers and almonds.
Drinks were tasty, but overpriced and none on the happy hour menu.
Service started out good, but slowed as the dinner progressed and it got busier.

It's a really cool place. If you're into really large, social restaurants with lots of people and, consequently, noise then you'll love it. The game areas are terrific and the atmosphere buzzing. If you need somewhere intimate you obviously shouldn't consider it. The food was good and the server lovely.

It was so noisy I had a headache from shouting at my dinner guests. I had a reservation for 10 and asked if I could add two more. I was told NO. Yet the whole back of the restaurant along the windows was empty before we were seated and about 1/2 hour after we left our table to go into the "Yard" with the kids. I had invited two more guests and had to call them and say I couldn't add on to the table. Food and service were excellent.
